I'm pretty sure you need to try make things right when you twice have sold stained items, not just say, oh sorry, can I do anything else? Customer service is thinking of how to help and please the customer.
Unimpressed with customer service. The least they could do is replace the item immediately. Not in a hurry to shop online again.

proof of fault. Dont buy online, its not worth the hassel, their warehouse clearlly has the used stock or the people who take returns dont have an ethical bone in their body and send out used clothes. sooo bad!

under the arm. It's a lovely colour and style but the quality of the fabric is poor. I get more wear out of much cheaper dresses from no-name stores. $395.00 is a lot for me but I like to look professional so on occasion, I go over my price point for work wear. Very disappointing that I couldn't even get a whole season out of it.

They asked me to place another order for the canceled items but these items are already out of stock.
I find it incredible how the warehouse could cancel items at their liberty by mistake. Isn’t there a system in place?
I have been their customers for 20 years and this is enough to make me rethink if I would continue supporting them.

delicate care of acetate, or it crinkles easy and hard to iron it out. They dont tell you this in stores coz it's a negative thing and not honest or they dont know their fabrics. "Cool iron only while wet"? What's that going to do? So I paid $290 for a nice corporate looking dress that stood out above all others for time consuming to look after dress. It's great but not great.

experience is a feeling of staff pre-judging that nothing will fit me and I am frequently made to feel like I'm not a priority and not worth staff's time which over time has taken a toll on me and discouraged me from shopping in stores.
I went to the Veronika Maine section of the store. I didn't catch the lady's name but she greeted me with kindness and a willingness to help without being too pushy. She didn't act like I wasn't worth her attention. She was managing helping other customers but still gave me a pleasant experience. If she hadn't had been so friendly and attentive I definitely wouldn't have purchased anything. I feel more confident to come back in store now. She is an asset to your team and deserves a huge thankyou because I guarantee she has given others a similar experience.

She had such a warm and bubbly personality that truly made the experience so enjoyable! In fact, I ended up purchasing not just one, but two dresses that I cannot wait to wear! The clothing itself is gorgeous, but with the great customer service, it's even better!
This was my very first time purchasing at Cue, but thanks to Elizabeth, it certainly won’t be my last. I hope this feedback goes far, and if not, I hope my compliments embody what it’s like to experience great service in-store and can be used as an example in the future.

and they refunded me for the wrong one—about $130 less than what I actually returned. When I emailed customer service, they just said it wasn’t their issue and told me to go back to the store. No help, no apology. Super inconvenient.
3. I also bought pants from them that made my legs intensely itchy and painful. When I asked what could be causing it (whether there were any harmful chemicals), they said it was probably the wool and "reassured" me that they only used the best materials (though do consider that I have never previously had any issues with wool). No concern, no offer to make it right.
For a brand that charges premium prices, the service and accountability just isn’t there.

store and to “trust her” to process it later, but refused to provide proper proof and only scribbled on a torn docket. She explained the system had issues and said store policy prevented her from refunding my credit card. The refund was only corrected later (after I had left the store and was called to come back in) by another staff member who intervened. Overall, the process was unprofessional and stressful, and I would not recommend online shopping with Cue.

poor quality material, a mixture of awful materials that definitely won’t last long. Most importantly no lining & after putting on it looks & feels so cheap. I’m genuinely in shock. I would rather spend on other brands like Saba, Veranika Maine & hey even Zara & Portmans feels like better quality now. Web site is a disaster – What on earth is shop? I can’t set up an account. I have been abused by my daughter accusing me of hacking her account. I can no longer buy on line. Stop being stingy and make your own app. You charge enough. Pretty much over it.

I had a most excellent experience returning and exchanging an online order at a physical Cue store. I bought the wrong size online, the assistant was so helpful, found the item in the correct size, arranged for it to be delivered express so it arrived the next day and the return was easy and didn't cost me postage fees. Each listened (when I liked or didn't like something), offered positive feedback on how something sat and genuinely cared. These days I largely avoid retail stores & prefer to buy online, as the service can be poor & leave you with disappointment. This interaction reminded me of the service levels I enjoy experiencing. I was served by a wonderful staff member, representing the brand with pride.

I purchased was no longer in stock. Olivia found another dress and arranged for this to be sent to me and I return the faulty item to a nearby Cue Store. Unfortunately whilst the outcome wasn't what we both had hoped for, Olivia did everything she possibly could to find solutions. Olivia generally had my best interest at heart and ensured I was informed of all transactions along the way. Olivia was solution focused, empathetic, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Faulty dress – At the end of 2022 I purchased a violet tuck mini dress . Not cheap 355.00 . I never wore the dress until today . The person who I spoke to over email was very rude and defensive, not only did they take too long to respond to update the address their attitude towards the situation was super gross. I can understand that I made mistake, I have been in this situation before where the address has been autocorrected and I have emailed straight away and the customer services team has responded in a timely manner and rectified the address. I have also been in the situation where I have had to update the address through Australia post using the tracking number, as I did not receive a tracking number due to their mistake I was unable to do this.
When I expressed that I was a frustrated that they hadn't responded in time or sent a tracking number, their response was to rebut with the excuse that they receive hundreds of emails. If you receive hundreds of emails then hire enough staff to read and respond to them in a period of time where they could actually assist the customer. What is the point of having a customer service team or an email contact if they don't read or respond to them in time to update the order? It was just a super gross interaction and I am never giving them any money ever again.
When I went to the old address the parcel has been stolen.
Still waiting for product – I ordered a top 2 weeks ago. There is no update after it was packed .I called to follow up . Customer care rep said he will send an email . I called them again twice - no response. Hopefully this review will prompt a follow up .
Don’t purchase from this brand – I bought dress from cue/Veronika Maine for my Mum and the fabric was faulty I ask for exchange and the person she so rude and racist. Spend nearly $400 for the dress really bad service and item. Totally not recommend brand

Barbara is the BEST – I never bought clothes from Cue before until I met Barbara in Double Bay. She is the most knowledgeable and caring lady. I love her Italian background and have now returned for the third time in a month to buy clothing. I have changed my wardrobe and can just say thank you to the AMAZING Barbara. Overpriced for nothing – I went into the Cue, Myer store. The service was great however, i am not impressed the slightest of the quality of the product. I purchased $225 black pants, least to say after 2 returns with a fault in the lining and now they have balled along the outer thigh and inner thigh. I am not impressed.
