The young lady who made our booking could not have been more helpful to two pensioners who were not used to cruising. Although booking 12 months ahead, we feel confident that we have made the right decision. We would thoroughtly recommend using this travel service when considering a cruise for your holiday.

We have used CRUISE GURU previously. We were after a short 7 day cruise. The booking process is easy, the cruise appeared on the cruise line app after a couple of days so we could book excursions, dinner etc. The final payment is automatically taken from our credit card, though other options are available. There was also a significant price difference to those shown on the cruise lines website. It does pay to check. Show details ·  1

Have booked 3 cruises with Cruise Guru (2 are yet to occur). Competitive pricing and very responsive to questions or concerns. Booking process online is quite straightforward and phone access was very good too. In the case of the 2 cruises yet to be taken, they applied promotional extras despite the promotion period just finishing. Highly recommended and would use them again. Show details ·  1

DO NOT BOOK WITH CRUISE GURU We booked 14th January 2026 for $8945 and was told it is the best rate Today, 20th May the same trip is$6900 ($2045 cheaper) The trip is not until 26th September but we had to pay in full by the 2nd May Show details

changes and on board credit as compensation but Cruise Guru haven't even tried or even suggested these options, contacted celebrity direct even they said this is there usual options. Shame on you cruise guru. Moving forward i would not recommend using cruise guru for bookings , go with a TA or direct that actually cares about its customers .

Disappointed that three times I rang and asked for a certain lady to ring me back but she did not. Finallly I missed out on the cabin I wanted. They eventually gave me another cabin but it was dearer. Show details

I have varied experiences with CG recently. I cancelled attempting to make a booking with a male consultant because he could not provide what I needed. Fantastic service from start to finish. The travel agent from Cruise Guru - Kee was friendly, professional, and made the whole booking process easy and stress-free. Amazing to deal with and Louise whom we have dealt with a few times is so friendly, helpful and professional. I had previously booked the same cruise directly with Princess Cruises however noticed the pricing with Cruise Guru was more competitive so changed our booking arrangements and ended up with a much better deal through Cruise Guru. B2B cruises. Cruise Guru was very informative, helpful and sympathetic towards our plight and assisted us greatly. They kept us up to date with regards to our cancellation and we received our refunds in a timely manner.

Any enquiries when calling Cruise Guru have been answered quickly and easily. They give a few options for progress payments and payments have gone through confidently and smoothly.
