Compact Home Lifts

Karl Sowter has been servicing our lift for some time now. He is a wonderful technician, takes a lot of care and pride in his work. He is a very pleasant and friendly person. I would recommend him highly.

We just had a home lift installed into my father's home as he was really starting to struggle with the stairs. After reviewing a few companies and lifts, we settled on the  Compact Home Lifts Elegance Plus unit. Right from the start, this company was amazingly good to deal with. Mark came out to our home to look at what was possible and where was… Read more

the best placement. He was a qualified surveyor and really knew what he was talking about and was an absolute gentleman to deal with. We needed a bit of extra building modifications to fit the lift where we wanted it but that wasn't a problem at all as Mark quickly got a brilliant builder name Darren involved who came to inspect the property and quickly worked out exactly what was required to get the lift in. He kept it simple, easy and inexpensive and completed the work quickly and did exceptionally good quality work. Then Radhika scheduled in the installation as quickly as possible and squeezed us in a bit sooner than expected when an option became available and kept us informed every step of the way. The installers Daniel and Jye turned up  exactly on time and were great. Polite and very respectful guys that worked hard to get the lift assembly, installation, adjustment and hand over to us done in the one day. Watching them unpack and install this lift, it was very apparent that this is a high quality unit. The layout of the motor and control electronics in the top of the lift was professionally done to a very high standard with very good quality components and everything was labelled and all wiring tagged for easy maintenance down the track. The guys answered all of my often technical questions quickly and easily. It must be said that communication in this company is excellent with everyone talking to each other to make the whole process smooth and easy. The lift is easy to operate, has plenty of room for my father and his Walker and is a great high quality addition to the home. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Compact Home Lifts.

Dean and Dan from Compact Home Lifts came to our home today to install a lift. Wonderful service, neat installation and plenty of helpful instructions and support on the lift's operation.

An awesome experience from the start to the finish. No surprises, just fantastic service and an incredible product. Only wish we had have done it sooner. Thanks to everyone from compact

Compact lifts have been amazing to deal with. From the start and through difficult times for us they have been understanding ,considered and patient .Quality and workmanship outstanding all co-ordinated by James Nicholson who l cant thank enough for his constant attention, support and follow through from start to finish...l highly recommended Compact Lifts and their team....Narelle Kaczorowski

Just like to say . I had the pleasure of meeting Dean and Sam today that installed my mother’s new lift. They were both extremely diligent and professional and did an amazing job with a smile on their face and extremely respectful to my mother and kind. Kudos to your company for having such wonderful staff.

My parents live in Western Sydney and had a 2 month delay between getting the roof hole cut out and the lift actually being fitted! This is when they said it would be installed within 1 week. The supervisor 'James' was terrible. NO communication and wrong communication e.g emailing to say what date they will install the lift and nobody showing up… Read more

that day they emailed! A lot of chasing up to find out when the lift would be installed until 1 angry phone call by me made it magically happen that week! The tradies who installed the lift were lovely and professional and very tidy. Just the delays in getting it done and complete lack of communication or care despite multiple enquiries made.

STAY AWAY!!! Don't waste your money. Lift installed in May 2025 and already broke down twice in 3 months with my elderly mother inside. Their '24 hour emergency service' is essentially an answering service and nobody will attend site to fix until office opens on Monday and then you have to wait days for them to repair it. I regret ever dealing with Compact Lifts. If there was a minus star, that would be my rating.

dont walk RUN FROM COMPACT LIFTS – DO NOT BUY THIS HOME LIFT. WORKS GREAT FOR THE FIRST 12 months, then things start to fail. what is worse is that when it is broken down they will not fix it within 24 hours! instead of employing more people to be efficient they do not! pick a lift company who is close by, this is not worth itl

The team of Jacob and Mathew arrived to install our compact lift (The Elegance) These two young gentlemen introduced themselves in a manner that was very pleasing. They started work and did not stop until the installation was complete, at which time Jacob went through the handover with a minimum of fuss explaining everything in great detail,… Read more

meanwhile Mathew was packing up all tools etc, our house was left in a clean state. It was a pleasure to watch these young people work and not use or look at their phones for the 5 hrs they were here (a very rare sight in today's world). The Compact Lifts should be very grateful that they have tradesmen of this quality and yes the lift works fine.

Dan and Dean did an excellent job. They were extremely helpful and explained everything =ery well. They were clean in their work and very pleasant to deal with. I would high recommend them for any work. Thank you.

I highly recommend Compact Home Lifts. They are easy to deal with and the product is exceptional. My Family had a lift installed and the process was so easy. We had Jayden and Harley install it and the whole team was great.

Len from LiftShop visited and and did a good job making sure my small Irish lift kept going up and down in the same spot.

Dan and Dean were really great and explained everything thoroughly.

Highly recommend Compacts 3 workers who are Jordan,David &Riley for their professionalism, work ethic & manners. Good staff hard to get. Show reply

We are planning to build a new 45.5 sq, 2 storey home and getting on in years, so a lift between floors would suit. Went to visit Compact Home Lifts in their Rosebery, Sydney, Office and was greeted by Sahara Aboujibal. Sahara was most friendly, knowlegeable and helpful. Test run the Elegance Plus model and we were suitably impressed. We were to… Read more

finalise our house plans with our builders and, once finalise, would get back to Sahara for her to check if all is ok accomodating the lift in the provision in the house plans between ground and first floors. Had some delays since, including changing style of preferred house, but Sahara was very courteous and professional and would keep in contact regularly checking on our progress. Now near to finalising Tender and final house plans so we will definitely be getting back to Sahara/ Compact Home Lifts to re-confirm the build would accomodate the Elegance Plus model.

Thanks to Radhieka for organizing the process, we are very pleased with the result.
