Driver left me, I had to use Uber
I booked bus from GC airport at 20:00 7th December night. My flight was 20 minutes delay but had enough time to catch the bus. I was at the meeting point at 19:45, and waited 15 minutes but no bus came. I called office but it took 10 minutes to got someone answer me. The lady told me the bus driver has gone because my flight time was wrong. They kept saying that and no apology. I called the office today and the lady did not listen to me or even she told me not to angry!!, and then she hung off. I tried call the office again and no one answer again. I hope they will refund me. It used be OK, but I will never use this company again.

No Refund No answers
We called in on March 14-2020 to cancel our booking for March 21-2020 as we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid-19 as we were flying in from overseas. We received a cancellation email and were told that we would be refunded within 7-10 business days less a $10.00 administration fee. No refund arrived so we called back again and were now told we had a credit on file and if we wanted the refund we had to reply to the cancellation email and request it. Four emails later and we have not had one single response from them. We called again on Ma...y 7-2020 and were very rudely told that customer service would have to deal with our issue. We asked to speak to someone is customer service and were told NO we could not we had to wait for them to email us. I stated I had emailed four times so far with no response and was rudely told you have to take it up with customer service. I explained that we were calling long distance and needed answers and was hung up on. We will make one final phone call to try to get this resolved. If we are not refunded within 48 hours we will file a claim with our credit card insurance and they can backcharge this company for our refund. We will definitely NOT use this company again when we are able to rebook our wedding!!
Booking cancelled no refund.
Due to the recent issues with the covid 19 virus our trip overseas was cancelled. We rang Con-x-Ion and cancelled our return transfer on the 16-3-2020. We were emailed a booking cancellation number with times, dates and person who took the call. We were advised that there was a $10 administration fee and the refund would appear back on our credit card within 10 days. This did not happen. When we rang the phone lines were not answering. On the 1st May they sent us an email stating that they were resuming business. On 11th May rang again and we w...ere told that we had to send a email which we did. We got an automated email back stating that: Please note that we are currently unable to investigate your concerns. Unfortunately, pre lodged concerns will therefore be closed without outcome. You can re lodge in July 2020. 55 days later and still no refund. Rang again and were told that there was only 2 people working in the organisation and they cant investigate my concerns. What a lot of rubbish..............Asked for a copy of there complaints procedure and was told it was to customer service......You can tell a good company buy there communication and customer service when something goes wrong......Didnt happen here
Waiting for a refund
Had to cancel a trip on 16/3/20 due to the virus. I was told that I would receive a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. After several phone calls and an email that I have so far not received a response too, I am still waiting. Food for thought when I go to book my next transfer.
Shame, used previously but proven to be dishonest!
We had to cancel a transfer that was scheduled and were told we would have a refund in 7 days, it's now 5 weeks later and they are not responding to emails. When I call it now sounds like a foreign call centre with vague generic standard information being provided, "it will take longer" I am worried they are making excuses to keep everyones' money, so disappointing!!
The Office of Fair Trading has been informed and I would be wary before booking!
Booking cancelled refund promised 1 month later no refund no reply to emails. We were long standing customers!
We had a trip cancelled on the 21st March 2020 and were promised under their terms and conditions a refund.
Were told due to CV19 staffing shortages could take up to 2 weeks by the operator.
When this did not happen we were then told it would take up to 1 month.
1 month has now come and gone and still no refund and no reply to emails to customer service and calls to the operators requesting same.
Be very careful of this company!
I am a regular user and normally its ok
Been using airport shuttle from Sunshine Coast for about 9 years now and although cost has steadily increased, so has cost of everything else. The drivers have been fantastic, without exception.
However my last run to Brisbane airport was abyssmal.
It was a day or two after national social distancing measures were announced and gee, imagine my state of mind to find myself one of 12 people loaded into a minivan (approximately 8 square metres), for a snug little 1 hour trip.......the thing that stuck in my mind were the two empty coaches parked up at the same muster point....huge fail on the corporate responsibilty chaps

Transfer that never arrived plus incompetent staff
Ironically their slogan is “making your flight guaranteed” but in fact they almost made me miss my flight (only thanks to last minute Uber I made it!)
I changed my return reservation way ahead and got a written confirmation from their customer service just to realize on the day of my flight they never even booked my transfer despite confirming it to me.
Moreover when I called the customer services asking about transfer, they kept me waiting for 1 hour on the phone (hanging up twice) instead of providing immediate solution they just made unnece...

No Duty Of Care with this company
We purchased seats for a return trip to Mt Cotton to see Elton John. There were 6 of us. The trip going was fine but after the concert it was raining and we were in a large que getting out of the concert. We certainly weren't the last out of the concert but guess what the bus had gone! Now I know a bus company has a 'duty of care' and I also know that the drivers were not checking for names of the people who got back on the bus and it was packed Two from out group managed to get on one of the 3 buses the company put on. It was raining ...and we were stranded and still people were coming out of the concert. We phoned the bus company who said they didn't have the drivers mobile number and there was nothing they could do. My daughter phoned the company the next day and there was no apology, no offer of our money refunded nor was there an offer to help pay for our uber which cost us $200. An email was sent to the company but guess what... never got a reply. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DUTY OF CARE.
Doesn’t care about your safety
I am currently sitting alone at 1.30am with all my luggage at the Carltex station where I was supposed to be dropped off at at 2.15am according to the information I got when booking my ticket. My pick up is not coming until 2.15. I am a young woman. There is no one here. I feel unsafe. I told the driver this and that I didn’t want to be dropped off but could continue on the bus and be picked up further down so I didn’t have to be alone at the gas station. He refused and dropped me off anyway with no regard to my safety or that the information given to me was incorrect.
Very easy, cheap and friendly service
Customer service was great, booked it at 11pm for the following day at 11am, for a ride from Highgate to BNE domestic.
Easy payment, Would definitely use again, third the price of taxi.
Rude Bus Driver
I always booked the shuttle bus with Con-X-ion, and never had any issues. This time I booked a shuttle bus with con-x-ion again and the shuttle bus driver went to the wrong hotel for pick up due to the booking address has put in wrong details. However, the first thing the bus driver did to us was not to try to solve the problem, instead of that he was really rude on the phone, even not tell us the pickup time. We did not know he is only a couple of blocks away from where we were. End up we have ordered a taxi and paid double costs to catch the ...taxi to the International airport. What I really want to say is, everyone will make a mistake, but no one did those mistakes for purpose. When the incident has happened, as a professional staff, you need to assist your customer to solve the problem, not an aggressive attitude. Especially, for the people who can not speak your language and elder with young kids. It is really frustration morning for us.
Being a frequent traveller, I am finding more and more often being on the receiving end of being seated next to another traveller who cannot physically fit into their seat. When seats are provided at a certain width by a transport provider then a person paying for the same fare as any other person should not suffer discomfort by having to sit 'side saddle' to accomodate a fellow traveller who cannot physically fit into the seat provided.

This is the second time I've used Con-X-Ion. Never had a problem. They helped me re-book when I had made a mistake. Great service. Online payment was easy. Driver was friendly.
Nice bus driver but bad decision making
Bus driver was nice and had a great pick up time but the issue is that they wait for people that are not there even though we are all told to be there 10 minutes before the bus arrives, its ridiculous, they should leave if no one is there out the front waiting!.
I am shocked by the rude behaviour of a driver and lack communication of customer care.
phoned and emailed the customer service and reported the incident.I received a letter with assumption for the drivers rude abusive behaviour. Such behaviour is never acceptable. no apology from driver
