5 Deanne W.  · I am very happy with my purchase. The T Shirts are well made and good quality material. They arrived in 4 working days to a regional area.
1 Kerry  · Just be mindful of ur perks as u only have such a short time to use them…. Less than a month to use ur perks money is just so st>pid….
1 Lilian M  · disgusting behaviour i can’t believe they would harass a teenager and snatch a clothing item out of her hand this happened around 3-4 pm today
5 Rob  · Cotton On Bunbury. We have given the 5 stars daily for helpful and pleasant staff. Clothing is "what you pay for" so can't complain.
1 Lucia  · Give this a skip permanently – Items are fast fashion - do not last and contribute to global pollution as result.
1 Ree  · Customer service non existant including head office – Literally the poorest customer service of any retail store I've deal with so far.

Five stars is not enough for the service I received today . I was going to shout out one staff member but I received outstanding service from every staff member I encountered . From the lovely male fitting room attendant to the various beautiful women in store my experience was remarkable . I believe this Brisbane city store was the best service… Read more

If you're female, there's a wide range of colours, styles and floor space dedicated to helping you find something that suits. If you're male, ypu cn go to the furtherest corner and choose from 1 of the 4 t-shirts, 1 of the 3 styles of pants or go somewhere else. Obviously gender discrimination doesn't translate into the corporate marketing world

What an absolute joke. I ordered items which havent arrived yet and after the order was placed everything went on sale. I asked if I could get the sale price as my items hadn't arrived yet and they said no because it doesn't fall in line with their policy. I told them I would just re-order and return the original one which I have done and they… Read more

seemed fine with that....

So I am getting the discount anyway? Do you not want to make life easier. Pathetic

The fact that an Australian company has such poor online customer service is outrageous. Bought a product online; after paying was informed it was out of stock, and I would be refunded. When the refund came through it was not the total cost of the item, so far have been waiting for the online chat to connect with someone for 45 minutes - despite… Read more

initially being advised of a 14-15 minute wait. Have tried contacting the number on the site and it doesn't even ring. Also emailed but the website notes this may take days to get a response. I am appalled, it should not be this difficult.

Bought a jumper which I love, but only worn it 3 times and the pilling is so bad. I’ve tried removing it, but it’s so badly pilled it doesn’t come off. Cotton on really needs to look at the quality of the materials they’re using. $40 for something I will have to throw out after 3 wears- wasting money and contributing to unnecessary landfill.

I’ve purchased what I thought would be some comfortable non invasive bralettes. The amount a plastic coat hangers, layers of bags in bags in bags was one problem. Luckily my friend was with me as I got her opinion also. See the simple comfortable bralette in photo. 7 tags that sit at the front of garment in the cup. Not just one little tag but 7… Read more

Smiling Kai from Haymarket Cotton On Sydney NSW 2000 – Here's me, a 60 year Old Dad - with an eight year old daughter, bent on me finding a specific pair of boots, hi cut canvas or leather, etc....After heaps of searching, more stores than I care to list, I went into Cotton On, in Hay Market, Sydney, 2000, and was met by "Kai" the assistant store manager, she had a big smiling face, and genuinely… Read more

questioned me on the purpose of my search, and she directed me to a possible competitor no less? somewhere in the shops. Anyway, I came home with a pair of styled boots, from the character "Leslie," from the "Bridges To Terabithia" Book / movie., and my daughter will be thrilled. Super nice of you Kai, and your genuine concern and patience with me, as I also have a disability, and shopping is quite stressful for me. In my personal opinion, coming from someone who has been in the customer service fielf for 42 years, "Loving the general public as they come into your store, or place of business, genuinely and randomly, is a superb character trait, of a future Head Manager, of one - or many stores. Cheers to you and your team Kai, at the "Cotton On" - Haymarket, NSW, 2000; you now have a future customer(s), from my entire family - in Cremorne, NSW.

⸻ I had such a lovely experience shopping at Cotton On in Westfield Southland! I picked up the Riri tank and I’m so happy with it. The sale was amazing and there were so many great pieces to choose from. The staff were really nice and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. They were friendly and welcoming, and happy to assist when needed. Overall, such a positive shopping trip — I’ll definitely be back! Show details

I was at the Rundle Mall cotton on and wanted an exact replica of these other jeans that I already had. As soon as I walked in an employee asked if i needed any help, i said yes then she said someone would come to help us and not even a minute later a lady came and looked at the jeans and was looking in their online catalog to find it. Although they do not stock those jeans any more I was very happy with the level of service they provided. Show details

Fine if you’re after cheap, mass produced, poorly made and designed clothing.. but if you ever need to return anything or deal with customer service for any reason, good luck to you. Half my order was refused a refund because the tags weren’t attached (they were) and there were ‘visible’ signs of wear (there weren’t). Another time my return was… Read more

‘lost’ but AUS post confirmed it was delivered. I’d love to see the organisational state of their return warehouse. The back and forth with Customer service, the delayed response, the need to repeat yourself 10000 times and provide them with information they already have access to (like item numbers, tracking numbers and date the item was delivered to THEM). The worst. If you desperately need to buy something from them do it through the iconic.

Absolutely Appalling Customer Service at Cotton On Warrawong On Friday 4th December, I shopped at Cotton On MacArthur Square (not my usual centre) and purchased two fairy dresses for my granddaughters. Before buying, I specifically asked the young staff member if I could exchange the dresses if the sizing wasn’t right. I was told “Yes, absolutely… Read more

— just keep the tags on. Any Cotton On store will exchange it.”

Fast forward to Monday 8th December, when I went to Cotton On Warrawong to simply exchange a green size 2 dress for a size 3 in red. I stood at the counter for about five minutes before a young staff member, Shanaya, finally approached.

I politely explained I needed an exchange — tags still on, receipt in hand, item purchased just days earlier. Instead of assisting, she scrutinised the dress like she was looking for a crime scene clue, then abruptly informed me no exchange would be done because it was “marked”, and pushed the dress back toward me.

I attempted (again) to show my receipt and explain the situation, but she cut me off, stating it was “not Warrawong’s problem” and that I should take it back to Campbelltown. The rudeness, condescension, and complete lack of customer service was honestly shocking.

Under ACCC guidelines, when an item is faulty, does not meet acceptable quality, and has tags and proof of purchase, a store must offer an exchange, refund, or store credit. Instead, I was blamed for not checking the product and MacArthur staff were blamed for “selling a faulty item.” Not only was NO solution offered — I was dismissed.

I ended up buying the size 3 dress I needed anyway and then called the MacArthur store, where a lovely young woman apologised and said they would gladly rectify the issue. Unfortunately, I cannot get back there until next Friday. This was no problem young lady gave me her name and managers name!

To the manager, of Warrawong Bella: please ensure your staff understand basic customer service — and the law. No customer should be treated the way I was today.

Buyers beware: Cotton On Warrawong shows zero professionalism, zero accountability, and absolutely no customer care. I will not be returning.

This is a review for CO and Factorie at Westfield Plenty valley. I have had to go to Factories thrice in the last few weeks and everytime they say if I need a bag I need to buy a Tote one for $5. I did buy it twice but today I was fed up and said I'd carry four pieces of clothing. I then went to CO and they again said they didn't have paper bags. Stop robbing people of their money and to top it, we are asked if we want to donate money. Show details

Disappointed with Customer Service at Oran Park Store As a loyal Cotton On customer who was excited to finally have a store in Oran Park, my first visit unfortunately left me very disappointed. today. During my visit, I politely asked the store manager whether the ABN number was the same across all Cotton On stores, as is common with many major retail brands. Instead of providing a simple clarification, I was met with a surprisingly rude and dismissive response. She claimed not to know the ABN and refused to even check or acknowledge the invoice I showed from another location. She insisted that the ABN was somehow “private” information—despite it clearly being printed on receipts, which are public documents. Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. Rather than offering any help, she sarcastically told me to “buy something and you’ll find out.” It’s unfortunate when poor customer service overshadows a great brand. I hope Cotton On takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure respectful, informed, and courteous treatment of all.

Do not buy from Cotton On phusical stores as they are ay more expensive than online – i just bought a pair of pants from Cotton On Top Ryde and when i got home, i reckoned the same pants is $10 cheaper if you purchased it online, i then went online to chat with the cotton on rep, and i was literally been told it is under their terms that price is different from their online store and they can't do anything about it, i feel being cheated on and the rep was just like, i am sorry. it's literally a scam

Beware Click & Collect – Purchased a few tank tops on December 17. I wasn't in a rush so had them delivered Click & Collect to save a few dollars to their Belmont store. The ETA provided by the online store was December 24 - a week seemed reasonable. I didn't hear anything so on December 31 I followed up online and was told it had been shipped to the store already… Read more

and would be there within 7-14 days. Obviously this is a lot longer than the December 24 ETA but that's fine.

January 9 (more than 2 weeks after the initial ETA and 3 weeks from the order date) I finally get a SMS and email saying the order is ready to be collected. I go to the store and they can't find it. They were nice and 3 staff members all tried looking but said it's not there and the SMS/email had been sent in error and to call the online customer service.

I call them this afternoon and at first they try to tell me it is at the store and to go back. Given I'd already wasted over an hour going to the store and waiting around with no luck I was not doing that. They claim it is there and it's the stores fault while the store claims it isn't and it's onlines fault. I've now been told I'll get an update in 24-48 hours via email.

Utterly awful service. Not just has the order taken forever, but to send a click and collect notification saying it's ready to pick up and for me to waste my time going all the way to the store and then standing around for 30 minutes only to be told it was a mistake, I don't know how you even manage that. I don't believe at this stage I'll ever receive what I ordered.

Then rang them they said if will bea 15 minute wait after 20 minutes they said they have disable their phones. Sent an email and after went back and forward they said they never had any stock and forgot to send out an email. So no present for my son for Christmas.
