FAKE PRODUCT! – After spending $167 my product was FAKE! With a poorly copied label printed on the bottle. Complete scam website. I wish I looked at reviews before purchasing. Never again.

DID NOT RECIEVE PRODUCT – Ordered $190 worth of product, waited 3 weeks and still hadn't received, had emailed numerous times with no response. I am lucky I paid with paypal and lodged a dispute as paypel ended up getting all my money back for me thank god. Don't buy from this site

Fake, Fake, Fake!!! – I ordered and received 3 Kylie Jenner Lip kits from this company and all 3 were FAKE. through PayPal and after lodging a complaint received a full refund. Prior to doing this, I did try contacting the seller with no response. Will be lodging a complaint with Acorn as other people have suggested.

formula through the tube it was uneven and had discolouration in parts, the tube was a cheap crappy plastic, the writing on the tube was not even printed properly, and the smellllll.... there is no way that thing is going near my lips. And the company on my statement was Case Me ..... a scam phone case/accessory website. For a few dollars more you get buy the real deal from a legitimate website, do not touch this crap!! Like others i will report them to ACORN & ACCC.

TERRIBLE – I should have checked the reviews too...this is an absolute SCAM. My products didn't look anything like what I ordered (or thought I ordered) and the company don't reply to anything. Money down the drain. I'm reporting them.

Same complaint - FAKE products. Have referred matter to ACORN and am seeking a chargeback via our b – Ordered KKW Crème Liquid Lipsticks. As per other reviews here - these were absolutely fake, and horribly so. The colours are nothing like the genuine product and are more akin to clown makeup. Useless. Appears the company operates out of Archerfield, Brisbane. Have reported the matter to ACORN - would recommend others do the same. Am also seeking a chargeback for our VISA Debit Card through our bank.

SCAM – I purchased a Kylighter of the site and I was really excited about it. The packaging was flimsy and so obvious to be fake along with the Kylighter nothing as expected. I emailed them saying I want my money back blah blah and they said they would get back to be ASAP. I haven't gotten any reply in months. I am so disappointed.

It's a scam don't buy it – Bought the KKW lip creams got them and the packaging was fake, the colours were all wrong, it smelt terrible. I went through Paypal to get a refund, buyers beware, besides not cheap for a fake either.

Scam! – I was really excited about getting KKW kylie kit and when it arrived the packaging was flimsy and same that of the product itself, the colours were so off. They were pink instead of nude, they smelt off and I wish I saw these reviews before purchasing. I've opened a PayPal dispute now.

no invoice in the package. I sent them three emails in 10 days but no reply. I have now put this matter in the hands of the dept of fair trading.

The lipsticks have a bad smell & seem very dry, almost like their half empty.

all completely different from the genuine thing. Please be aware that if you buy from this company you are buying non-authentic products of very poor quality. I have lodged a claim through PayPal as this company also do not respond to emails.

Do NOT order through this company - Brands are not real. FAKE! – I ordered the new KKW Lipkit only to receive FAKES. Formula was not right, smelt horrible and packaging was faded etc. I paid through paypal so have lodged a dispute through them to have my order fully refunded. Lesson learnt!

Scammed – I haven't received my product. They provided a fake Tracking number. I paid express postage and it's been nearly a week. I've emailed them to ask when I will be receiving my product and to look into the tracking number. I haven't had a reply. Sadly I've only read the bad reviews now and have a feeling it won't be genuine or will never receive it. Unfortunately i didn't pay with PayPal, it's likely I won't be getting my money back.

I put a Paypal dispute through and have now been instructed by Paypal to return the goods and provide a tracking no. in order to have my money refunded, I'm still out of pocket but at least it's just for the return shipping cost now. Thumbs up to Paypal as without them I'd probably have been just another customer that CosmeticsAus ripped off.
