Bugs are back
I had a treatment for bedbugs at my place. I followed all the instructions from the pre visit. Washed all my clothes and linen. Then, he said get a backup treatment done and there is a least chance that they will come back. The guy for backup treatment left the place within 10 min after we got out of the house.
Now, after not even a month they are back. And the receptionist says there is no guarantee for bed bugs and I will need to pay full again to get it treated again.
Can't trust them now.

Friendly and efficient service. technician arrived on time and explained clearly the work he was about to carry out and the terms and conditions. He went about his work quietly and efficiently.... I even think my dog was impressed.

I had a rodent service done by Dawson's Australia mid 2019. The tech advised that it may take up to 6 weeks for the treatment to take effect. The 6 weeks expired and I called customer service who advised I was likely seeing the mice still because it was getting colder and they move indoors.
Another tech was sent out and re-treated. Again, I was told it would take 6 weeks for the service to take effect. 6 weeks later and my mouse problem is worse than ever. I called customer service and the same lady told me that the increase in mouse numbers ...was due to the weather getting warmer and the mice wanting to get inside. A senior tech was dispatched and he again treated the house. 6 weeks later and there was a reduction in the number of mice but by no means were they gone. Still droppings visible everywhere. The same customer service lady (who has an infuriating way of speaking with a condescending manner and rolls out the same scripted dialogue every single call) advises me that their service never guarantees complete removal of the rodents. I put up with the mice over the summer months but have noticed increased activity again. Called customer support and was advised that my warranty period is now up and I'd have to pay the full amount again for another treatment. Summary: Dawson's rodent service did not work to remove rodents. Their customer service representatives (or at least one of them) shouldn't be client facing. Value for money: nil. I'm not saying scam, but some might think so.

Dawson’s has to come out Twice to treat for mice, they never went away , rang on numerous occasions but was told it takes time, rang again in the new year but they weren’t interested all they wanted was for me to pay for another treatment just 5 months after paying and job not working. Would not recommend to anyone. Just had Zeropest out and they were very helpful and far more professional

Happy customer! I had a spider rodent treatment a month ago, a week ago i heard a noise in my roof and i called dawsons they explained the rodent will die 4days later from the treatment and they were right. Im so glad i dont need to worry if theres rodents in the area i know my house is protected. I recommend dawsons 100%
Don’t waste your money! Pests get worse and they won’t help you!
Paid $330 for roof cavity rodents and they came out and sprayed powder, after a week they are worse then before they sprayed! I called and they told me they won’t do anything for 45 days!!! Never had this problem with Jim’s but thought I would try someone different to try to eradicate the problem from coming back from last year. I have wasted my money on a pension and now need to get someone else out to help me as they won’t do anything! Please don’t use this company!
I've had used 2 different companies in the past for pest control but never been 100% satisfied. This time i contacted Dawson's Pest Control and these guys were quick and the price was very competitive. Highly satisfied and will recommend them to other.

We recently brought a house and booked an inspection with Dawson’s Australia they were very prompt and got our report to us in great detail within great time.
After settlement went through I got them out to do a whole house treatment as we noticed some earwigs and spiders deadly afraid of spiders we had what I think they call the domestic treatment and have not seen a bug since they have been amazing defiantly recommend.
Worst Customer Service Experience / Not Reliable at all
I called Dawsons as our home was infected with Bird Mites. They were the most expensive of all the quotes I received, but I went with them because of their familiar name & we had kids at home and wanted to clean up ASAP. They promised to be at our home at 3pm the next day. Both Hubby & myself took the afternoon off work. I called at 9am the same morning to confirm their 3pm appointment which they did. 3.30 and no phone calls. I called the office only to be told he was at his previous appointment and will be there shortly. We waited and wa...ited and received a call at 4.15pm to say he cannot come now due to bad weather & will have to reschedule. The weather had been the same since the morning, could they have not told me then that if it rains we will not be able to carry out the treatment. But the fact was it was not even raining at the time, but they refused even to come and have a look at the situation and advise us accordingly. Very unreliable, too expensive and will never trust them or recommend them to family or friends. Being in the pest business you first need to be reliable to make your appointments.
A complete waste of money.
In March this year I contacted Dawson’s as we’d just moved to a new estate and noticed quite a lot of mouse activity in our garage. To their credit they sent someone over the same day and I was sure that the problem was solved.... not so. A month later I saw a mouse in the garage and being under warranty I called Dawson’s again only to be told that they will die and not worry about it. The mice kept coming and so in July they supposedly re fumigated the garage. Yesterday, we were cleaning the garage and not only do we have mice we have so many ...of them it’s rediculous. They have taken over our garage!!!! What a waste of over $400!!!!! I will go to Bunnings and buy the mouse poison myself and I’m sure that I will have more success. Should have done that to begin with. Don’t waste your money. Dawson’s don’t do the job

Like the review from original reviewer, Ants ants and more ants Aug 2018. We engaged Dawson’s to treat our property as we were being overrun with ants. They came promptly, treatment team professional, but the ants returned on force within a week. Rang up to get them back, but was just inside 48 days. Rang them up to get them back, 5 days outside the 6 mths return. Customer service team did not want to engage with me, at best would offer 10% discount. I wish I had read these reviews before engaging them. Will definitely be using someone else.

Ants were our issue. Dawson’s quoted and came as requested. Still had ants a month later. Dawson’s provided a free service call and did another treatment. Still had ants another month later... to get to the point, we had them come a total of 4 times and treat for ants. WE STILL HAVE ANTS!! They never went! And now the free service period is over (6 months from first treatment) so thumbs down Dawson’s. Don’t waste your $430.
I called this company today as I wanted to send some info via email to the marketing manager. [name removed] was incredibly rude telling me they weren’t interested even though she had no idea what I was going to email. Then pretty much hung up on me. I had already spoken to several other Pest Control companies earlier and they had been really friendly and helpful customer service. So I know it wasn’t me! You would think that a company with really bad reviews would be interested in improving the customer experience! I would never recommend or use them based on this 2 min experience.
Fast service, efficient results
We recently had a rodent infestation and we were impressed at how quickly we could arrange a pest control visit from Dawsons. The operator was a wealth of knowledge on pests and pest control, treated the house in under two hours and the treatment was quickly effective in removing the pests. Good value for money with this sort of service.
I cannot speak higher of Matthew N who came to my home today to help me with a pest problem. He explained and went over everything with me in a kind an courteous manner. He answered all my question regardless of how neurotic they may have been. I appreciated greatly his patience with me. The service was 100% if I need them again I would certainly recommended Dawson’s, I will request to have Matthew but would feel comfortable with one of his colleagues. Matthew was a great representative of his organisation. Thanks

is it safe to get into the roof after the treatment for mice and rats

We would always recommend any one entering the roof void whether we have treated or not to where a dust mask, however there is no issue access the roof void after our treatment.
