one star is too generous
according to the tracking my parcel was picked up from the sender Monday noon and seemingly drove around Sydney until it was Accepted into a depot Thursday afternoon, so where is it now? no one knows...
Failed to deliver when I was home
I have a video doorbell so I know the courier did not come to my door & ring the doorbell to attempt delivery. He put a card in my letterbox & dropped off my parcel to a location where I must now go & pick it up

Where do I start, firstly, pity you cannot offer 0 stars, because that would be more accurate.
As no one would be in at my home address, I requested that the parcel be re-directed to one of their POPPoints. The delivery there failed, as there was no one there by my name????
Rang the customer help line, they opened an enquiry, basically ‘lip service’. I got an email from their Customer Experience Specialist, who stated they were co-ordinating with the driver, and would deliver the parcel ‘as soon as possible’. Extremely helpful, not!

Horrible lying company.
The driver made no attempt to find my gate let alone knock instead just left an unfilled slip. My parcel had authority to leave and it was not left! No attempt to come to my door! Nothing! Rang customer care who said they're sorry and that he will come back and the parcel will be delivered between 4-5pm. Never showed up!! Beyond disappointed, companies need to switch who they choose to ship with, do not use couriers please!
I chased them up for about THREE MONTHS about a parcel of mine they were late on delivery with. For WEEKS all I got was these repetitive calls and emails saying "we're trying to track down our delivery agent." Today I finally got somewhere with them (not far but somewhere). This is the email I got:
We are in contact with our delivery agent in regards to this matter and we're advised that they will not be able to re delivery as there are 2 ways for the delivery route.
Parcel is now ready for collection at the be...low address." The address they gave me is in a town FORTY MINUTES AWAY FROM ME. I have no car, no way to get there, and if I did, judging by other reviews I've seen, I don't know if I trust the parcel to be at that address. I looked it up, and there's no actual parcel service buildings in that area. Disgusting.
Worse Courier Company in Australia
Courier Please" has the worst customer service and delivery drivers in Australia.
Driver arrives, sits in his van outside my house then drives off without attempting delivery. Called the call centre to be told shipment is not on board. In fact, the shipment has been lost. Got this news after calling the call centre 4 times today. This after being told three times delivery will be today between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. I won’t be ordering from any company who use Couriers Please!
OK this time
Although I have been critical of Couriers Please in the past I must enter a reasonable review this time. It just took a while for me to understand that they were not going to go searching for my front door through even a small block of units although it doesn't bother Australia Post Couriers. I also now understand that they would prefer to be able to leave a parcel without going to the trouble of getting a signature. On this occasion, I gave them permission to leave without a signature and my parcel was left in a parcel box at our front gate...even though I had asked for it to be left at my front door. However knowing what was required of me (the customer) has helped and hopefully (if I use them again) I will remember what they require and comply with their wishes. I am happy I have my parcel which was delivered quickly on the day I expected and in good condition.
Cannot use them ever again.
This is the third time and same thing happened. I ordered with ASOS x 2 and then a local supplier in Sydney used them so not my control. Every delivery the driver does not bother to get out of car. He leaves a message with his base that no one home and card left which is totally not true. I have been waiting for it just to see what they do. How can they operate a business! I waste hours on the phone every time. You cannot get a local number for the fleet manager in Sydney. This was not my choice to use Couriers Please!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I am $200 out of pocket after this company failed to deliver my package.
Couriers Please have been a nightmare to deal with, telling multiple lies throughout the process.
Couriers Please maintain that they delivered the package, and thus are not offering any form of compensation even though security footage at our premises suggests otherwise.
Late delivery. No customer service
Purchased an item on Ebay with delivery by CouriersPlease. The parcel was delivered late. In the meantime parcel tracking showed it had disappeared off the face of the Earth, tried to contact CouriersPlease and got the response "Service is unavailable", when the item was eventually dropped off there was no advice that it had been delivered so it was left on the front veranda of the house from mid-morning until evening.
A wonderful company for getting parcels lost
parcels went missing and they don't care Sendle's partnership with this company is just getting your parcels lost more often and fasten....please stay away and beware! Again they don't really care about your parcels!
Worst Couriers In The Universe
Absolutely simply the worst. Paid for guaranteed delivery for a parcel to arrive by the 21st Jan. It's now the 23rd and it hasn't been delivered (despite the courier receiving it yesterday and not delivering it today for whatever reason).
The overseas call centre just read the usual script and said they would launch an enquiry.
Absolutely no idea when it will be delivered.
This company is utterly useless. It would be more efficient, cheaper and quicker to attach the package to a dead snail and send it off to be delivered.

I had a car steering rack "lost" by couriers please and they cannot put me through to my local branch to locate and will not put me through to their boss to explain if I will get compensation for an item worth $500 that was supposed to arrive a week ago
Use someone else - these guys are useless
Put in an order at a clothing shop which was fabulous but unfortunately their courier isn't so fabulous. Recieved an email saturday saying delivery was expected Monday. Didn't happen. Called Wednesday to be told delivery is expected between Monday and Thursday. It's arrived Thursday. Cant see the point in offering tracking when it's not accurate.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever had to deal with
Purchased a production located on the gold coast, company uses Couriers Please and was meant to have the item delivered on Tuesday. It is now Thursday and still no delivery. The item has been sitting at the local delivery depot ready to go. The driver is not delivery the item and at this stage I suspect the item has now been stolen by the driver. Currently the parcel has been sitting at the delivery centre for 3 days and no one the phone can tell me what is actually happening with it.
After 6 phone calls, there are still no answers on delivery.
Worst Courier Service EVER
Awful. After countless emails and text messages that kept changing delivery date the ‘attempted delivery’ was when I was home and waiting for them. Several phone calls and numerous text messages later I still have to pick up the delivery at a place where parking is impossible. I wasn’t even told where to pick up from the email they sent me. I had to ring them to find out . I will now NEVER use any company that uses this courier service.
Terrible service and totally useless - not worth 1 star!
Ordered a product online and the company I purchased from unfortunately use Couriers Please. Item was picked in Sydney and that is the end of it. Rang on 2 separate days after it didn't arrive and was told both times it was being delivered that day. Rang again and was told they don't know where it is. Online status hasn't moved from the item being picked up from sender.
Next they thought it was picked up in Sydney and then taken to Canberra for delivery. I asked why it wasn't scanned to indicate that and they didn't know. They then asked me wh...at the item was, I told them to ask the company I bought from and they said they didn't have their number (it is their client!). Apparently it is not at the Canberra depot or the Sydney depot. Terrible service, no-one cares and how do you lose scanned items? Still waiting on the item and I am not expecting a good outcome.
Unsatisfactory service, lies, and convoluted Popshop system
A card was left in my letter box saying that delivery was attempted but nobody was at home - LIES!! Someone was home ALL day !! After attempting to arrange for redelivery on-line I received a message saying redelivery isn't possible, so I called & was told that my parcel would be taken to a Popshop where I could collect it & that I would receive an email telling me where I could collect from. Over 12 hours later I still hadn't received an email so I called again & was told I'd receive an SMS today - another LIE. No SMS but I did receive an emai...l telling me where the collection point was. I go to the collection point & find that I need an 8 digit PIN. No PIN included in the email so I call Couriers Please again only to be told I have to call another number to get the PIN. Again, no mention of this in the email. What a ridiculous, convoluted system! The only good thing about having to call the last number was that I got to speak to an Australian who was pleasant and helpful. Couriers Please staff seem to be off-shore, are very difficult to understand, talk over the top of you and couldn't give a toss about customer service.
DO NOT EVER USE!
As a sender, never arrived to pick up stock 5 times. No communication and rude on the phone when called for feedback! We have used Transdirect as a platform and decided with Courier Please due as they arrive first on the list however, saving a few bucks is not worth it!!!!

If the tracking says transferred to regional agent in the morning, what is the likely chance it would be delivered that day
I use sendle and just relocated from Sydney to newcastle, I have been waiting days for you to pickup my couriers please / sendle packages, I called both days and still no human just speaking to a call center in manilla. Will you pplease send a driver out to New lambton. I booked fastway through sendle and they where there ontime the first day.
Whats the go. someone should get this in order.
