notification from Couriers Please to say it was on the way or that it had been delivered. I have had so many problems with this company in the past. Stores use them because they are cheap. And that is what you get CHEAP.
I had an incorrect address on my order and the sender changed the address with Couriers Please in time for them to use the new address. even rang them to confirm the change but they kept emailing saying they had been unable to confirm that the issue had been resolved. All companies who use this service should stop now. I won't be ordering anything from a company who uses Couriers Please.

Terrible handling. No shame. Express post delivered this way. Seems like the package was driven or got jammed under tyres and was yanked out. another 12 days to notify me it has been delivered. However, I did not receive it and did not sign for it. Upon lodging an enquiry, I was given different stories as to where my parcel was (1 stated at the local depot and they will organise delivery, another stated it was sent back to the sender, and it was delivered). Finally, someone I spoke to told me that my parcel was delivered and signed for at the incorrect address in a different state (same town name in 2 different states)! But upon requesting the delivery address on file, it was correct - thus the couriers were unable to redirect the parcel to the correct state, and to my correct address. As of yet, it has not been resolved. I was notified this morning that they will try to recollect from the wrong address and will notify me what the next steps are. This is ridiculous. I also feel so bad for the sender, as this kind of experience is very likely to hinder customers from buying from them again - which is not their fault.
Follow-up · After my parcel was sent back to the sender (a 2nd time) the sender repackaged the parcel and sent out again!Courier Please AGAIN were unable to deliver my parcel as it was damage to such an extent that they could not deliver.I shall never recommend them to anyone and I sincerely hope the sender is able to get back something, as I have cancelled my order completely.

(with a signature) when no one was even home. Email trails back and forth resolving nothing. Senders, please stop using this company, no matter how cheap their rates may be.
Follow-up · I've been asked to leave a follow up review and it has to be for -1 star. Couriers Please completely washed their hands of this, telling me that another sender is involved and that they've passed my details on them - this was nearly a month ago. When I asked for that company's contact details they said they could not give them to me. Officially the worst courier company in Australia.

Will the delivery driver was prompt, efficient and professional with a big smile on his dial! I live rural and he delivered to my door. I will have no hesitation in using them again. staff at the Collection Point it was not delivered at all. Sent a message immediately afterwards and 24 hrs later, still have not heard back.
Update, finally heard back on 7/4 saying they will look into it. On 10/4, received an email stating some sort of delivery was completed on 31/3 and signed off by the staff at the Collection Point. Went to the Collection Point on 11/4 and again, NOT THERE!

no effort to return the package. Instead they kept it, opened it, used it, threw the packaging in the garbage. (Federal offence). Couriers Please says they retrieved the package 5 days later. I received it 11 days after it was misdelivered. The packaging had been retrieved from the garbage and wrapped back around the items (food related items) and delivered back to me after being at an unknown location for 11 days. Despite a formal letter of complaint and letter of demand, Couriers Please continues to flagrantly dismiss their reckless negligence. If you take a look at their reviews theyve been doing this for at least 10 years. I will be taking this to the OAIC and I suggest everyone else experiencing a similar situation do the same thing.

Claims that parcel was delivered but no sign of it anywhere. Stay clear of buying anything which uses this courier company to deliver. Their drivers don’t care provide photo evidence of delivery re where they left your parcel. This absolutely paves the way for their drivers to simply not deliver the parcel (but claim they have) and instead keep the parcel for themselves. Show details

safe place” it was just dumped & stacked over my front gate meaning if I had come home, I wouldn’t have been able to open my gate. The gate is never locked, it’s just got a simple latch that lifts to open. The parcel eventually came 2 days later at least but again, not left in a safe place out of the rain. If the courier would take a few extra steps, he could just leave it on the covered porch.

The incompetent sods lost my package and took a week after the expected delivery to tell me that. To be clear I knew before hand they are terrible, it was the senders fault for using them.
