The worst BNPL
Please stay away from this company. They are the worst BNPL. They have hidden fees. They charge you extra for every purchase. Afterpay and ZIP are the best and free of any charges. JUST STAY AWAY! DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR YOUR PURCHASES. I wish to give them ZERO star if I could.

Easy to use, user friendly and hassel free shopping. Using this app from last 2 years and loving it so far.
Absolutely love Humm.
I have been using Humm for many years.
My experience has always been fantastic.
I missed a payment a long time ago, but I rang and explained why the payment had dishonoured, Humm happily reversed the fee as a good will gesture.
I am always notified via sms when I have upcoming payments, you can choose to pay it early or let the payment process automatically.
Hopefully one day we will be able to use Humm card anywhere Mastercard/visa is accepted.

Very disappointed that I can hardly make any more purchases using the Humm card as many retailers are no longer in partnership with you!!! Will consider closing this card as soon as my repayments are complete!!!

Tried to make me pay $109 in “late” fees when they locked my account. After following instructions to have it unlocked to pay my fee on the due date, it was still locked and I received and email asking for $109 in late payments ONTOP of my outstanding balance.

The absolute worst experience and customer service
Purchased roller shutters using Humm. They have been taking money from my account but are seemingly unable to allow me access to my own account so I can see my payment history and outstanding balance. I have contacted them 5 times and emailed them on several occasions. I am given a different reason each time for the lack of access including today “that’s because you don’t have an account with us that we ever set up”… excuse me??? Happy for you to refund all the money you have taken from my bank if that’s the case. Rubbish service. I am contacting AFCA

Telling me I have a debt from over 15 years ago (you know, before Humm existed)
Tried to use Humm as have been a long time Afterpay user and thought I would try another option - All the sign up went fine but I was declined, after an eternity on hold, I was told I had an outstanding debt to them from 15 years ago.
So seeing as Humm didn't operate 15 years ago, I'm not sure where this alleged debt would have come from and why 15 years later (when any alleged debt would be well outside the statute of limitations) would this come up? Even my ex doesn't hold a grudge that long.
Tried to resolve it on the phone but was told another team needed to look into it as they couldn't answer basic questions like how much, when and where.
Never got a response from this point so clearly they don't care.

Extremely Easy!
Humm's website was clear and details were easy to read and understand. The online application (for Little things) was simple and fast. Received my item from the retailer within a few days. Excellent!
Horrible customer experience!!!
On the first day, I tried to change the direct debit card. Received error. After multiple try, I was blocked out. Then They asked for multiple documents to verify my identity. horrible company!!!!

How long are Humm Big Things approvals valid for? I thought only for 90days? I applied for himm big things 10mths ago, never used it and it still says $5,000 available.

I pretty much only used humm to help out with bills. Now you've taken that option away I'm chucking my card in when it's paid off. It's stupid and useless now. Good job humm, you've stuffed up.

Humm is a buy now, pay later service that lets you spend from $1 to $30,000, with zero-interest repayments.
