After far too long they wore me down and I settled for $39.95. Absolutely appalling customer service, false advertising, and I won’t be buying from this site again.

Bought a spin mop through this scam website. Faulty within days. Contact these scumbags without reply. Requesting refund. Hear nothing back. They are a dodgy company. Should not be in Australia.

Ordered two Christmas tree ornaments online. Two minature book stacks that were sold out in physical shops. The picture seemed to show the ornament as three dimentional. What arrived was thin, flat, plastic, image and very poor value for money. I was keen and paid way too much. Do not buy from Crazy Sales. Ripp Off.

calling 3 times and phone hangs up when you finally become furst in the queue (on hold for an hr each time) , order number apparently non existent as says 'incorrect'. night with no notice of eta. I still had to chase up for when next attempt would be made. The next time delivery again was made (late at night and no eta given). This time products were thrown over the fence in wet weather! Only one item was eventually found in the mud in our garden . The delivery person left a message apologising that one was thrown into neighbours yard(neighbours are away for 3 months). After following up ..the end result was i still don’t have the item and this is the response i received: “ As a gesture of goodwill, we can offer a postage refund of $7.85. We also suggest arranging to collect the parcel from your neighbour once they return.” Save yourself some pain!

While they initially responded to my inquiries, they did not provide enough information about the status of my order. Last week, I emailed them again because I had already been waiting a long time and still had not received my order. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. Then today, I was informed that the item I ordered was no longer available and out of stock.

I was very frustrated because I waited several weeks only to be told that the product was unavailable. Before placing my order, I had read reviews mentioning slow delivery and poor customer service. I decided to give Crazy Sales a chance because I really wanted the product and hoped my experience would be different. Unfortunately, I ended up experiencing the same issues that many other customers have reported.

The only positive part of my experience is that I received a full refund. However, the poor communication, lack of updates, and long waiting time made the overall experience very disappointing.

My advice to other customers is to read the reviews carefully before placing an order. I hope no one else has to go through the same frustrating experience that I had with this website.

Horrible service. Terrible communication or lack there of. You have to chase them for delivery updates and then they have a policy of no returns within 30 days despite items often taking 30 days to arrive! The items we purchase did not do what they advertised and my kids are very disappointed and we are left out of pocket.

when I opened the package to realise they had sent one with a lightning plug attachment. At this point I didn’t realise there were two different types of Magic Mouse 2 (mine is USB-C) but the website didn’t specify anything of the sort so I assumed Magic Mouse 2 meant my specific mouse version.

I contacted the online store requesting an exchange for a USB-C version of the device which they responded by saying that they only offer refunds and the return would be at my own cost with a 20% penalty for handling. The reason they gave was that I had ‘changed my mind’. I hadn’t changed my mind at all, I just didn’t receive what I was expecting and wanted the correct product to be delivered upon my exchange. I responded with exactly that and haven’t received a response from them since.

So I left it there expecting to just get confirmation in 2 days, instead I received an email advising me that my order has been cancelled, due to non payment. To which I responded straight away, with the paid receipt from my bank account. To which I received a response the following day, advising me that it will take your company 3-5 business days to check with your accounts department to confirm that my payment has been received, and will advice me further after they do that. Surely it shouldn’t take 3-5 business days to confirm payment that I have sent you a receipt off! Anyway, 3 days later, you emailed me saying that payment was received and you will post it to me shortly. The following day I received email with the tracking, which I tried to track my purchase with, however for the past three days the status hasn’t changed it states “pending”. However, this morning I received an update from Australia post that they have created a label for my parcel, and I assume it’s from your company even though it says Starlink, I am just expecting a delivery from your company, not from Starlink, but I obviously won’t know until I will receive whatever it is the label has been created for. So, now that I’ve described my current experience with your company, how likely would you be to recommend your company to your friends after experience like mine? I do not believe you would recommend your company to anyone that you actually like!

Ordered on the 20th Feb for our granddaughter's birthday on the 4th March. We thought it was an Australian company but it goes through a contact in Melbourne and the order is sent to China. Never received the product until the 17th March. Very disappointed.

This is not an Australian based company. Ordered early Feb 2026. Told was dispatched same day. Subsequently found out was not dispatched from China until 12 Feb with no expected delivery. Found out arrived Australia 2.3.26. Still not received yet

I bought 2 advent calendars and both were terrible. Quality is of the 'straight to the rubbish bin' kind. Pictures were totally deceiving. Don't waste your money on expensive landfill!!
