The Bundoora DFO store staff are rude, selfish and inconsiderate towards customers and other store's staff. They play loud music and will not turn it down until Centre Mgt tell them to turn it down. They turn it up again later. When the customers… Read more
complain, they lie by saying they can't turn it down. The volume can be altered by their phone, as the speakers are Bluetooth speakers. I am boycotting them for 12 months.
The quality of their merchandise is pretty average to poor in standard on the whole. Don't reward this store for their behaviour and attitude. Please avoid this particular Connor store.
Follow-up · The music is loud doof doof music. Yes, other stores in the shopping centre have complained. The quality of their clothes are not great (in my opinion). Some of the other stores from the main company have stated that Connor is the poorer standard branch of the group. Johnny Big, Tarocash and YD are better quality (YD have a big problem with sizing).
Rianne, Shellharbour Square. This an employee that is worth looking after. You don’t get the sort of service and understanding that she offers in retail. I have been in retail for 50 years and only one other person in my time has had this level of commitment to the job. Don’t lose her!! Promote and encourage. Connor advertise 2 pairs of trousers priced 69.95 each for $110. At the checkout one of them was marked $34.90 discounted already from $69.95. They therefore insisted on Charging $69.95 for the one pair and $34.90 for the other. This is profoundly disingenuous and deceptive and dishonest. Show details

Poor quality dyes – Be careful of these clothes in your laundry hamper, their rubbish dyes bleed onto all other clothing if any dampness in contact. Very poor quality! The shorts bleed colour into everything else. Show details
Exceeding customers expectations – Tag is the best customer service in connor. She's so amazing. I have had issues in getting my actual size of clothes but tag took it upon herself in making sure I got everything I needed. Poor quality – Fountaingate store to return 4, yes 4prs of chino shorts that all showed quite marked dye damage on the front. All pairs had been bought probably with in the last 6 months, but staff refused to either refund or replace. Shop didn’t have any buying history even tho we were on their system and because of that I hadn’t kept receipts. So $200 wasted. Won’t be returning Show details
Worst experience – I bought a present for my boyfriend birthday, paid express delivery, two weeks later they wrote to me they didn't have it in stock, I was completely embarrassed. don't buy on their website, they don't have their system prepare to do online sales properly. Don't risk it.

explaining the situation to the manager, I was very impressed by his response. He simply said, "I trust you," and allowed me to try on the smaller size. This level of customer service is truly exceptional, especially since I had assumed the store would not be able to process an exchange once the labels were removed.
It was a great experience, and I deeply appreciate the trust and flexibility shown by your manager.

Have been buying a few things from Connor Forest Hill Chase and the service and expertise that Katherine showed was a pleasure. Just recently bought a suit needed different sizes for jacket and pants the assistance that I got from her was done with a beaming smile. On 14th September 2025, my partner and I drove 45 minutes to the Connor store in Pakenham to buy a suit for a wedding. We paid extra to have the pants hemmed. the next day that the hem job was an absolute joke. There was double-sided tape with the backing still stuck on the pants. Just lazily slapped on with tape. When I tried to peel it off, it started sticking to the pants.
I rang the store immediately. What was I told? “Take it to the tailor.” Excuse me? I paid your store to handle this. I have no idea who your tailor is or where they are. After arguing, I was told to bring the pants back in store – again, another 45-minute trip.
When I arrived, guess what? Same response – “Take it to the tailor.” I told the staff straight: I’m not chasing anyone around for your mistake. This is appalling customer service.
Eventually, someone rang to admit the tape couldn’t be removed and the pants would be replaced. I organised for a family member who works in Pakenham to pick them up for me – only for them to be told no one knew anything about it. I had to get back on the phone and explain the whole situation again.
Then I was told the pants weren’t even in stock. At this point, I’d had enough. I filed a formal complaint online. Only then did someone finally take some proper responsibility – the area manager tracked down a replacement from another store and sorted it out.
Yes, it was fixed. But it should never have gotten this far. The level of incompetence, miscommunication, and complete lack of accountability from the Connor Pakenham store is unacceptable.
Shocking customer service. Sloppy workmanship. Zero ownership. Do yourself a favour – avoid this store completely.

tshirt has a weird and uncomfortable cut. It's a bit tight around the chest and I can't lift your arms much - and there's not much room around the neck. This is clearly made for Asians, not people with what I would say is a typical Aussie build. The problem in going to a larger size with these cuts is that you usually just end up with a longer tshirt. The material quality seems fine. It didn't cost much so I'm just going to wear it around the house until I get sick of it but sad to say, I won't get another one. They had other brands at the store for a few bucks more so hopefully they'll have something with a better fit next time I go past. My hope is that they'll stick to Aussie fits.

Connor Clothing - Thumbs Down – Pretty disappointing, spent over $300 on some shorts, several shirts (dress & casual) & a belt. After 6 months & only a few wears shorts pressed in button nearly falling off, & belt falling apart 3 different pieces. Won’t be hurrying back to purchase anything else

product, i went down to the bank i asked for a short statement i found that the money has been withdrawn from my account, I went back to the shop I showed them the statement stamped by the teller and it cleared already, they called the manager that manager was very rude with me he tall me his name was [Name Removed] I showed him the bank statement he said to me I don't care about the bank my system says your card has been declined and he refused to give me the product or refund my money. SO please be aware these guys are scammers They using the shop to rip you off and still your money. Compliment to Alex at Connor, Brookside – I took my granson shopping at Connor at Brookside Shopping Centre Mitchelton Brisbane for a suit and some new clothes. Amazing service from Alex nothing was too much trouble we got the best service he was very helpful in every way. Cloths are poor quality – Bought a jumper recently and t-shirts. Jumper worn for 2 days and material has worn creating little balls in spots. T-shirts stretched quickly. Brushed off by staff when attempted to return the items.

Be vewwy vewwy careful... twead cautiously with Connor... Don't be conned – When I checked my bill I realised that they had overcharged me by a three-figure amount. I requested a refund and was ignored. I had to go to NSW Fair Trading in order to get my money back. Even then they tried to con me into taking a lesser amount.
T-SHIRTS ARE WAY TO SHORT. Im 6ft and the shirts don't cover my stomach – Love the clothes and style. BUT PLEASE MAKE YOUR SHIRTS LONGER!!!!. It feels these shirts are made for short people or short bodies. My husbands over 6ft and a 2XL, but not even the 3XL are long enough for him. Why have they shorten all TSHIRTS. Was good now not good – Purchased 6 x size 95 chino pants, 4 from Carindale and 2 from Garden City. Had to use both shops for the quantity i required. Had the lenghts altered to suit. Went to wear one of the 6 and it was at least 2 inches smaller around the waist and would not fit. I had this problem once before when i purchased several size 94's, same company. I didn't… Read more
chase it up that time and just let it go. Now it has happened again i thought i would ask the salesperson at Garden city branch what was the deal with the wrong size on them. He said bad luck can't do anything you have had the lenghts altered and the size on the pants may not be correct. Why do they not tell you to try all the items on as the sizes are not always correct. So all up includining the first time and the alteration costs i have wasted $150. Over the last few years i have purchased many items from these stores including E-Gift cards for my two sons. I will never purchase another item from them again.
