Have used Curtain world for a number of years with installation of plantation shutters through our home and cannot fault the service given on all area's. Mandy has been our sales consultant through this and today The installer Russell went above and beyond what was required with the installation. His building experience and advice was greatly appreciated with how he started and finished the installation. We are very happy with the result. Show details · 1

I couldn’t be more happier with the blinds installed at my new house in Jindalee. Martin my sales consultant was very good and helped with choosing the right blinds for the right room and selection of colours. My Plantation Shutters were installed yesterday and they are fabulous. The guys who installed them were amazing, they vacuumed all the window tracks before and after installation and not a speck of dust when they left. I highly recommend Curtain World. Show details · 1

The staff have been great from start to finish. I was provided thorough information relating to the expected performance of the various blind types, had accurate measurements taken and the installation was done tidily. Follow-up · Since my former review, we have had Curtain World add some additional curtains to our new villa and once again the product and service was outstanding. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Monday to be advised delivery person was sick on original date and contact would be made to reschedule. I Had to follow up to reschedule date as no contact was made. New date set, then called to be advised on new day of delivery that it would not be delivered as item could not be found. Wasted another day off. Told to call the office. Called the office, advised the delivery person would contact with new date. Awaited call, call not received, one week later I called the office to arrange new date. Receptionist was rude, had me spend several minutes reiterating the whole story to be told she could not help and would redirect the call. I suggested it would have been helpful if I was told this before I spent minutes speaking with the wrong person. Receptionist said she “could not get a word in edge ways”. My patience was tested at this point after the total shambles of poor service I had received thus far it was not unreasonable to be annoyed at this point by the receptionists rude comment. I was redirected to another person who was extremely apologetic and very professional - thank you. Advised delivery person would make contact to yet again schedule delivery and advised issues were caused by the incorrect name spelling on the first order. Although the original order and the rectified order had the same job number. I will not recommend or purchase from curtain world again. I have since heard other similar stories echoing my own. CW is on the expensive side and for this there is an expectation of good, professional service. You did not deliver, lift your game curtain world.
Follow-up · After a poor experience I was contacted by customer services and the situation has been rectified. The product received is a quality product as expected from Curtain World.

Purchased sheer curtains installed 2020 in 4 empty downstair bedrooms, which also have internal and external rollerblinds - Curtain World replaced curtains in 2022 due to sun damage and tearing, with acknowledgement this should not occur however here I am again 2 years later with the same issue. 3 of the rooms are easily torn through sun damage. … Read more
These windows (when the roller blinds are not down) average 4 hours of direct sun per day (when its extremely hot the house is closed down to keep cool) I work from home so this is easily monitored. The customer service this time has been blunt and sorry but last replacement did not restart the 2 year warranty and replacement is out of warranty. This fabric is obviously not fit for purpose and should not be sold if it needs replacing every 2 years - sheers should last far beyond this. Beware of 2 year warranty - other companies offer 5 years. The assistance that Curtain World have come back with is replace again at a goodwill discounted rate !! Im sorry after 20+ years and many referals to Curtain World you have lost my custom !! I have contacted ACCC as I am sure readers would agree, 2 replacements within 5 years is just poor quality fabric and not at what a poor qaulity cost!! Seriously be warned...look elsewhere with longer warranties and better quality fabric.

My initial contact with Curtain World was through a pop up stand at Warwick shopping centre. The lady there was very patient and helpful as I had no idea what I wanted in our newly renovated home. and made the selection process very easy, narrowing it down to what suited our needs, price range and of course the appearance. I ended up being quite excited about the process instead of being overwhelmed.
We ended up not even going with a second quote as we were so confident and felt the price was good. I love they are made in their own premises at the back of showroom.
The timeframe ended up being well within the timeframe quoted and Gary did a great job fitting them even matching the curtain track joins to our paintwork colour so not noticeable. We are beyond thrilled with the sheers which add a softness to the room and the blinds that Martin suggested for our games room are perfect in blocking the sunlight in the wooden floorboards but allowing us to still see out to the pool area. I’d recommend Curtain World without hesitation And am now saving to replace window treatments on other windows.

the new ones, just lovely. Then when Emerson came to install the new ones again he is so pleasant and again efficient and a proud worker. Especially, when two blades were broken and I had to wait a few more weeks before they were replaced. Quite a long drawn out experience before they were replaced this week. But Emerson came and in his calm, efficient manner finished the job.
