Today, driving of the Eastleigh roundabout which leading on to the M27 upwards towards Portsmouth way, This guy was weaving in and out from lane to lane without indicating and almost hit three other cars included… Read more

mine. I decided to beep my hprn as it was almost a side coliousion when he was in the left lane I was in the middle lane and he just decided to jump in without again indicaing and almost hit my front wing of my car on the M27.

When I beeped my horn, and slowed down and then gave me the finger out side of his drivers window, and deliberately kept slowing down to cause an accident. I am now going to also report this to the police to take further action as this guy needs to be off the road.

This has also been reported to the police. The guy in the Van marked as LP55 DUU on the M27 heading towards Portsmouth is vile and should be fired. I would not sue them if that is how they are. He almost hit 4 cars and myself as well.

description Bird Mites, treatment done was for bed bugs, I was getting bitten daily after that spray. They sent another, who did an inspection and said that there was no evidence pg bed bugs, I told him that I get bitten when taking a bath, he said definitely not bed bugs but did respray, with a stronger chemical, but still a spray for bed bugs. Bites still happened, a 3rd tech was sent. He also confirmed it was not bed bugs, as they cannot climb on the material that my inflatable mattress was made out of. He also said that he would use a stronger spray. Week later called again, as same story still getting bitten.The agent I was speaking to said she needed to talk her manger and will call back. A week went by no call, so I called them and booked another spray. Tech arrived and due to my disability and meds, I wasn't ready. but tech did ID them as bird mites and the front was their entry point. He said he would get the office to call to rebook, Didn't happen, so I called them. The agent I spoke to said the clutter I a couple of boxes sitting on a wooden storage trunk. that has wheels),needed to be addressed before sending another tech, I informed him that it had been sorted and he had to speak to his manager. When came back, he said that his manager told him that infestation was in the clutter and they couldnt help me, And that was that, Over a month later and nearly $600 out of pocket, I am still getting bitten daily. took further funds from my account I contacted them querying why this payment was taken out? Their response was: "We have just rolled over your plan" So with absolutely no contact to the customer via email, phone or text, Flick just keeps rolling over your contract, even though they state it is only for 12 months, and keep taking your money as they see fit. I have contacted customer service who just keep replying with: "I have related your issue to the Accounts Department" It has now been 6 weeks and and still no response despite the numerous emails I have sent. This company needs some serious training in customer service and relations.

there was no need to go inside the cottage, and would spray into the chimney from the garden. I had to leave before the job was completed, but received a text from Jeff informing me the work was completed.

 Follow-up  · Folks..after the excellent service, there were no wasps to be seen, inside or out. No cleanup required as the spraying was done into the chimney from the exterior. Jeff the Flick person also suggested filling in the tiny cavities where the wasps flew in and out. The best $275 I have ever spent

I (mistakenly in retrospect) agreed to a 12 month subscription because we would get these sensors in the roof and we would get a call if anything moved up there as we were hearing some scratching noises in the walls. work when there were 3 men up there installing new ducted air conditioning and with all the movement we never got a call. We disconnected the power months ago because we figured it didn’t work and only yesterday got a message that it was offline….months after the fact. When we heard scratching in the roof they came back for 5 minutes to just chuck poison in the roof than leave without doing any investigation of other strategies. We had another company come for a second opinion and they were so helpful and said there wasn’t even any mouse poo in the roof (!) and rats might be actually on top of the roof and gave us advice on cutting down the trees and other measures to actually fix the problem. It has been disappointing service every step of the way. I still have 6 months left of these monthly payments and they refuse to let me cancel my subscription. I will never use them again and I will be reporting them to the ACCC.

For decades we have had EXTERRA termite protection on our homes since the early 2000s. It has oroven a very effective syatem but the service has deteriorated becoiming expensive to maintain. When moving to Gulmarrad we had the local representatives, Flick instal 24 stations around our home. As is usual in the first year, termites were found in a… Read more

few of the stations and baited appropriately with no termites being identified in the stations or home over the last decade. I had over a 20 year period in both our Queensland and Gulmarrad homes had agreements with the EXTERRA representatives where I would do monthly inspections of the stations and inform the agent to come and bait the stations and verify the protection was working. The agent would supply the treated wooden inserts so during the year between annual inspections, I would replace slats that deteriorate due to fungal degradation. Last year Flick stopped supplying spare replacements and did not replace degraded slats during the annual inspection and di not inform me of this reduction in service. The Flick policy is now to do 2 monthly inspections and replace any degrade slats at the standard cost. In my view this is an unnecessary costly service that had not been required for over 20 years. I have ceased dealing with Flick and intend to replace the stations with the Superway Termite Baiting System which is Australian made and performs the same protection as the USA made system. Time will tell if the Superway system delivers the same protection that has been supplied by EXTERRA.

Flick agent didn’t show up and there was no after hours numbers to call. I called Monday at 8am and was told by PJ sorry we don’t know why he didn’t show, they were unable to come on the Monday. I therefore cancelled the arrangement. As they had already charged my credit card I was advised I would be refunded ASAP. I have made many calls and told once again, it will be refunded, my emails are never replied to. I have since contacted the Office of Fair Trading!
