changes and on board credit as compensation but Cruise Guru haven't even tried or even suggested these options, contacted celebrity direct even they said this is there usual options. Shame on you cruise guru. Moving forward i would not recommend using cruise guru for bookings , go with a TA or direct that actually cares about its customers .

Best Cruise Booking Agent ✔️✔️ – Have been using Cruise Guru for 15 years for booking cruises. Their agents are knowledgable, patient and helpful. Their $25 deposit option is an amazingly generous way to secure a cruise. I would not use any other booking system including the Cruise Lines directly. Now for my new review. A few months ago I contacted my girl Kylie at Cruise Guru again and told her I had my eye on another cruise in February of 2025 which was just a bit too expensive for me at the moment, but if she could keep an eye out on it for any drop in price or any special to come up and let me know that would be great. Well blow me down if I didn't get an email from her a few days ago saying was I still interested in that cruise because its just come down in price. Boy, was I interested or what? I called her right away and I am now booked on 28th Feb 2025 on the Quantum again, at another affordable price.
So What more can I say about Cruise Guru. All the staff are really great, and its not just Kylie that's a fantastic agent. No matter who you get on the phone or speak to they are all so courteous and respectful and seem genuine in wanting to be helpful. a simple mistake when inputting my Husbands DOB and they were really understanding and corrected this error. I was also sent a new Cruise Confirmation which included the updated details. This was most appreciated. The Cruise is yet to happen so possibly I can add further updates after the cruise has been completed. So far it has been an easy and enjoyable process. Follow-up · Yes I have downloaded the Princess app. That is easy to follow. It seems that you are not allocated a cabin till maybe 2 weeks prior to cruise. Or they have advised maybe on departure day. This is a bit unfortunate as unable to print out bag tags till you have your cabin number. Fingers crossed will be before departure day. Tks Michelle

Do not use this company to book a cruise if you wish to reprice the cruise if you see it cheaper elsewhere. I contacted Royal Caribbean to reprice our cruise and was told to contact the travel agent we booked through. I contacted Cruise Guru and was told that the cruise could not be repriced as that was the policy when final payment had been… Read more
made. I was told this was the same if you booked with Royal Caribbean. I know this is incorrect as I have successfully repriced with Royal when I have booked direct with them. The female customer service I spoke to told me I was wrong and it had always been the same with Royal despite me informing her I had successfully repriced with Royal previously. Lesson learnt. Cruise Guru site popped up and the deal was better again including the "Princess 25th Anniversary" deals. I tried to book on line but was unable to complete the booking so I phoned Cruise Guru (i think I was talking to Kee or KY) she looked at my proposed booking and explained that I was trying to book a accessible room. Kee found me a standard cabin with the same features, large balcony - mid ship etc and completed the booking with me. Fantastic service this was my first time using Cruise Guru, with this great service I will be using them again.
