Been weeks now and can’t get resolution I’ve paid hundreds. I’ve commented on their socials. They won’t send my items.

10/10 would buy again – The website is very easy to navigate, they sell a select range of the lastest skincare technolodgy and are very informative about each product. results. I can feel the prick of heat so I know it’s “functioning”, but my hair has just grown back thicker, stronger, and faster due to shaving it for treatment. I am so disappointed, I had to fork out a ton more money for a professional laser clinic to reduce thick black spiky hair - which by the way was immediately successful. Claims are far too good to be true, don’t waste your money.

When i tried to return they insisted i couldn’t because with the full 12 week trial plus shipping and getting myself organised i had just tipped outside of the 90 day guarantee period. I had to go and back and forth and only when i brought up Australian consumer guarantee law and outlined that the product did not do what they advertised it to do so it was not fit for purpose did they suddenly say oh hey we feel like we’ll extend the money back guarantee for you. So I returned it, that process was painless actually, but they deducted a 10% “restocking fee” from my refund amount, which is over $100… i tried to push back on that but you end up talking to a completely different person each time who has no idea about your case. I should have pushed harder as I think under the same law they are not allowed to charge a restocking fee when an item is not as advertised/not fit for purpose/faulty etc. It shouldn’t have to be to up to the consumer to educate the retailer on their obligations under the consumer guarantees act and push and push and be misled and push for what are actually your rights under the law. Don’t get caught out by this retailer!!

Not worth the $ – I have used this at home ipl device consistently since May. I had previously had laser hair removal treatments professionally and was intending to use this as top up treatments. But I figured I must be imagining things as nothing works that fast and so well. I have been using it now for just over three months and the improvement is marked. I am enjoying using less markup as I no longer have to cover up so many wrinkles and skin pigmentation issues. I am eternally grateful. AMAZING – I was sceptical that this was a gimmick but decided to risk it given all the good reviews and the money back guarantee. Oh my god does it make your skin GLOW! I have really nice skin already however this brings it to a new level. Also, before my period I usually get some small hormonal breakouts around my chin but after using this, it has gone away. religiously for the recommended 16 weeks. The device is useless and didn't make any difference to my Partner's hair. When I purchased the device the estimated delivery date was 27 December 2023 but it wasn't shipped from the UK until 26 December 2023 - I live in Australia. I wrote an email complaining but it was pointless. The device was delivered on about 7 January while I was on vacation.

Can not fault them – Bought a new Clarisonic device when they came back on the market and I could not be happier with the speed of delivery, service oh and they sent extra skin care and different brushes so I can could determine the best for my skin.
