Gave me lots of information and no questions I ask were a problem and I ask a lot! Their reputation to find the best match for people is well known. a simple mistake when inputting my Husbands DOB and they were really understanding and corrected this error. I was also sent a new Cruise Confirmation which included the updated details. This was most appreciated. The Cruise is yet to happen so possibly I can add further updates after the cruise has been completed. So far it has been an easy and enjoyable process. Cruise Guru site popped up and the deal was better again including the "Princess 25th Anniversary" deals. I tried to book on line but was unable to complete the booking so I phoned Cruise Guru (i think I was talking to Kee or KY) she looked at my proposed booking and explained that I was trying to book a accessible room. Kee found me a standard cabin with the same features, large balcony - mid ship etc and completed the booking with me. Fantastic service this was my first time using Cruise Guru, with this great service I will be using them again.

Called them up and asked for a cruise on the royal carribean. The lady replied , "it's all sold out ". I then asked "is that just you guys or is it the whole CRUISE?" made. I was told this was the same if you booked with Royal Caribbean. I know this is incorrect as I have successfully repriced with Royal when I have booked direct with them. The female customer service I spoke to told me I was wrong and it had always been the same with Royal despite me informing her I had successfully repriced with Royal previously. Lesson learnt. Don’t book through Cruise Guru again.

We have booked with Cruise Guru more than 6 times now. Always the cheapest when comparing other cruise sites on line. Often offering better cabin credit. Any enquiries when calling Cruise Guru have been answered quickly and easily. They give a few options for progress payments and payments have gone through confidently and smoothly. I was researching a New Zealand cruise and Cruise Guru's price was a lot less than on the Princess website. I had a Princess Future Cruise Credit that I wanted to use but could not see how. After I made the booking and sent a corresponding email, Cruise Guru quickly emailed to say my booking had been adjusted to include the Future Cruise Credit and I had an extra $100 added to my onboard credit. I highly recommend looking at Cruise Guru's offers before booking any cruise. I saved hundreds of dollars on the cruise price and was also given a substantial onboard credit.

Booked a cruise on the web site and found it easy to navigate. After checking other sites I found Cruise Guru to be very competitive without any additional charges.
