simple enough to use. C & B co. provide clear a succinct directions on how to measure up for the perfect fit depending on what style you are after. We had quite a large order so we were a little anxious waiting for it to arrive. When I sent an email inquiring into how long our order would be, our minds were put at ease with an email response that very same day informing us as to where it was in the production process. The order arrived quickly, considering the large order and having ordered over Christmas / New Year period. The instructions for install were also clear and easy to understand. Installation was also very easy. Along the way I must have misplaced a clear acrylic rod (used for drawing the sheers & curtains). I contacted C&B co. to ask if I could purchase this, as you seem unable to via the website. Someone got back to me within 24 hours and offered to send one out free of charge.
In summary, I highly recommend this company not only for their amazing range, their easy to navigate website, their ordering system, very, very reasonable pricing, amazing quality but also because of their customer service being top notch. Tell your friends, family and anyone else who will listen. This is a great option if purchasing curtain, sheers or blinds for your house, or even 1 windows in your home.

have to chat to them about sizing to ensure they are the right length this time. It's going to be expensive the have then shortened and kind of defeats the purpose of ordering custom made curtains.

The quality of both fabrics is outstanding, and the finished result looks far more expensive than the price we paid. The Odin sheers hang beautifully, and the Weylands Linen blockouts add warmth and elegance to the room while providing excellent light blockage. I no longer even need to wear an eye mask to sleep because the room is so wonderfully dark.
Everything needed for installation was included, and my husband installed the double track himself in about an hour and a half after work. The installation video on the Curtain & Blind Co website was clear, easy to follow, and made the whole process straightforward.
Ordering custom curtains online can feel like a leap of faith, but the measuring guides, fabric samples, customer service and installation resources gave me confidence throughout the process. The curtains are also very competitively priced compared with other companies I researched, making them exceptional value for money.

The blinds look great and are going to fit well, however there were not enough screws for the brackets and have yet to go to a hardware store to purchase them. love the look of the curtains (Prevelley range, porcelein colour with black tracks)! It's given our space such a modern and sophisticated feel but at a third of the cost of other suppliers we contacted. We ordered the same product for upstairs and a small roller blind as well. Super happy with both purchases. The purchasing process was simple and video tutorials on measuring made it very easy. Delivery was as promised. I was missing a couple of track joiners but contacted the team and they were promptly sent to us in 2 days. Installing the curtains was also very simple and id*ot-proof! Will purchase again and reccommend Curtain & Blind Co to everyone we know!

They have enough easy tutorials for us to understand on measuring and installing. So, it was easy for me to determine what I needed for my space and measure properly. Michael (General Manager) was very helpful when I reached out to him with any doubts. When I had doubts about if the normal bracket would fit my window frame, he was more than happy to assess it via pics and provide different sizes of brackets for a reasonable cost, and post it to me asap. This helped me order what I wanted, with confidence.
Everything arrived on time. The packaging was perfect. The quality of the products is amazing. It was packed in a way that everything arrived flawlessly. I didn't have to iron the curtain. The parts were neatly organised in a smaller box inside the packaging and neatly taped to the main box so that it didn't move on to the curtain and ruin it. They had manually checked each part and numbered those outside that small box. This ensured that no parts were missing.
I'm really pleased and satisfied with the product and am receiving a lot of compliments for it. Will definitely order again from them when needed, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Mixed feelings – These curtains were significantly cheeper than custom made and installed. The customer service was friendly however there were and are some downsides. turnaround was actually 5-6. The curtains were then delivered and the track came in two pieces with a joiner bracket and the seam between the two is visible which is something we hoped we’d avoid when opting for custom. The bottom is also overlocked not hemmed and looks unfinished so we will be needing to take it to a tailor to rectify. The wand is flimsy and bends with the weight of the curtain. Overall, the value is definitely a selling point however if you’re a “do it once do it right” type of person it might be safer to reconsider. We now need to make a decision whether to run these through the rest of our house as per the original plan or keep them temporarily until the budget allows fully custom installed curtains

Curtains arrived earlier than expected. They are quality material, made well and the colour is perfect. The correct installation materials were supplied with the correct number of clips and hooks.
