WARNING DO NOT BOOK. They have no guilt in leaving you at the airport on your own with no way to get to your accommodation. Flight arrived just after 9pm and that was the last "shuttle" bus they had. another service as why would you want to take the risk that they will leave you there. Con-X-Ion, do you wonder why the numbers of people booking your service is reducing. Out of my group I was not the only one that had issues. Others had issues such as not being able to contact the service and service not having the correct date of pickup.

trip themselves, so the cost of the transfer was meaningful to them. When their international flight was canceled and rerouted unexpectedly, something completely outside their control, we did our best to cancel the booking as quickly as possible. I first emailed the company within about 20 hours prior to the scheduled service, explaining the situation, but received NO response. Because of the lack of reply after several hours, I ended up calling their office from the U.S., which resulted in a $72 international phone charge, because I was placed on hold for prolonged periods, only then to talk to the most defensive reps of all time. I explained (very calmly) that the boys had saved for this trip and that we had tried to cancel as soon as the flight issue occurred. I was hoping they might show some understanding or flexibility. Instead, I was told that my attempt to explain the situation was considered “harassment.” I have honestly never been spoken to that way by a customer service representative in my life. Their response was rude, WEIRD, dismissive, and unnecessarily aggressive. I fully understand that companies have policies. What I cannot understand is the lack of basic professionalism when speaking to a customer who was simply trying to resolve a situation caused by an airline disruption. The representative’s decision to accuse me of “harassment” simply for asking about a refund showed an astonishing level of oversensitivity and was entirely inappropriate in what was a calm and reasonable conversation. It was almost comical how absurdly defensive these people are!

AVOID this company at all costs.

Twice now left at the international airport and not picked up- even with correct booking. After international flights the last thing you need is to sit in the carpark at the airport for an hour 1/2 waiting for a pick up.

 Follow-up  · Not resolved, no comments from the company they just ignore any issues which is why this time i wrote a review- terrible customer service - to be clear this is not the drivers but the operations staff.

Great company – We recently used this service & can't speak highly enough of them.Customer service was all I expected. Do not use - terrible service – Did not provide accurate times. Booked us on a bus which would never have made our flights which put us in a terrible position. We only used then as my father’s car broke down on the day of our flight. Never use them.

thinners it was not good. Jake our driver was amazing in giving first aid and Isaac in the Conn-x-ion kiosk at the airport called the medic and assisted him in the treatment of my husband. An ambulance was called and they decided he needed to go to hospital. Jake told me to ring the Conn-x-ion office and let them know what was going on, which I did a couple of times and they told me to let them know when he was released from hospital which I did at midnight. To our gratitude they organised a taxi to drive us home to Kings beach. Thank you Jake, Isaac and your staff for taking such great care of us. Well Done Conn-x-ion

Would be zero if possible. You pay a lot for the convenience of a shuttle. I manage to get to the waiting point early and after a 13 hour flight was excited to be nearly home. However once the van arrived I was told to wait an hour for the next one… Read more

because the driver couldn't be bothered to contact the company. I pleaded with the driver but in the end was rudely spoken to and left to wait. In the end it proved quicker to get the train. To make matters worse when I contacted the company the following day they refused to apologise for the incident or provide a refund. Disgusted with the way I was treated. I would highly recommend using any other shuttle company, an user or the train.

 Follow-up  · There was no follow up process. They simple argued the point to ensure I wasn't refunded. Im still very upset at the company and its process.

I would spend the money and just book a private transfer. Con X Ion share ride does not adhere to schedule and will delay your trip by hours. Absolutely not worth the money you are paying them. Avoid this service at all cost. They are also non refundable while most services in Australia can be refunded if you give them plenty of notice.

customer service are not part of their business model. To make matters worse, we were explicitly promised a refund within one week. That promise has now stretched to weeks later, with no refund and no meaningful communication. At this point, it feels less like an oversight and more like deliberate stalling. If you’re considering this company, be warned: if anything deviates even slightly from plan (as flights often do), you may be left stranded and out of pocket. Reliability, accountability, and honesty are the bare minimum for a transport company — and Con-X-Ion failed on all three. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

We booked our tickets three weeks in advance, providing our flight number, arrival time, names, and contact details. Our flight was delayed by only 20 minutes, and when we landed, we were still within the estimated time for the shuttle service. We turned on our phones as soon as the plane landed and were reachable at all times. However, when we arrived at the shuttle meeting point, the shuttle had already left. We didn’t receive any call or notification, and no one offered any assistance.

At the same terminal, there was another bus from the same company, but it was only for passengers who had booked the private service. Still, no one from the staff was willing to help us.

We called the call center after midnight and were answered by someone who simply apologized but offered no solution. There was no empathy, no consideration, and no willingness to assist us.

We had been traveling for almost 30 hours, it was cold, and the only response from the company was that we had to wait for the first service the next day. Is this for real? Where is the customer care?

On your website, you state your mission as: “To provide a timely, comfortable, and convenient way to travel for each of our customers.” Does this experience reflect that mission?

Terrible service. I would not use this company again or recommend it to other travelers.

my part. I was left in an unsafe place and believe that they were in breach of both 'duty of care and negligence'. I communicated the delay with the the driver and the expected delay time. When I came out 15 minutes after the pickup time, they had left.I have used your service dozens of times over the years. I am sure that as part of your service, you know the time delays that occur at the Brisbane international airport and are able to plan appropriately. I have been left without a passage back to the gold coast as a result and I paid you $150 for the return trip. .

was so friendly and wanted to hear about our stories. When Dean arrived at my destination, he made sure I called my Mum to make sure I was in the right place. Then when we found the right place, Dean could see that I had to go down a flight of stairs with my suitcase and overnight bag. Dean carried these down for me without asking - such a gentleman - these days it is hard to find such thoughtfulness around. We had return booking with Con-x-ion airport transfers from Coolangatta airport tho Surfers Paradise return because of the cyclone we left early and cancelled our return booking and asked for a refund. No way we don’t do refunds this is a bit unfair as we did not ask for cyclone Albert it interrupt our holiday Gave used this company before put never again now. RIPPED OFF. NO REFUND

We missed our flight because the bus was so late picking us up – 9th February, 2025 The Con-X-ion shuttle bus that was supposed to arrive at our Broadbeach hotel at 9:04 am in order for us to catch an 11:30 am flight to Cairns arrived 35 minutes late. where there was no-one waiting. Presumably the customers had given up waiting and had taken a cab to Brisbane. We wasted 10 minutes, but no-one appeared. Finally, we reached Brisbane airport at 11.05 am and waited ages for our luggage to be unloaded. Needless to say, by the time we walked to Qantas, our flight had closed. We were able to get on the next flight to Cairns but it didn't leave until 5:35 pm. Very, very unhappy and disappointed.

VERY poor customer service and won't refund a cancelled shuttle – Treated VERY rudely by phone operator. I cancelled a return shuttle & was refused a refund (wasn't advised of any conditions). I've contacted them by email & have gotten no response. ALSO - driver damaged luggage by scraping it into trailer sideways. Handles & whole side badly cut, scraped & stained & damaged on 2 pieces of brand new hand luggage. Bus condition very old inside.

NEVER AGAIN – We had a transfer booked from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast for an early evening pick up. Some passengers from the flight were lucky enough to be collected. However the driver left us behind and we had a wait of over 2 hours for the next transfer. This company is unreliable, their policy to leave passengers behind is not good customer service. I will never use this company again! Zero star rating is what I give my experience.

No Accountability of services – Terribly operated by incompetent management. No notification of change in pick up schedule. Management puts the blame wholly on the customer. I’m not the first to complain about this and won’t be the last. Beware don’t use this service EVER.

A good reliable Shuttle service – Easy transfer at the airport despite my flight behind an hour late. A knowledgeable mature driver whose local knowledge of the Gold Coast road conditions and numerous roadworks, meant that he knew alternative ways to the hotels that was much quicker. Also provided comments on various sights along the way.

A very good service – We used this service for the first time and found the experience to be very enjoyable. Our plane was scheduled for a late departure so we phoned and changed our departure time from Brisbane. The aircraft picked up much time and we became eligible for our original departure time. Excellent service – Recently returned from our Gold Coast holiday and used this service. They were fantastic. Picked us up on time both ways. Drivers were very eager to assist with luggage and seating. Will definately use them again

Con-x-ion are unreliable and will likely cause you a lot of grief. Don't use their Shuttle- go elsewhere – I booked a return shuttle Brisbane Airport to Noosa Sofitel and paid in advance. Con-x-ion confirmed the time for the return ( varied it 3 times) I waited at the stated Meeting Point together with 3 concierge staff for the full period before phoning them to find out why the vehicle did not show. On arrival home I emailed Con-x-ion recording the details and adding that the agreed Meeting Point was under cctv recording and no con x ion vehicle showed in or around the time window.That in addition to the concierge staff statements.
