mine. I decided to beep my hprn as it was almost a side coliousion when he was in the left lane I was in the middle lane and he just decided to jump in without again indicaing and almost hit my front wing of my car on the M27.
When I beeped my horn, and slowed down and then gave me the finger out side of his drivers window, and deliberately kept slowing down to cause an accident. I am now going to also report this to the police to take further action as this guy needs to be off the road.
This has also been reported to the police. The guy in the Van marked as LP55 DUU on the M27 heading towards Portsmouth is vile and should be fired. I would not sue them if that is how they are. He almost hit 4 cars and myself as well.

took further funds from my account I contacted them querying why this payment was taken out? Their response was: "We have just rolled over your plan" So with absolutely no contact to the customer via email, phone or text, Flick just keeps rolling over your contract, even though they state it is only for 12 months, and keep taking your money as they see fit. I have contacted customer service who just keep replying with: "I have related your issue to the Accounts Department" It has now been 6 weeks and and still no response despite the numerous emails I have sent. This company needs some serious training in customer service and relations.

Just one week after flick inspected my property I have found termites. Last December I paid over $3,000 for bait stations only for their competitor to tell me that these bait stations are hit and miss and that upgraded bait should have been applied. cheaper. I'm irate at flick. I also had to complain on Google reviews that they hadn't inspected in accordance with the contract which made them come out simply so they wouldn't go down for not complying with their side of the contract. I'm asking for a refund or at least the money to cover the costs of their competitor putting in a chemical barrier. Flick are useless and I don't recommend them in anyway. Not only do their baits not work, they don't know how to inspect properly and you have to complain in order to get them to follow through on their side of the contract. This will end up in court. I want a refund thanks. I will be happy to forward you the report from your competitor. You're a bunch of con artists and I'm not happy about being out of pocket over 3k for bait stations that don't work

contacted the Nowra office to downgrade the service to a Silver service for $50 per month. The consultant told me the downgrade would take effect within the next month. Two months ago, I realised they were still charging me $75 a month for a Gold service so I contacted the Nowra office to request a review of the account. The consultant told me someone would ring me back but I never received a call. This week I was debited for $75 again for the Gold package. I rang the Nowra office again to ask them to cancel my account as I was dissatisfied with the service. I was told that the accounts person was on her lunch break and she would call me back that afternoon. Three days later still no call back. Very poor customer service indeed.
Two weeks later and still no call from Flick in Nowra.
Home protection packages are a scam. We got our new place in Box hill and wanted it protected year round from pests, the sales person on the phone told us it would help with rodent issues, then when the guy came out he said it just monitors things!!!! who would want to pay extra for that? even your own staff dont believe in your product. It is a scam, we will be cancelling it immediately and I would not recommend you to anyone. YUCK!

exactly what he found and how the system was working. It’s hard to find technicians who are this professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to have around your home. Ray was so good with our 2 dogs and genuinely showed care to their well being especially safety to them with rodent poison. If you are booking with Flick Capalaba, definitely ask for Ray. Stay away from their subscription service, 6 months after the initial 12 month payment plan ended, no contact from Flick Guard, only to be called today and advised when I would like the annual service 6 months after the initial end date. They continued deducting money from my account without my knowledge the entire time, the ACCC will be getting notified and a formal refund has been requested. Thieves!!!!
