This company keeps Phonexing!!! – Do not buy. I had given them nearly $800 for a folding arm awning. Lots of delays then an email saying they had gone into receivership!!!!! This is a [censored word removed] company. It takes money, goes bankrupt then reinvents itself with the same name. I don't know how the ACCC lets them get away with it. Total [censored word removed]... takes money, goes into receivership, then sets up again, takes more money...etc

Dealboard refunds – I ordered Madrid Bed from dealboard and never received it. Business has gone bust so if you are in same position you must immediately contact PayPal. PayPal have extended the claim period from 45 days to 180 days. voluntary administration. Waited another 3 weeks and sent another email but received no reply which is why I googled them and found this information. I am out of pocket $38 which means a lot to me but my heart goes out to people who lost so much more. These people can continue to rip people off and get away with it because there really isn't anybody that wants to know about it.

Terrible service – Firstly, yes, we have purchased products from dealboard. We purchased a robotic vacuum that never arrived. We waited 30 days and then contacted VISA and disputed the amount charged via PayPal. We have since received our money back and - have had no contact from dealboard whatsoever. They are finally out of business

Bought Many Items from DB. Always Good Price and Service – Bought 8 things from them in the last few years as they always have cheap prices. Last item was a little late but I called and spoke with a guy who was very good. I have no problems with them and they always have good prices. I buy lots of things online and they are slower but cheap. Cheap Prices Should be quicker for delivery

Madrid Bed – I purchased a Madrid Bed from DB and it was delivered in 9 weeks. This was long but within the delivery window. I was able to easily phone DB and the girl on the phone was very friendly. When I called they provided me with a consignment number and I was able to track the parcel directly with TNT. It seemed like the item was stuck with the courier for 2 weeks. Big discount Wait was a little long but they mentioned this Show 2 replies

Outrageous delivery time – I bought a Madrid Bed in a Queen Size.. Which took just over 3 months to arrive. Strill have not received my outdoor setting paid for on 1st October – After contacting the company on a numbr of ocassions by email I have been promised delivery for beginning December, late December, January and now still have noty received. If enough people lodge complaint with paypal, they can extend claim timeframe from 45 days to 180 days. Come on guys...File a complaint with paypal...We may have the chance of getting our hard earned money back....

Never Received Product, Yet to Receive Refund – Last yr brought some travel scales , only 20$ , brought them in October and still waiting . Looks like I have done 20$ . They take your money but dont deliver

DB in Administration – My last purchase for a phone sticker was not delivered and the company was placed in administration. Since I was 60 days in I contacted my bank and requested a chargeback. They send a form and since I didn't receive my products they promised to return my money. All credit card companies offer the same non delivery protection but you need to do this quickly. I have ordered things from China;America;England and most took between 2 and 3 weeks to deliver.Matter of fact the China one was 1 week.You are in Australia why is it so different and so hard to get our stuff delivered....Sorry I cannot click your star rating as yet as I am still waiting for an answer and my delivery....

This company is now in receivership – After delayed delivery. I finally received an email saying my awning would not be delivered because administrators had been appointed. I am now $779 poorer. Of course - and I could kick myself for not realising this earlier - they had a 6-12 week delivery timeframe which means Paypal doesn't want to know you.

No delivery of product – I ordered the raspberry ketones and at the 12 week mark I emailed them they responded with it will take another 3 weeks , it's now all up been 18 weeks and nothing , well done deal board you have made so many people who are already struggling to make ends meet now out of pocket just because you are incompetent at running a business , so very unaustralian !!!! (They don't want to know about that). The mattress still has not been sent. After contacting customer service several times, I was told the mattress would be sent early in the following week. Still nothing had arrived so I sent further emails to customer service to no avail. They do not respond and have even bumped me off their email subscription list (which frankly saved me having to unsubscribe). I now have a half assembled bed and no mattress and am out of pocket at least $300 for the mattress alone. If they truly are a viable company, they need to sack the guys in customer service because they are obviously not doing what they are being paid for. Needless to say, I am more than a little peeved off with this whole situation and hope something can be done about Dealboard to stop them continuing to rip off innocent customers. Q

Bad service

Terrible service – I have been emailing & emailing this site trying to track down the goods I ordered early Dec 2012. I now read the reviews on this site & realise I`ve been cheated! What a low act for people who are careful about spending their $. I did some extra work so I could afford this product..as stated by another angry reviewer..I hope they choke on my money....

Disgusted customer – Ordered SUP Board in October 2012 - $639. Despite non-delivery of my item they still advertised the sale of the SUP Board twice since. I have explained to Paypal that lodging a dispute by 45 days would have proved fruitless as the expected delivery was 42-84 days. After contacting Paypal on 4 occasions, they now advise they may extend the dispute date...so ..Please please tell as many people as you can...contact Paypal. If enough people report the same business, Paypal will extend the claim period from 45 days to 180 days...

Deal board – Made a purchase from Deal Board in October 2012 then another one in November 2012. Contacted them in December 2012, they sent back an email to state that it takes 2 to 12 weeks for delivery, then January 2013 they send me an email to state they are bankrupt. Now it is past mid January, I went online to call Dealboard again only to find out they had gone into voluntary bankruptcy! When we spoke to them last I am sure they would have been aware of their bad business practises and after reading These reviews - 104 "terrible" reviews vs. only One good one!

It is no wonder these people have gone bankrupt! So many unhappy customers and we only found out today by sheer chance that they had gone bankrupt!

To the Chairman of Dealboard: Your pathetic business practises and [inappropriate language removed] poor service leads me to conclude that you are the one responsible for us losing our money! Well I am [inappropriate language removed] angry at you for running such a [inappropriate language removed] poor operation and I hope you stay bankrupt for a long, long time, although I am sure you are sitting back in your cushy little million dollar house and just let the Pty Ltd Company take the rap!!

This company is rotten to the core – This is a load of crock. I've just received an email from this 'company'?(administraters) to tell me that ive practically lost the money that i sent in good faith to purchase goods. A thousand dollars worth. for delivery. They have no factory with stock, as far as I'm aware, and they take your order and your money and then order the goods which are delivered a lot later than promised. This should be illegal! I tried to contact them without success. Their Facebook page has disappeared, there is no way of contacting them at all! many calls and conversations, I was promised it would be delivered this week. I took my existing bed to the tip yesterday to make room for my new bed. Then I received the e-mail from Dealboard's administrators last night - now I literally have no bed and no money. I am devastated!!! And I won't be getting my Robovac either. Hence, I find it amazing that a company with nothing to sell was able too trade for so long despite so many people complaining to the ACCC. And the NSW police fraud squad did nothing as well.

I am now enlightened that the ridiculous 12 week timeframe was a way to make it hard to get a refund from PayPal or the charge card companies because after dragging their feet, it would exceed the maximum timeline to file a claim for refund. This is certainly a well thought out business plan.

I am sure the directors will register a new company and start again leaving us poor fellows out of pocket this time round.
