I was so cautious of this site given some of the older reviews AND the deal seemed to good to be true — but less than 24 hrs after ordering picked it up from the Footscray store at 40% less than what Amazon has it for!! Ordered a range hood and was sent the wrong one , I returned it to them and after numerous calls they won’t refund my money , this has been going on over 2 months

Dishwasher – Placed order and within 10 days item arrived after travelling through 3 states, tracked all the way. Did ring next day after placing order. When shopping on line contact the company asap before or after placing order. Very happy. Show 3 replies

suspect it's a fraud company – bought a microwave on countdown deals: 1. delivered 5 day later then expected. 2. microwave is not well packaged, someone has opened it. 3. microwave is fault, button 1-5 doesn't work 4. they ask me to send it back, I sent but they said not received 5. difficult to talk to them. managed to talk to them once, and they ended the phone call quickly. 6. no invoice (with ABN or GST) 7. sent a black model. I rang and spoke with a woman to say I wanted to cancel my order as the colour did not suit my kitchen and we agreed on a refund after the Australia Day holiday . I confirmed this cancellation and refund via email, On 28 Jan I had a call from the woman saying that they had found a stainless steel fridge . I said that I had already cancelled my order and wanted a refund. She tried to tell me that we had not agreed on this on the 25. I repeated again that I had cancelled the order and asked for a refund and followed up with an email on 28 Jan . So far the refund has not been given to my credit card?? I should have read the reviews before buying from this store.

Telephone to check item is in stock before making a purchase – I ordered a Sharp Convection Microwave online on Sunday then belatedly checked the reviews on here. Anyone considering buying from them telephone first to ensure that the item you want is in stock before placing your order. Cross fingers my refund will be issued with no further problems. I will leave an update on here as to the amount of time taken to refund. UPDATE Emailed the seller on Tuesday received a refund the next day which cleared today Thursday.

Ordered an 85 inch TV, but I received a call saying it was out of stock. I had to upgrade $200 to get a new 2025 model. It was a great deal. The TV arrived after about 3 weeks as it had to be ordered. Delivery was excellent. Communication was an issue as they possibly have minimal staff on in store. Keep calling and they will answer. The TV is great and as described.

Poor customer service and no response from them – No customer service as no order updates or returning emails or phone calls ...order for Breville coffee machine placed late June and it has not been delivered. Stock offered is not current.

False Stock Numbers – This company claims to show goods in stock, when order is placed suddenly they have none available; They do not respond to emails, wouldn’t recommend.

Scam company – Scam!! Ordered a month ago, never received my item! Emailed them asking for a tracking number or when I would receive my order and they never responded! Steer clear of this company.

Still waiting for product, after 4 months – I ordered a mieli vacuum cleaner spare part in January 2024, and im still waiting. I was told that they're still waiting for part to come in. So I rang the supplier and they've got them in stock, and if they don't they reorder them and they're back in stock fairly quickly. So I advise anyone to stay away from them, as more than likely, you may not get, what you ordered.

Item missing after 2 weeks – I ordered a vacuum cleaner several weeks ago. The product has not arrived, nor been shipped per the Shop app. I just simply want my Dyson vacuum or a refund, nothing more.

Failure to fulfil and order made over 3 months ago – I ordered a new Miele powered vacuum cleaner head from this company over 3 months ago and it still has not been delivered. They owe me a $269 refund and have not compensated me for this fail to deliver order. They have never contacted me to explain any reason for the delay of delivery. stole money from the client – I ordered a Beko Ceramic Cooktop 60cm BCT601CG for $326.71 on 18/11/2022. However, even after waiting for 14 days, the product didn't arrive. Upon calling the company, an Asian lady informed me that they couldn't sell the product at that price and agreed to refund me. However, I never received any refund and didn't hear back from the company despite sending multiple emails and trying to call them several times.

click and collect from their Footscray store. It was in stock and I got it the next day. I suggest if you find a bargain to call them first to check it’s in stock before purchasing. The staff were all very friendly.

Countdown Deals absolutely appalling customer service – Ordered jbl 110 Part speaker before Xmas. Called Wednesday and Said it would be on truck today. Hey email last night I’ve been refunded. confirmation email and then nothing for about 10 days. I only knew my order had been dispatched when the tracking appeared in my Australia Post tracking app. Communication is really the only thing I can fault them on. Product arrived safely and is exactly what I ordered and works well.

Total SCAM – Total Scam, bought a TV and its a already 6 weeks, TV not shippid. Called few times and every time, they said next week. I will file a complain with Australian Online Soppings Consumer Ombudsman.
