Len from LiftShop visited and and did a good job making sure my small Irish lift kept going up and down in the same spot.

We are planning to build a new 45.5 sq, 2 storey home and getting on in years, so a lift between floors would suit. finalise our house plans with our builders and, once finalise, would get back to Sahara for her to check if all is ok accomodating the lift in the provision in the house plans between ground and first floors. Had some delays since, including changing style of preferred house, but Sahara was very courteous and professional and would keep in contact regularly checking on our progress. Now near to finalising Tender and final house plans so we will definitely be getting back to Sahara/ Compact Home Lifts to re-confirm the build would accomodate the Elegance Plus model.

From Ian the product representative, to the office keeping in touch, to Leigh, the builder, who did a brilliant job re preparation of the space and David and Jayden the superb installation team Compact Home Lifts have done a marvellous job.

STAY AWAY!!! Don't waste your money. Lift installed in May 2025 and already broke down twice in 3 months with my elderly mother inside. Their '24 hour emergency service' is essentially an answering service and nobody will attend site to fix until office opens on Monday and then you have to wait days for them to repair it. I regret ever dealing with Compact Lifts. If there was a minus star, that would be my rating.

Compact lift installation review – We have recently installed a Compact lift and it has proved to be an excellent addition to our home. The quality of workmanship by the builder and the lift installers was very professional. We also wish to thank all Compact lift staff for their assistance and communication during the installation, with particular reference to James Nicholson who coordinated the installation in a most competent manner.

dont walk RUN FROM COMPACT LIFTS – DO NOT BUY THIS HOME LIFT. WORKS GREAT FOR THE FIRST 12 months, then things start to fail. what is worse is that when it is broken down they will not fix it within 24 hours! instead of employing more people to be efficient they do not! pick a lift company who is close by, this is not worth itl
