Right from the beginning we knew that Creation Homes were the builders for us. David was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and didn’t come across as a “salesman” at all. what could have been a stressful and complicated process into an exciting and enjoyable journey. Chelsey took the time to work closely with me to create a home that truly reflects what I wanted. She listened carefully to my ideas and suggested creative, practical solutions that added both functionality and value. She guided me through important design decisions, including flipping the left and right sides of the floor plan, explaining the benefits of different footpath layouts, advising on the design of the garage's external back door, and recommending several other design improvements. Her patience, dedication, and genuine passion for achieving the best possible outcome made a lasting impression on me. I truly appreciate everything she has done. I also want to thank Simone from the Customer Support team for her excellent support and responsiveness throughout this stage of the process. I highly recommend both Chelsey and Simone to anyone building with Creation Homes. I’m now looking forward to the construction phase and hope the construction team will be just as responsive and keep me updated on the progress. I plan to share another review during the construction stage and again after the home is completed.

Building a Seacrest with Creation Homes – We started our journey, purchasing a block of land in Yarrabilba in October 2023. Whilst waiting for the land to register, we proceeded to engage with builders who operate in south east Qld. After visiting quite a lot of display homes and gathering pricing and estimates from a number of builders, we narrowed down our selections to Creation Homes… Read more
and Orbit Homes. Seeing as Creation Homes are only new to the retail sector of the market, we saw this as a positive as we would be more than perhaps a number in a queue. This was ultimately what had us signing with them over Orbit. We decided on a modified version of the Seacrest 28, and from an initial meeting with the Sales consultant, through to handover to the construction team, I can say with confidence that our gut feel was correct. The whole team have made us feel welcome and worked through our queries and requests etc with excellent communication. There have been a couple of minor hiccups along the way, but nothing that couldn't be resolved with quick phone call or email. The colour selection location is in their Milton office, which is fitted out nicely with a large array of products to view. We had done a heap of homework prior to the selection appointments, so it was a simple process of confirming choices, and the selection team were great to work with also. The electrical appointment was a little lackluster, compared to some of our previous builds, with nothing really to see, nor was it interactive, as would be the norm with a lot of volume builders these days. That would be the only thing that would need some improvement going forward.
Onto site works now and looking forward to seeing this project come to life, so far not a bad effort at all by the Creation Homes team.
Following on from above, we are now a week away from practical completion and I can say that the good experience of Creation Homes has continued onto site with Reece. He is easily the best site manager I had dealt with across a number of volume builders. His attention to detail as he has brought our home to live has been fantastic.
It would appear that this is the first time the house design we have chosen has been built and there has been a few hiccups along the way, but all have been taken in stride and Reece has kept the build ticking along, having a good handle on the trades and his timeline, communicating well along the way.
We are now looking forward to finishing off the external work post handover and then moving into our stunning Creation Home.
I would definately recommend this team of passionate people to look after your dream build. Well done Creation Homes.

appointments complete. The studio experience was great, there was plenty for us to choose from in our standard (Living) range. We will update after our studio selection pricing.

Highway robbery – My husband and I signed a contract in December 2020 to buy a house in Burpengary East as an investment for our SMSF. not want to extend the settlement date for a couple of days. In the end when they realised they were not going to be able to retain our deposit (thanks to a clause in the contract) they stated they would extend the date if we paid them 150k more for the property. Please refrain from doing Business with this Company. They are greedy and do not value their customers . Very dishonest and not very professional. This was a very disappointing experience for us
Nothing but problems – I don’t even know where to start. Everything about our experience was a disaster. We were told we would be moving in on 10th December. We got our keys on the 28yh February only to have defect after defect. Our turf was black, we had holes in the walls. It was just a disgrace. We are still trying to get new turf layer and get them to come back to fix things and we are STILL getting no results. STAY AWAY Show details
