Worst courier service in Australia. If you could even call them a “courier service”. That’s the nicest I can be
Refused to deliver my parcel they’ve driven it all over Queensland for a week. Still haven’t gotten it. Unhelpful, rude, uncontactable, run by bots. Shouldn’t be able to run as a business they really need to be investigated

Package came damaged
I ordered something in a spray bottle with a hard plastic cap and the cap was shattered when I opened my parcel. The cap was pretty thick plastic to so in order for it to break it was either thrown hard with no regard for the parcel or it was crushed by something very heavy.

No Delivery & No Useful Customer Service - Cancelled the Order from Sender. Do Not Use CouriersPlease.
Received a tracking number but that is where any assistance stopped. Webchat sessions are either bots or people who do not give any useful information to solve delivery issue. The only way to resolve the problem was to cancel the transaction via the sender and bank.
Simply the worst courier in Australia
Why companies seem to continue using them is a mystery, it certainly isn’t because of their fast and efficient service.
Thanks to tracking you can now see how many days your parcel sits in the warehouse going nowhere !

What kind of courier has their drivers pick up packages just to turn around and dump them back at the depot? And on a friday no less. You don't have to work over the weekend, but I do, would've been nice to get what I needed when it said it was going to arrive. Genuinely the worst in Australia.

They redeemed themselves
Have contacted these people twice now and have not heard back from them. I received an email on 21/6 to say my parcel was delivered on 20/6 at 2.22 pm - when we, and our very noisy dog were all home. I have not received any parcel, no one knocked on our door, no card was left, no packages were left on our property and none of our neighbours got the package by mistake. Have checked with seller and the order was sent - from Victoria to NSW to Queensland - and it never arrived. Consignment number is CPWXBU1000070155. Where is my delivery?

Pulled up at gate for 30 seconds.Didnt get out of the van. Didnt toot. Didnt ring the bell. Didnt leave the package in our parcel box. Emailed sorry missed you.

Delivery service that makes you collect.
So sick of this mob! Just about every time I buy something that gets sent via Couriers Please I get "Onboard for delivery" followed instantly by "Unable to deliver" Then it gets dumped at a collection point and i have to go pick it up. I am always home and no card is ever left and no driver has attempted delivery. Even the tracking will show "Unable to deliver" within 1 minute of being market as "on board for delivery". Lazy cost cutting dodgy service just dump the mail at a collection point for customers to get themselves.

I hope they go bankrupt to save people time
They held my parcel for 3 weeks in QLD. Rang the customer service and they can’t tell where is QLD and where is WA??? After that they sent an notification that they would deliver on that day. I chatted with them to say that I may not be home to collect it and if they could redirect it to a nearby pickup point. They said NO, if I want to redirect my parcel I have to contact back to the seller bla bla bla… Then later they sent an email saying I wasn’t home so they couldn’t deliver to me. I told them I have cctv records to prove that I was home at...

Incompetent, unreliable and very difficult to contact
CouriersPlease were unable to find in their system the tracking number of a parcel that they delivered to me the same day. There is no phone number to talk to a live person, only mobile chat that's really cumbersome. They take a couple of days to reply to queries submitted online. I'll try to avoid them in the future to save myself the headache.

Late delivery and their tracking tool is so freaking unreliable. They dont even have a hotline and it takes ages for them to reply on inquiries about your package!! WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!

Do Not Use
Drivers are lazy and won't bring the item to the door. I live in a small block of units and its too risky to leave the item in the foyer. Do not book even if cheaper

Horrible Horrible Horrible BAD BAD BAD DO NOT USE!!!!
This has to be the worlds worst corier. You will be lucky to receive ytour product. After several months of dealing with their incompetent useless customer service, we gave up and kissed our product goodbye. I can't believe pcompanies actually use them. They are USELESS.

Terrible Courier service on the Central Coast
On 24th June 2 package were to be delivered to my Daughter.
Tracking showed on board for delivery.
1 from Catch from Target
1 from eBay.
The courier drove into my Daughter driveway, she opened her door, then the courier just drove away.
Now Tracking shows back into depot.

- POPStation (Pick Own Parcel Station) provides a location at which customers can pick up their parcels at their own convenience. POPStations include 7-Eleven’s and BPs.
- Customers can drop off parcels at selected newsagents, rather than the post office, with the HUBBED service. This is available in every major Australian city.
- There is a range of delivery choices you can select from when you’re sending or receiving a parcel. Instead of the single option of signing for delivery on arrival, there are the following options: rescheduling to another delivery date, delivery to a neighbour, POPStation delivery, or an authority to leave the parcel without a signature required.
- The EzyFreight portal lets you manage parcels, including through live online tracking.
