video evidence re front door log and call system confirming no calls made at all on day of alleged delivery Cupshe and courier will not require delivery to occur. Nor can or will they provide evidence of any attempt. Essentially it’s customer problem with or without evidence of couriers misconduct.

Package taken to over 20min drive away despite hubs being 400m from home - where previous couriers had taken package. And not open outside business hours so have to take time off work plus hour round trip to collect! Madness.

If you’re a busy low time individual who can’t be mucked around by lying and lazy companies and couriers definitely do not waste your time - it’s not worth the frustration!

facility. However, the tracking number is ‘pending’ meaning it has not been scanned into AUSPost system. I don’t know where to go, there is no information on where it’s being held. They can not give me the facility according to the email sent. Only a warning it will be returned to sender if I don’t pick it up. No card in my mailbox to say there has been an attempted delivery either. The delivery ‘attempt’ was 4 days ago. It should be at my local post office. I will go today. affordable. Everything I received felt well made and exceeded my expectations.

I was also very impressed with Cupshe’s customer service, and their returns policy is genuinely excellent. It makes purchasing feel completely risk-free, which is such a relief when ordering online.

The only downside is that they send a LOT of emails - definitely more than necessary. While I'm keen to hear about promotions, I'd rather not get in excess of 5 emails a day from them.

Overall, I’m so glad I finally took the plunge and will absolutely be ordering again. Highly recommend if you’ve been on the fence like I was.

I am happy with my swim suits – My second time ordering from Cupshe. Recent order of 2 swimsuits arrived within 2 weeks of ordering to Sydney, which was around the same as previously. The swimsuits themselves were the correct fit, as per description and size guide on the site. The fabric was good quality and I expect them to last well as the previous ones did.

Post, they informed me that Cupshea needs to raise a ticket for further investigation.

Cupshea, however, insists that the return label is under my name because my name appears on the label—but this was a return label issued by them.

Their customer service team keeps replying with the same scripted responses, which is not resolving the issue.

If anyone has faced a similar problem or has advice on how to handle this, I’d appreciate your input.

Still Waiting – Ordered almost a month ago for Christmas, and still no goods. Very slow dispatch and delivery. They keep amending the estimated delivery date to later and later. Really disappointed and customer service is vague and ineffective. I won't be buying from them again.

Same as the above reviews, delivery is too slow, still no swimmers – I have had the same delivery problems as the people above, 18 days still no swimmers, and they tell me this is because of road accident in Cairns. How ridiculus I live in NSW, and not northern NSW.

Hound you – Will never let you unsubscribe - barrage of emails, no option to unsubscribe. Will never ever order from them again. Products poor quality, sizing odd and expensive for what they are.
