I'm very happy with the moisturizers I ordered via Cosmetics Now and with their delivery, all at the best available price I could find online. I'm a return customer that's only ever had good experiences purchasing from Cosmetics Now.

would be issued, but the refund amount was not the full price. It took almost a month to resolve this issue. I only received proper updates after repeatedly following up. If I hadn’t chased this up myself, nothing would have happened. Overall, the communication was poor and the experience was very disappointing.

Great price on a product I have used before and needed to replenish, and was having trouble finding. Only took a star off as I kept receiving text messages saying my parcel was out for delivery for perhaps 4 days before it was actually delivered (by which time we'd gone away), which I found odd. Show details

Bad customer service – Ordered a product (Order# 14141) on 12 January 2025. Gave specific instructions about delivery and both parties failed to follow the instructions. The parcel was then redirected to a post office despite my telling them I can't drive with an injured foot and don't have anybody else to collect the parcel. for the failure to deliver as instructed. Cosmetics Online is difficult to contact by phone and fob you off via "chat" with excuses as to why instructions are not followed. It's now been 20 days since appropriate customer action has been addressed. Am trying to get a refund. Do not buy from this company unless you are prepared to be messed around. I've also raised my concerns with Australia Post and will further raise with Fair Trading.
