number, I was able to send an email which gave me reassurance because they answered quickly and gave me an update which made me feel a lot more better about the company professionalism. The tracking number did come as it reached the Melbourne warehouse and I was very satisfied to be able to see more updates on my package. I’ll be buying off this website again, keeping in mind it may take long to arrive. An advice I’ll give is if your buying as a gift buy 2 months or 1 month in advance. only one thing that is not bad, but is important to know: as the best things make you wait for them, when you ask for a parcel you must wait between 2 and 3 weeks to have it. But the rest of the things, are excellent.
The perfume did arrive and I loved it. However I had to wait over a month for the delivery to be made which was really frustrating.

Dont bother unless you want to wait 2 months for your order, have half of it cancelled and then only deliver when a dispute was raised in Afterpay - never again. Such a shame this product is amazing and the only retailer that sells the 900ml version
the company took my money when they didnt even have the product in stock, let alone in the country. it took about 7-8 weeks to finally receive my order which i think is poor service
