Such a scam. Placed an order on 13/03/26, heard nothing for weeks. Emailed them and they said it was on back order. And it wouldnt be ready to be shipped till 15/04/26. Waited over a month with no update even after when they said they would send. Emailed again 23/04/26 saying to refund me. Then said it was on its way. No tracking. I email them… Read more

Ordered 2 x Blake Jute 4 Pack Placemats by J Elliot from Cottonbox. Order placed three weeks ago. There was no contact, not even a order confirmation. I contacted them after 2 weeks then I was told it would ship in 2–3 days but that was over a week ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched. They don't have any stock in store and are very vague about when it will actually be delivered. I ordered something and then they initially lied and said it would be shipped this week but then today told me I had to wait 5 weeks until it was back in stock. Currently waiting to get a refund. discover that they've ignored my request to leave the item in my parcel box, and are requiring me to drive to town to sign for it. It's 2 pillowcases! The product, when it finally arrived, was such poor quality that the cases were splitting and fraying as I unwrapped them. Now I have to go through a return process that I'm sure will be as much fun as purchasing was. The people are rude and unhelpful and I won't be shopping here again.

Very happy with Cotton Box. I ordered on a Saturday night and received it within 5 days in country Victoria with updates from Australia Post at all stages of the delivery. Ryan doll is just like the picture – the Ryan doll is cute. Just like the picture. the faces on the My friend dolls are good compared to others. there's no really noticable stitch lines through the face. Whereas other brands I've noticed often have stitch lines through the face

Do not purchase from this company. They advertise they are an australian company but they are selling stock they do not own. I was charged in usd, the bank charged me an overseas currency charge. Received an confirmation from an overseas third party called "Commissioner@hot0nlines.Com with an invalid tracking no. Cottonbox has not replied to my queries.

Would not recommend - very poor customer service. What they don’t tell you at the checkout is that only Cottonbox branded stock is actually in stock. For every other brand, Cottonbox orders your items from the supplier so you wait weeks for your item to ship and there’s no communication from them while you wait. my order. They did email me back but were very slow. Also beware, if you want to return an item for change of mind, you have to pay return postage and they only offer a credit not a refund. Overall very disappointing. Will not buy from Cottonbox again.

Dodgy – Inadequate valance/bed wrap and return period. The valances recently ordered proved to be ill fitting due to lack of measurement detail and really poor elastic. I known the majority of the order would be unfulfilled. I would not pay $10 postage for a $30 product. I missed out the opportunity to purchase these goods from other websites that have now sold out. Never ever shopping on here again- I do not recommend it. So unprofessional.

No replies to any of my emails. When they finally replied, they lied and said it was already sent. For the better part of a month I wondered whether or not I had been scammed. Cotton box should have provided a more honest update about the expected delivery date (and an apology for the delay would have been nice).

Ultimately, I am happy with the cushions and if the communication had been better I would have been satisfied.
