I was distressed to discover that I was not the only one who had such poor service from this online company. I ordered and paid for some aftershave and over 5 weeks later and 4 email contacts (where I was assured they were investigating the problem) I still do not have the product nor even an email saying that the order is processed and on the way. Each text gave empty platitudes, a promise of 'escalation' and a promise of 'clear updates by end of day' which were never fulfilled, despite repeated requests.
They have now refunded 10% of my order but again have not provided a clear understanding of when I can expect the item or even *when* it will be shipped!
Don't even bother asking for a cancellation or refund.
I don't trust that this will be fulfilled so have had to request a chargeback via my bank.
Unbelievably disappointed, especially when their customer line is "Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are working to provide you with the best possible service." HA!

next week," offering "discounts" to wait longer, and claiming an internal team is looking into it. It is clearly a tactic to string customers along and pass deadline windows for payment protection. Even after explicitly requesting a refund in writing—which they acknowledged via text—no refund has been processed. Do not be fooled by their polite automated text messages. They take your money without having the stock to fulfill your order. I have had to escalate this to a formal PayPal dispute and report them to Consumer Affairs. it was missing. But I had the real confirmation when I used the product. I have been using the same brand product for the past 20 years and as soon as I used it, I knew that this is not the same. I carefully examined the fake product with the genuine product I still have half remaining at home and the difference was very clear. 1. The colour of the bottle was different. The genuine product has darker deeper brown colour. (See photo) 2. The inner part of the pump of your product were cheap plastic and translucent in colour showing the spring inside while the genuine one has completely opaque white plastic. (See photo) 3. This fake product had inner tube longer in length than that of the genuine one. (See photo)the fake product has the tube bottom cut in straight flat line while the genuine product has beveled and somewhat cut in curve (See photo) 4. The fake product has fragrance that are completely different to that of the genuine product. It is missing the subtle but distinctive fragrance of Tsbaki. 5. The fake product has yellowish tinge while the genuine one is as clear as water. (See photo) For the above reasons, I requested full refund and I returned the products as they requested and ever since I keep receiving an automated email saying the case is now closed and no refund is carried out. I think these may be connected to CosmeticsNow. In the 3 years I've been buying from them, I've never had an issue. Once or twice, something has been out of stock, but they've always been quick to fix it. Great service. Great products. Highly recommended.

Very poor ethics from this company. I placed my order 5 weeks ago, my card was charged immediately yet my product has still not been shipped. They obviously do not have the product yet take your money. I asked them to cancel my order to which they make excuses and ask for time. I will definitely never use them again or recommend them.
