Customer service is online only and they do not accommodate for late arrivals. 5 to 8 business days is stated when processing the order but in the email they replied it is 3 days processing and 7 days in production. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 weeks after placing your order. I did not have the order in time for a gift. I ordered 4/27/26. It's is 5/11. was fobbed off with platitudes and assurances my satisfaction was important to them. I asked for a refund on multiple occasions as I stopped believing there was an order and thought I'd been scammed. My canvas went to a post office over 1000km away. I notified customer service who again told me my satisfaction was important to them. When I finally received my canvas it was in a thin, flimsy plastic bag with multiple signs of damage after its extremely long journey. The canvas itself is also damaged slightly. Upon notifying customer service I was told a replacement would be sent because my satisfaction is important to them. 11 days later I enquired after my replacement and was told "management" had reviewed it were not replacing it. If I hadn't enquired I still wouldn't know. I have found this company to be unethical and dishonest and wish I'd never wasted my money. Clearly my satisfaction is not as important as they said in every single email.

Be warned – Be Aware that this is not an Australian company, even though they try to portray that they are. thought by ordering from an Aussie company that I was firstly supporting a local Aussie business, secondly, it would ensure a reasonable quality of product and lastly, it would ensure a speedy turn around. So, the first issue was that the prints took much longer than they say on their website, then I had multiple issues with delivery, which was a combination of their error and the courier incompetence, then when I finally received the canvasses, they were both of very very basic quality, only just held together, and each one had one of the support struts not attached. I asked for a replacement and they refused, and offered a small refund. To be fair, they did respond reasonably quickly to this complaint. However, my canvasses were very large and hence cost quite a bit of money, and the refund they offered really did not compensate for the poor quality of the frames. They finally agreed to slightly increase the refund, but complained to me that they had to pay higher than usual courier costs due to the size of the prints, which was apparently my fault?! To top it all off, when I attempted to leave what I consider a more than fair review on their website, they blocked my review and would not post it. Please use this company only if you understand that it is NOT AUSTRALIAN, that it will take much longer than promised to receive your canvas, and the quality will be only barely acceptable. Do yourself a favour and find a truly Australian company to support instead.

January 5th 2018 Update: Second purchase

I've made another purchase from Custom Canvas..this time I had professional wedding pictures in b&w and a color family portrait printed for my son & d-i-l. They are perfect. The b&w prints were slightly different in shades but Custom Canvas were able to print them so the tone on all four were the same. Email preview allowed me to change from a gallery wrap to a solid color edge on the b&w prints for a better finish.

I highly recommend this company and their service, I can't fault on quality, price or timely delivery.

January 7th 2017 Update: Second purchase

Returning customer...I made another purchase from Custom Canvas...this time I had 4 b&w prints and 1 color print reproduced from professionally taken wedding and family portrait pics....they evened the tone of the b&w prints to match, I was able to make a change through the email preview process and the finished prints were perfect...packaged wee and delivered safely.. the whole process was between 2-3 weeks immediately prior to Christmas & they were on time to be put under the tree....perfect again & I highly recommend.

preview and re-arrange your layouts using web based software which looked pretty much the same from all places. Custom Canvas allows you to select your layout and upload your image - but no software involved. Once I placed my order (and also requested they send a preview before proceeding), and because I wanted to be very specific as to how may image was laid out, I used another site's software with the same format of prints to mock up what I wanted, then took a screen grab which I cropped and emailed through to Custom Printers to show the layout I wanted. They sent back a preview within 3 hours of me placing my order - which showed exactly what I requested. The final product was hanging on my wall 7 days later - exactly as per the preview image.

Each canvas was individually wrapped in plastic, then bubble wrapped around all three and boxed for shipping. As soon as the item was shipped I received an email notification with a tracking number which I tracked through Auspost. Note that this product is shipped from China - however I have no problems with this other than that it wasn't mentioned on the website which makes it seem everything is done in Australia - but for the price and the final result - I'm happy. I paid through Paypal to protect my details and just in case things went wrong - but nothing did.

The canvas is stretched over a basic timber frame (rough low cost timber, but it does the job) with a hook centred at the top for hanging. I can't compare print quality vs other printers as this is my first canvas print - however all the colours appear correct (as long as you don't assume the colours on your home computer screen are EXACTLY what is printed - if you expect this then you need to research the difference between colours possible in printed ink technology vs colours possible in a backlit LED screen - let alone whether or not your computer screen has been calibrated....etc. etc.). All in all a great result. If they are using Epson printers as they state on their website (and I would assume Epson inks, but in China - who knows) then the print quality lives up to expectation.

I will definitely use their services again. Quick, low cost, excellent communication Not clearly stated product will come from China (although doesn't bother me). Great results anyway.

Love the reproduction of my photo – I thoroughly recommend Canvas on line, customer service was efficient and very helpful. I was emailed a draft of how my finished photo would look on canvas and I was able to select exactly which area of the photo I wanted to be reproduced. The canvas arrived in a couple of weeks and was packed carefully. I am very happy with the result.

Couldn't be happier! – I just received four framed canvases and they are absolutely gorgeous!!!! The quality far exceeded what I had imagined. I can honestly say that they are flawless. The wood on the frames is so nice and the exact tone I was after.

on May20th, so now we would be more like 14 business days out from that and by the supplied tracking records, our order is still in China. No matter how good the canvas might be when it eventually arrives here this bad customer experience has left us extremely dissatisfied with your company and we will feel obliged to give you a review that reflects the level of service and honesty we have been given, which is poor in the extreme.

HORRIBLE, falsely advertising canvases are made in Australia – This company falsely advertises that the canvases are Australian Made, they are NOT, they are made in CHINA!! Website also states 5-7 business day turnaround to door, it took 20 business days to arrive! Horrible customer service when confronted them that they mislead customers. How are we supposed to support Australian made and owned companies when they blatantly lie!

I AM MORTIFIED THAT I WAS DECEIVED INTO THINKING THIS WAS AN AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS. I will be reporting them to the Authorities as they are deceptive, using a .com.au address also. Do not trust this Chinese company – I placed an order on 23 Mar 2020 for a Panoramic Canvas Prints which costed me $85.90. I received my order from China on 14 Apr 2020 (i.e. three weeks later) but the print sadly had damages on it. probably due to the printing technology or material used. Upon receiving the parcel and realising the defect, I logged into my online account at their website, and placed a return request but unfortunately have not heard from you since then.

Simply put, my $85.90 went to the bin. As other have said, Chinese has registered this AU domain with a address located at Sydney. There would be no customer support if you place an order.

From phone photo to large canvas – I had a poor quality photo and Custom Canvas Online improved it and print a large 112*145 cm canvas that looks very good and at a competitive price too! Highly recommend them!

Email consultation on final image cropping happened early on to ensure that the pictures shown would be as required. The wrap-around is not a crop of the image, but a mirror of the adjacent image edge so blends in without looking out of place & no picture lost.
