After a couple of years as our internet provider, we switched away, Charging us for a service cancelled 6 weeks ago. Multiple phone calls, basic response is "sorry it's up to George to sort that and we've passed on the message". No interest in the fact that their company is charging us for a cancelled serviced. In fact, threatened me and hung up on me.

Best computer repair shop in the world! – Went in with mobile phone queries. Everything sorted and fixed with excellent service. Smurf and the team are incredibly efficient and super happy to help. Fast Service and Competitive Prices – Great customer service, very friendly and informative staff member. I dropped my iphone off mid afternoon for a replacement screen and new battery. Turnaround time was within 2 hours and the price was alot less than what I had been quoted elsewhere.

Friendly Advice and Great Service – Gave good advice and offered best solution at the best price. Computer was ready for collection when promised and worked just as advised. Would not hesitate to use their service again.

Great service – Can’t speak highly enough of the staff at this store, they are very professional, friendly, honest and will speak so that ordinary people can understand. The price for their services are very reasonable and turnaround time is very acceptable, hat I like best is that they won’t suggest you get something done to your equipment if you don’t need it and they always give you choices as to what they can do and what is best for you, not their pockets.

The perfect custom order – For a long time I was seeking someone who could do a mod for my Sega Saturn console. Compute your world got it done and kept me updated regularly. 10/10

They know their computers – My Apple iMac stopped booting and I was unable to do a software repair of the hard disk. It seemed as though the hard disk had crashed. Data Transfer – Data from an old computer had to be transferred to an external hard drive . Very happy with result. Can now access the data on the ext hard drive . Job completed the next day after taking it in to Compute Your World. Good service as always.

Great Help – Had a computer fixed by another group - was slow, didn't work properly and didn't last 12 months. Took it into computer your world and they had it happily humming along. Since then have only gone to computer your world. They have super helpful staff and communicate with you about what is happening. Computer finally gave up the ghost and purchased a refurbished one through them and they transferred all my Data.

Very Helpful – Awesome service, they tried to help fix computer issues over the phone. Running a business you don't always have time to unplug everything & take your hard drive somewhere to get fixed.

Worst customer service I have ever had! – Was misinformed re insurance quote. Was given false advice. Was intimidated via private message. Was given the wrong laptop at pick up. Was abused via private message. Found out via my insurance company that you were giving out completely incorrect information re claiming, trying to insist repairs had to be completed in store when the insurance company determined it to be written off.

A very convenient shop – Friendly knowledgeable staff. What more could you need when you have a problem to solve? Repairs were timely and impressive, prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be using again.

Fantastic support – They have always been there when needed. Very patient when the problem was mine. Being a senior person I often find myself in trouble with my iPad or phone. They have always, with patience, been able approachable.

Excellent Service – Went in with a lap top problem, Time was not a concern for Computer World staff, fixing the problem was the priority. Computer world were very helpfull and didn't charge for what could have been a significant cost.

Very happy with the service – I was very happy with the service and will certainly come back here. They were very quick. I was given a turn-around time to have the laptop repaired and returned and they delivered well before the time they had given so I was very happy. My laptop has been working fine ever since. The staff were also friendly which is a nice experience.

Unsubscribe – I have asked to be unsubscribed a number of times over the last 2 years, and now my email address has been passed on to a survey. NOT HAPPY
