DashCamsRus, told them about the Model DashCam I wanted to purchase, and they helped me multiple times with questions I had about the VIOFO A229 PRO. I chose to to buy the DashCam + the Hard wiring kit + Bluetooth Remote, and also to have my Dashcam installed by one of their Installers, who came to my house and installed it, the day after I received my Brand New Kia Sportage GT.... I am so happy with my whole experience dealing with DashCamsRu, the Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, I have never had any problems with the DashCam, and have capture a few interesting events during my commutes. My Purchases from DashCamsRus where worth every cent, Great Company to Deal with, I would happily buy from them again.... Highly Recommend them
purchased product for blackvue mounting bracket which doesnt fit, email responses only stating they are busy and looking into it. nearly 1 month later still no resolve. quick to take money but slow to assist and respond. upon investigation multiple businesses under the 1 ABN looks fishy. recommend stay with companies you know and trust with contact numbers and real people to talk to Show details

BEWARE - Highly possible a SCAM site – Very suspicious transaction process. Placed an order, $350 worth of product. Three days later after the transaction has cleared on my credit card, I get an email stating there was a payment processing issue and my order has been cancelled and items refunded. Then they ask, "Please order again!" There has been NO Credit action on my credit card… Read more
for this transaction. There is no phone number on their web site! (alarm bells are ringing). I sent them my phone number and asked they ring me..... still waiting. There is no way to leave a Google review. All the Facebook posts are from them. So far it is looking like a very well put together SCAM site.

Camera arrived quickly and found the rear camera was not recognised by the front camera. I contacted support and sent away the rear camera for inspection. The same day the camera arrived back with the company, they confirmed it was faulty and sent out a new one. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I purchased a - VIOFO A139 Pro. I had a problem with the Dashcam and had to send it back to Dashcams R US. They found it was the memory card I bought was not good and it cause the problem. Unsure how this business is run. Attempted to contact them to enquire about Viofo products as they're the official authorised stockist. 2 emails for a quote went unanswered.
