I had an issue with one of my items, as I don't live close I sent it back in. A lovely lady named Chelcee handled my issue. Super professional she sorted out the issue and sent in back to me express post with a couple extra goodies for the inconvenience. Highly recommend this store and the staff are amazing, even when we went in they were all super kind to my 3 young boys. Hands down my most favourite store to shop in.

Purchased 2 jumpers in size medium. One was the right size. The other had a tag medium on it but clearly was extremely larger. More like an XL. I contacted them, they told me to send it back at my own cost, and they will exchange it to a smaller one once they receive it back. Once they received it I received notification that they are out of stock so will will issue me a voucher instead. I contacted them to say I wanted the jumper and if it’s not on stock to refund my money back. They were arguing that they don’t refund because I purchased 2 fo...
Read morer $99 deal, my only option was to have a credit with them or return both items. One of the jumpers were worn already does she want they back. She said no as it was worn. I said fine but I want the money back the one. After much arguing, she said they don’t usually refund but after speaking to her supervisor will refund but will red tag my account for all future purchases. Like it was my fault they are out of stock and their jumper was clearly incorrectly labeled size. This was my first and definitely last transaction with this Culture King. If the item was faulty or incorrectly labeled they should pay the return postage but I have to pay to return the faulty item as well as be red tagged???? Well done on your great customer service. Maybe try using another browser, like Chrome? I haven't had problems with mine and I use Chrome.
