After having humm for years never missed payments and then when they changed I no longer can get his even for medical no bad credit file I just dont have a file because I dont have credit or debts

Threatened to send our account to debt collection over 1 missed payment. This was only due to us changing banks and Humm making it exceedingly difficult to update bank details with them.

This is the worst company I have ever used! The Philippines call centre is hopeless. It used to be a good business it’s now terrible. I went to purchase some golf equipment and now you have to get a loan. Hopeless

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Blatant stalling tactics when trying to pay balance outstanding and close the account. They claim it takes 5-7 business days to process a payment.

I don’t like your company, the repayments for a pensioner are ridiculous and the extra amount between payments is nothing but a rip off! If anyone asked me about getting a loan from your company, I’d tell them not to do it, take it directly out of your pension which does not charge for paperwork or interest.

Can’t pay my balance and it’s been stuck like this for over a week. They’re claiming “essential system maintenance” for more than a week? That doesn’t pass the sniff test. My bank notified me on an unpaid Humm90 debt from 2020 which was flagging on my credit rating, when I contacted Humm90 to query this issue they told me they had passed it on to a debt collector and it was no longer their issue, keeping in mind it is now 2026. discuss this. I contacted the Debt collector and they told me the account had in fact been paid and closed and that Humm90 had made an error. It has been 6 years and this now reflects on my credit rating because Humm90 failed to close my account or clear a debt that was not there to begin with. Very poor and unprofessional!!

Terrible service. I forgot my first payment was coming out Jan 14th so the direct debit got rejected as I hadn’t put funds in that account. I paid it about half an hour later on the same day. 1 overdue by 3 days up top. For no good reason as I’m 6 payments ahead! Their app is terrible as well.No account number details, keeps logging off, no proper help portal, money keeps showing as pending till the month is finished NOT when you’ve actually paid it? And when making payments through the app your payments come out like 5 days later.How ridiculous … literally any other type of financial provider processes the payment instantly why can’t these guys do the same?? what a terrible choice, never again. I’ll pay it off by next month to not deal with these guys for the next 5 years

App keeps logging out, not remembering saved username and password, making me reset a new pin, just bad. When contacting company hard to understand as all pass you onto someone else because they can’t help, most have thick accents of different types so communication even harder.
