Was not a standard size for a human-beings limbal size .. Listed on your website it was said that the contacts sold has got a diameter size of 14mm ( one size fits all ) .. But the contacts i have received are 14.8mm witch is the started size of

Circle lenses- that provides a big eyed doll/amine look witch is also very obvious to notice

And the base curve of 8.6mm but the contacts that have been sent to me are 8.8mm !!

As these contacts are hardly touching the iris of my eye, i find that it also makes it harder for the eyes to get enough air as the dia and b.C is awfully big and was definitely not listed on the website what so ever,

I have never sent a complaint email to anyone before but this time i was very disappointed in this order. I was expecting a standard size of contact lenses of b.C 8.6 and dia 14mm

blink. However, the other was perfectly fine, like another pair of contacts I had bought, felt like there was nothing there. I can't make a proper assumption, as this is my only experience. But I feel they are a great company. Im purchasing another pair of contacts, seeing how these go. The fact that they have youtube videos of every contact really helped me. I wanted a pair of dark grey contacts, (I bought light ones before) and I couldn't determine the darkest one I would like from the pictures. With the help of the videos, I was able to pick which one I'd like, which is awesome! They also kept me well informed, telling me when it was sent and all that. I wish there was a greater selection of colours though. I ended up looking for pink ones, and only found that I could get "violet", and they didn't look very pink to me. I also wish there were more of the greys, as they all seem super light. Pretty happy though. They came about 5 days after I ordered them (I live in NSW - not 'Country'). I'm going to try the express shipping, and see how it goes, and I'll write another review after (mainly because of that little uncomfortable 'thing' with one of the contacts).

November 11th 2014 Update:

Okay, so I ordered some contacts on Saturday, and then got them on Tuesday, they actually got here on Monday, but thats Aus. Posts thing, not Crazy Contacts :) So they came VERY quickly. Im very happy. These second pairs were in a better condition box then my last purchase, and were actually taped shut this time. Pretty pleased with it. The next thing to do was put them in, and they were amazing. Much better than my last purchase (with one contact being a tad uncomfortable when I would blink). I could see clearly, and they felt as if nothing was in my eyes, I was so surprised at the feeling. The first contacts I bought were like that, however, Crazy Contacts one felt even better. I wouldn't have known I had them on if I didn't put them in, it felt like nothing. The colour on the website showed it to be a lot lighter than how it was, but I actually liked it that way, because I wanted a dark grey, so their youtube videos helped a lot! Im super happy with these contacts :)

credit card statement they charged me twice at $129 x 2! Every time I call the phone number I get an answering service telling me to leave my details. I don't trust this company. Very dodgy.

Terrible service and unreliable – This company take the extra money you pay for express shipping and promise express delivery then they send your order via regular post. Be aware that PayPal unfortunately don't cover disputes with shipping costs. Crazy Contacts have an automated telephone system and rarely respond to emails. for Australia Post and an "apology" stating that your order was dispatched immediately.

The next dispatch countdown on their web site is not truthful. My order was not dispatched until approx 48 hours later!

I have lodged a complaint with ACCC.

Would give no star rating, but unfortunately that wasn't an option.

Cannot call or email this company re my torn contacts received – I have tried phoning so many times but the number just 'rings out', tried to email but it wont go through so not sure what the problem is there and have eventually given up. Love it – Love crazy contacts, always proving me with the best contacts this side of town. I think my favourite thing about them is the functionality of the website. It is honestly so easy to go online and get a good pair of novelty contacts. Great for costume parties and raves.
