cautious; their products are defective and should not be trusted. Furthermore, the delays in email communication while attempting to resolve this matter have been exasperating and unprofessional. I highly advise against purchasing from Creation Watches, as their lack of accountability and support leaves much to be desired.

Stay away from this company! They sell faulty goods and make you jump through hoops to try and get a refund. They are thieves and try to keep your money! They sold me a faulty watch. Excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend – I ordered a product online before Christmas. It was a gift for my son. I was notified there would be a 4-5 day delay on posting the product. 2 watches purchased, all ok. Third order was cancelled as CW delivery agent, DHL, categorised North Queensland as a REMOTE area and wanted to add a surcharge to my 'free' delivery. Creation Watches does this on purpose, of course. Nowhere on the entire website is there any mention of it, tricking you as a consumer. Avoid surprises and buy your watch from a reliable vendor.

Horrible little website – If you REALLY want to buy from them, use PayPal. Otherwise your transaction may void and they won't bother to do anything. Like anything. Customer service staff don't want to do their job and seem legitimately dim.

no response to messages – No communication, will not answer questions about gst/DHL duties and taxes, sent multiple messages, got one formula response saying they will get back to me and never did. watch, cause they said the automatic watches require some "training" to start working accurate! I did and nothing worked, then they told me to send the watch for repairing. The watch was brand new and i suggested to change to another watch and i would pay the diference, what they refused! Surprisingly, they told me to send the watch to an address in UK, then i asked why not to the nearest brand representative near me, cause the watch was under warranty! They said... it should be like that! I sent the watch on 7 March 2024 and then i realized that from UK, the watch was sent to Singapore where is CreationWatches headquarters! I have 26 emails changed with them and until today i dont have the watch back! almost 6 month are gone! They come always with the same excuses, "we are trying" "we are waiting for parts" "be patience dear costumer" bla bla bla! I have no idea where is the watch, how it will come, if it will come! I dont even know if the watch is really Orient original or fake! I called to the representative Orient here where i live and they said that all this situation is weird and they are not official Orient reseller, as they could not tell me about the originality of the watch! I told CreationWatches that watch was the first and the last one! I bought in CreationWatches to save money and that was the problem, i suggest you all to buy in the right places to avoid situations like mine! SCAM, DISGUSTING THIEVES – Absolute SCAM! Do not purchase from them. They will respond 1 time to make it look like they’re legit and then immediately stop responding. They’re absolute liars biggest Scam don’t fall for any good reviews you see they’re all fake. !!!!!!! Disgusting!!!! they will not send you the watch they’ll just take your money and ignore you !!!

An Update for People Thinking of Buying – After my first review complaining about the lack of response to my watch running slow, I received a response from a "[Name Removed]" apologising and requesting details. Great, maybe I had misjudged them. It is now over a month since I supplied the details and I have heard nothing. Was the email an attempt to make them look good? Beware! You may get a good watch, but you may not. Then what?

Was sent an Arabic watch – Half the Seiko days are in Arabic. This was not advertised at all in their completely english site. It will display Arabic for a few hours a day for the days. Only plus is that shipping was quick. However I feel like it was falsely advertised. Their website also says that they reply to emails within 12 hours. I have sent two over the last few days and no reply.

Really bad service I have ever seen – I ordered watch from 1st December 2023 and the same day I got confirmation mail but till 13th December I didn’t get the watch. Moreover I got an email about shipped the watch but the tracking number does not exist. I don't know they sone scam with me or what is their problem but don’t pick the call and don’t reply of my mail. I will spread their service excellency to most of the people I know .

Moe in Victoria I would not class as remote by any stretch of the imagination , but I had very little choice but to accept standard postage. Creation did offer me a total refund in fairness , but I had come so far and wanted th watch basically. I also had the impression that Creation was an Australian company, by the advertising and stating they used Australia post. Not so , they are based in Singapore. So in summing up , they are not Australian, there advertising on price and delivery ,( well you decide for yourself the above) is I think at best deceptive. I did get the watch , and Singapore post / Australia post did a great job with very speedy delivery, but I did for some period of time think I had been scammed. Transaction as Expected but Foreign Company – Bought a Casio Watch, good price and service and the transaction went as it should. I assumed the seller was an Australian business as per the listing - however it is domiciled and shipped from Singapore. Very sneaky creation – I bought a watch assuming the price was GST inclusive because there's no mention of GST when you see the total charge until you click pay, then the GST comes out once it's too late I will never ever ever use creationwatches again as far as I'm concerned it is a scam and should be investigated. Show details

true as the way the complication works is that for a few hours after midnight the day changes to the second language before changing back to English (and the next day).

I thought I was buying the same watch that I could buy from a local store. I would not have bought the watch had I known that it was dual language.

Bad return service – I started a watch order with Creation Watches and was going to pay by Paypal. However when I was redirected back to the creation watches site they added $59 in duty and taxes to the order so I did not complete the order. that creation watches completed the order without my consent for the same price as the downunderwatches order (i.e.without the $59 duty and taxes) and I now had two orders for the same watch. When checking my paypal account they are the same company (Redsol). I immediately (within 15 minutes of the order) emailed to tell them to cancel and refund the first unauthorised transaction but they emailed 8 hrs later to say they had already sent it. I am now trying to return one of the watches and they have promised a prepaid return label which has still not arrived 11 days later. Hopefully they will send it soon and I will update my review but at the moment 1 star is generous.

I sent it via Express post with a tracking number - the tracking number shows that it got there 14th Jan. At this point, I still thought everything was fine. Long story short, it took several emails and me following up to get a refund - it's March. I did get the refund, so I have increased the star rating from 1 to 3.
