The best course for Queenslanders – The course was extremely easy to navigate and any assistance I asked for was given expediently. The course was straight forward. I struggled a bit with the videos because I have no experience filming myself.

Would not recommend – Enrolled during may and thought I had 12 months to finish my course, all of a sudden 1 week ago I only had 17 days to finish my course when I wasn’t even 1/3rd through my course. I was really looking forward to getting my certificate but only got 1/3rd of my money back. So upset and what a waste of my time.

Such a bad learning experience! – I bought one course voucher of this institute on Groupon but could not redeem that on their website. reloaded the right one, but among that, one of the assessments was technically missing. And every time something went wrong, I had to call them beforehand, or they would not reply my email at all. Therefore, it took me quite a long time (more than 2 months) to finish all the assessments. Worse still, 2 weeks passed, I still do not receive the assessments result. Such a bad learning experience!
