Can you buy an additional measuring cup? I've lost mine and I would like to buy a new little plastic measuring cup.
I don't know if you can. Just measured my cup though in a Pyrex jug. They are 200mL. I hope that helps.

How much water do you put in for one cup of rice
There are incremental markings Betty. Want 2 cups of rice? Chuck in 2 of the supplied measuring cup. Fill with water to the 2 cup line. Press the button. Bingo!
What material is the non stick pot, is it Teflon
Yes, it's Teflon.
It's Teflon, and it's poor Teflon. There is recent evidence and research to suggest that ingesting Teflon is bad for you, and the Teflon on our cooker began peeling off early and in large patches. We ditched it and bought a more expensive Taiwanese rice cooker with a stainless steel pot and couldn't be happier.
