I was after a refund for a Xmas present. Contacted them and they replied they’d take at most 48 hours. Have not heard back except the multitude of ads that now proliferate my in box. Can send promos but not reply to a help request.
Did a very straight foward online order back in January(it’s late March now) it was a cap a singlet and some socks. The singlet and socks were purely filler to save paying postage. days later. Long story short courier admitted loss on their end. And even after sharing this info with seller it took weeks more for them to agree to resend items. By now the item that was principal to the order was no longer available. It’s been the most dreadful online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Culture Kings can’t even be bothered to respond to any emails anymore with a real person just a AI response. Buyer beware. I’m not even sure a refund was processed by culture kings. I’d give zero stars if it was possible.

At pickup, I was told delivery had been attempted and intercom contact was made. However, no intercom activity was recorded on any of the confirmed delivery dates, raising serious questions about how delivery attempts are managed.No attempt was made to call me.
Despite these issues, the final resolution offered by Culture Kings was complimentary shipping on a future purchase, which requires customers to spend again in order to access goodwill. This is not a reasonable or customer-focused response.
If you’re shopping online, be aware that delivery may not occur as confirmed, and you may face significant inconvenience. Service recovery is limited and may not address the problem directly.
Follow-up · My experience since the original review has not changed and I am not going to reconsider ever again this retailer neither online or in store. For those who asked what were the items ;Ed Hardy miniskirt and long sleeve roses blouse both in one plastic small bag and yes the items were as described My review on their official website has been screened out like thousands filtered out by AI.

size and fit perfectly. However, the other one ,also same size, does not fit at all. What makes this experience even more frustrating is how long it is taking to process a very simple size exchange. This delay has been extremely disappointing and has negatively impacted my first impression of the brand. And finally they mentioned the item is not eligible for return.

postage, all items posted from Queensland apparently. You cannot contact them by phone, and any emails sent to them are returned by a response generated by AI. The response also stated that I can receive a credit note. I don’t want a credit note as I will never make another purchase from them. I’m still waiting for a human to respond to my correspondence. I am now going to contact them by phone office if fair trading and the ACCC to make a report of my poor experience with them.

to send it back I decided to pay for the postage to get it there in the time frame allowed. When I finally got a response 'Ben' told me he would wait to receive it but when he did he told me I would not get my refund because it had 'pet hair on it' which is really insulting especially when I don't own any pets so he's got the tshirt and my $60 and refuses to issue me with a refund. So he was happy to exchange the first tshirt but when I asked for a refund on the second tshirt that's when it turned ugly so this company has ripped me off and is refusing to issue me my refund so don't ask for a refund off these guys because they will make up any excuse not to give you your money back!

Sent the wrong item, tried to get a refund as the item is useless to me. Gave up in the end, not worth the time and stress. Incredibly hard to speak to anyone, when I finally did and sent through all the evidence they asked for, I was then palmed off to another team to wait for them to come to a conclusion. Incredible.
I brought a faulty watch for $329 I asked for store credit to repurchase watch as it was a birthday present. They charged me 8.95 for returning item. I still had to purchase package to send back!! I then had to pay more money on top to get the same watch and delivery fee!! I tried to make contact in regards to what was happening not only did it take a long time. But they did not care. I will never be making purchases from them again!!
Must say I'm disappointed. Put in an order for new clothing for my holiday. Checked express post in order to receive it by end of week. Nothing. No email, no nothing. Disappointing when you've spent over $500. And not being able to talk to someone over the weekend has made this all the worse.

have taken them back but Culture Kings REFUSED coming back with excuses such as shows signs of wear on sole, laces and shoes weren’t clean etc. This was after back and forward emails asking for more and more photo’s, and even had to ask me whether they came in a box or a bag when they were delivered from them etc. Didn’t think I had to give them a full clean and detail before my genuine complaint and wow what genii they are to state that they show signs of wear. None of which was denied by me but they had only been worn but once a week and only during 2 school terms spanning for not even 6 months before breaking. First time ever this has happened with Nike’s or any shoe for that matter. My other daughters had the same shoes a few years ago and not an issue. Bottom line is AVOID CULTURE KINGS as no customer service and buy from Nike or wherever else depending on product as they stand behind their own product. This surely can’t pass the fitness for purpose test let alone the poor customer service. They email only and think you are uneducated … well we will see! As everyone else has stated, customer service is non-existant. The returns system is via a platform called "Refundid" which does noit work - it gets to the sms confirmation and then doesnt send out a code. So i essentially and stuck with shoes that dont fit. Show details

I then went in store to try and sort it out, only to be told they couldn't process a refund and that I’d have to send the shoes back to the warehouse. After a frustrating 20-minute argument with the staff, they finally agreed to issue a refund.
This whole experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and no accountability. I won’t be shopping with Culture Kings again.
Purchased a pair of Reebok pumps. They sent me the wrong colour. I have sent numerous emails trying to return these for a full refund but they are ignoring me. I just want my money back, it shouldn't be so hard. Might have to escalate to Fair Trading as I see i am not the only one being ripped off by these scammers.

resolve my issue. I was answered by a CK representative named: Ru who not only sited a wrong order and code but implied it was me as a customer who didnt make the purchase within the 7day time frame. Are you serious? If they actually provided customer service and checked the correct order when brought to their attention they would see theyre actually incorrect and its irresponsible and lazy customer service to not follow through correctly. Its their 1 job.
Paid $8.95 to return/exchange an item that’s the wrong size but keep getting an error when trying to generate a shipping label….. reached out to customer service but have not recieved a reply in days. Frustrating experience.
Shoes came marked out the box and they refused to take actions or offer me store credit for it because I had worn them Toes had bend marks across the tops of the shoes before I even wore them. Bending is common on Jordans but I feel like I've been sold a second hand pair of shoes. Customer service was also poor
