D&H Seed Harvest Co

Order never arrived and they have not responded to multiple contacts. No phone number so have to rely on email and their webchat and they do not respond to them. Wish I read these reviews before purchasing. Do not use them

Great range of seeds at excellent prices. I got 4 different seeds and 1 free packet delivered for just $9.62 total. I'm looking forward to seeing these seedlings - especially the wattle.

Buyer beware.

I have been part of the vegetable seed club. It was great and I loved receiving them each month. It does get a bit repetitive but I think that was more what was in season.

Ordered 30 BRACHYCHITON RUPESTRIS ‘Bottle Tree’ seeds, took extremely too long to arrive or be despatched. no communication. Eventually the seeds arrived. be told they were not in the office and they would be in touch asap. CHECKED REVIEWS TODAY ONLY TO FIND THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON OCCURRENCE. Wish I'd looked beforehand, but their website gives the impression of a successful business, but I guess one shouldn't judge a business by it's website!! Don't know about the seeds as I haven't received any, but if they are not here soon I'll be contacting PP for a refund.

Ordered seeds 2nd of February 2026, site says 3 days processing. Sent Email 8 days later 10 FEB, they did not answer. Sent another email on the 11th, will wait for reply. Communication = 0. 1 more day contact PayPal for full refund.

I would NOT BUY any seeds from these ppl! Not only the seed pkts are on the "very minimal" amount of seeds, their "Free" flower pkt of seeds is non existant!! I've emailed them x2 & still no reply. SCAM!!

Did get a little frustrated for the wait in response but happy to have now made contact. Seed packaging is pretty good too. I like the qr code but do think it would be better as a mini addition in case the web is down or simply not wanting to go online.

?????? – I ordered two different types of seeds and was told by email they did not have the lithop seeds, I wondered why the website did not say that when I went to order them, and then received an email that said the seeds had been sent, after asking by email numerous times why I had not received them I have given up waiting.

Dead lithop seeds – I purchased $85 dollars worth of lithop seeds, and have followed the information provided. Not one seed germinated after a number of months. My advice would be to avoid the lithop seeds from D&H. There are garden centres that have already grown lithop plants and I would suggest avoiding these seeds

Customer focused… – Helpful, prompt and friendly service. Customer focused and with useful notes both generally for seed raising, and specifically about individual plants. Increasingly useful to know how plants will survive in dry conditions, and things like suitability for coastal locations. And we liked the recent ‘Thank You’ note for our support…

Love buying their seeds! – This was my 2nd time ordering from D&H Seed Harvest Co and I will continue buying through them. I received my order in under a week, everything is neatly packaged and growing info is clear and easy to follow. Love the website and the pictures.

Avoid at all cost – Don’t know what’s worst, they cannot tell the difference between a tomato and a carrot seed, they have no interest in replacing the incorrect product they supplied or their inability to reply to simple emails!!! Avoid at all cost.

Same as previous poster – Same as previous poster, no response. Can someone over at D&H check their spam folders for my emails please? Very quick to take money for 2 months of seed subscription but can't contact anyone.

Really poor service – I placed the order and paid on 9 June 2024. They acknowledged the order straight away. It’s now 24 June 2024. I have sent 3 emails over the last 5 days asking if there is a problem. NO response whatsoever. I am really unhappy with the fact you can’t even call. Sandra

Paid - no product, no response to my messages – Ordered, no confirmation email, nothing. Waited for 10 days and wrote on their site (in their contact form) and also sent an email inquiring about my order. No reply. Waited for another 3 days and wrote again twice on their site and via email. No reply. Money was taken. They don't have a phone number listed. Can't call them and speak with someone. Not sure what to do. Need help.

Im very happy with my purchases – I am impressed by the value of the seeds and plants i have received , they have all arrived safely having been well packed. This is my go to Seed site now. Speedy postage too
