you receive your package and then don’t provide you with the return address which then runs over the 15 days means you won’t get a full refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

typical overseas trash – I ordered bathers for a holiday. they didnt arrive on time and so I didnt get them until after i returned. As it was longer than 2 weeks they wouldnt refund or return items so its a disgrace.they dont make allowances for anyone regardless of their poor service. Poor quality, inaccurate sizing, scammers!! – Purchased 3 swimsuits ($140). When they arrived the sizes were all marked the same but measured up to 8 inches different at the waist. Terrible company to deal with – I received a faulty item, stitching was coming apart over an area of about 8cms. I requested a refund, but, in order for that to happen I needed to return the goods to the USA! After 5 or 6 emails I relented and accepted a discount! It was going to be cheaper to do that than return the item. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with online shopping.

comments from their Facebook page and ignore messages. Products are sent from a NSW address but for returns must be posted to a US address which they know customers won’t do as it costs as much as the products themselves. Absolute sham of a business with no ethics whatsoever.

Avoid purchasing from this company – Order arrived 6 days ago - sizing way too small. Immediately wrote to them by email, and as of today, I have yet to receive any response!
