Worst to deal with

I would give a zero.They are the worst company ever to deal with , ordered a flat and the size was too big, though I ordered the usual size.the company has resized its shoes, and for the return I posted the shoe paying $10. Rip off they charge for delivery and returns

Poor customer care

Carefully order men’s or women’s sizes because if Order is placed then you can do nothing. And return will cost you. Don’t rely on them because they can anytime cancel your order by saying that the pair you ordered is out of stock. Show details

If I could give no stars I would

Worst and most dodgy customer service made up of bots and overseas workers that do absolutely nothing. Their WhatsApp chat is extremely useless and whoever is responding on that should be ashamed.

Item arrived faulty and I’m still waiting for a refund, I’ve now contacted my bank and The Department of Fair Trading. Especially now after reading all their reviews, the path of Fair Trading seems appropriate as this company should not be operating.

On top of all that, I’m not sure what the hype is about these shoes? They feel like cheap china material that wouldn’t last a week. Better off buying from a reputable Australian company. Show details

Item was returned 21 days ago back to their warehouse for a refund, and yet I am still waiting…

I emailed them, they didn’t even look at my email as mentioned it takes 10 business days to refund the item, it’s been 21…..

Still waiting…

I ordered 15/01/24 for an in stock, ready to be shipped item… after waiting 3 weeks for shipment details I emailed only to be told StarTrack have lost my parcel, I’ve asked for them to be re-sent. Customer service took days to respond and are not very apologetic or helpful at all. So disappointed. Show details

Charged for shipping and return shipping

I order a pair of crocs then realized immediatley that the order had gone through in womens size so I contacted them and they said there was nothing that could be done and that I just needed to return it. So I then order the show in mens size. When both arrived I didnt like the mens one and returned the womens one. I was charged for return shipping and also for the original shipping to me. I find this to be unfair and will be really considering whether I order from crocs again as this experience has left me doubting them and I certainly wont be risking ordering a new style or anything like that. The majority of large retailers these days offer free return shipping at a minimum Show details

Inconsistent sizing - avoid buying on-line!

Purchased a pair of Baya Sandals in M13 based on prior experience and Crocs' sizing chart but the ones delivered were more consistent with a M14 (32cms long). I considered returning them but having to pay and go through the process of postage made it not worthwhile. Misleading size information on Crocs website. Not my fault but I have to pay for shipping! Return policy is inconsistent with industry best practice. Appalling! Show details

Do NOT buy online

Do NOT buy these online. In store or nothing. The return policy is a joke. You pay for return shipping on exchanges even if the sizes are innacurate. Customer service exists but good luck achieving an outcome in your favour. I'll wear out what I have but won't be supporting Crocs again (not that that'll hurt them).

I'd love to write a review of the product, but I can't

I ordered a pair of crocs a few days ago, clearly marked as in stock and ready to be shipped, yet today I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled and I had been refunded, no explanation given.

I do a quick online search and it looks like this is a common practise of theirs, they mark items as in stock when they are not, and then just cancel your order without any explanation, sure enough I looked at the pair of crocs I ordered and they were out of stock in my size.

It's a shame, because I used to have crocs and I remember them being good products, but the stock levels on the website are clearly not updated regularly, so I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything on there. Show details

Order cancelled

Update on previous review. After 17 days processing and confirming with a Crocs sales agent over the phone that the item i ordered was in stock my order has now been cancelled by crocs. No explanation at all as to why, now I am told to wait 14 days for a refund!!! Never again Show details

Why are you so hard to get in contact with? I have tried chat "it says, you are 1 person in line", but wait and wait and nothing. Also no response to my email asking WHERE IS MY ORDER and why has it not been shipped as per your website saying 2-6 business days? VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
