Beware with Vouchers for Services – I have been a long term customer of deals direct and I have been very happy with the service I have received so far. the vouchers. Ok, I called them after a month ( there were 2 months left on the voucher) and I was told they were booked out. Obviously if I bothered to buy more vouchers again I would book immediately. I complained to say that I called to redeem within the redemption period & could they book me in sometime in the next few months. Apparently if I wasn't booked in during the voucher validity period the voucher was useless & of course they had no bookings left in the voucher validity dates. The fact that they over sold vouchers was annoying, and given I had tried to redeem it during the validity period (and not in the last week) should have counted for something. I really had to fight, but I eventually got my money back from deals direct, pretty lame really as no service was ever provided. Beware also, because it is listed as as 'service' you can't raise a paypal dispute.
Another Fraud company – EZPad 920c failed on first 4 hours of use by my daughter, complained to the company only to be belittled, and told its user abuse of tablet. What a joke! no wonder Australian company's are going bankrupt! Would never buy from, faulty products that don't meet Australian standards. What a joke! LCD screen failed due to tablet being made flimsy, no protection even in a hard cover,
Big sales con – How I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering these Bras (WORLD'S FAVOURITE ! ! - I THINK NOT !! The reviews written February 2012 were spot on. Fit - Well am lost for words, how can these scams be allowed! No more buying from tv adverts for me, hopefully the practice of selling trash will self destruct !!!! No invoice delivered with goods. The fit was absolutely atrocious.

an appearance, despite him being located within walking distance of my home. He would constantly promise and not deliver. After reading a couple of bad reviews about this company on this site (in relation to an offer made by 'Ouffer'), I decided enough was enough. Additionally, Danell Painting has been offering on daily deal sites quite frequently of late (it has 2 separate offers going at the moment, one with Groupon and the other with Share-on) - I've never seen anyone do this with such frequency. One wonders if all they are trying to do is game the daily deal system via the upfront portion of the payment with no intention of delivering on the service, I can't see how this outfit can genuinely do all that work ($199 for $1000 worth - 325 sold on one site) over 1 year and make a profit! There's surely something fishy going on there and he needs to be stopped.
Take home message - Do not respond to any deal offered by Danell Painting. DealMe service was very prompt - a pity I coudn't say the same about their client! Offer not suitable for a daily deal as it isn't offering a set service for the price, only an arbitrary 'value'
Very pleased with product and service – After reading the current feedback on the Website I was concerned about the product I ordered. I contacted the support team who got straight back to me. They do a really good job – I have purchased a number of deals through DealMe & I have yet to have a bad experience. I have purchased canvas deal, jewllery deals, bra deals and have never had an issue - redemption went well & delivery was fine. Has anyone that has complained come back & update ? Got refund finally – Received faulty Neopad in April, 2012, it was replaced after two weeks.New one stopped working 7 months later-same problem. Advised their office again by mail. Sent back faulty product by paid reply. Deal Me informed that they got the product. Got refund after 2 weeks. Deal Me is in administration now. Advise them as soon as possible and request your money back if you got faulty product or nithing at all! Bad supplier
Do not Use – Goods were never recieved. Have sent a number of emails to the company but have had no luck in getting the goods I have order or getting a refund out of them. Dodgy that they have set up another company just to rip people off the same, not fair at all. Have not received goods.
Do not use – I used Deal Me for x 2 purchases and received nothing 12 months before they went into receivership. x1 a back massager and x 1 crystal earings. Thankfully cheap purchases, and still waiting for them to arrive a year later. Dodgy as. I have now found that they have set up another website under 'Dealies'.Be aware and warn Consumer Affairs and ATSIC. do not buy from them.

Do not use - you will lose your money! – Goods never recieved, after numerous phone calls, on-line discussions etc, still no goods and have now been advised they have appointed a Administrator. Do not use DealMe as you will not get what you paid with no refund. Goods were paid for in September, however, after many phone calls and on-line conversations, we still did not recieve the goods.
Disgusted – Both my daughter and I have purchased vouchers from Deal Me only to be told that the vouchers can no longer be redeemed. Have sent numerous emails to Deal Me requesting a refund, and have been assured that I would get one. Mmmm wonder what year that is going to happen as I have been waiting for approximately 4 months now, funny thing is it only took days to take my money.
Ripped off! – I have paid $149 for canvas prints that I now can't redeem becaue Deal Me have ceased trading. I have lodged a dispute with my bank but still not sure if I will get the money back. I am disgusted and will not purchase from their parent company Deals Direct again. Paid money, got nothing for it.
I did not get what I paid for and got told off at the same time – I purchase a canvas print with DealMe on 12 October 2012 for $49 and got nothing. I sent them an email and was polite and just asked for an update as I had sent them my voucher to redeem because the redemption code did not register with "my photo box" and they said they would redeem it for me and let me know. Out of business !! – Just found out that they have Gorn out of business with my $400!!! And they have no idea how long it will take to get my money back if I ever get it back! Deals direct Pathetic – I have waited for over a week to get a reply to the million emails i have sent them. The number doesn't connect. Waited to chat to someone online, guess what?! they never came on....The websote i had to order through would not accept teh voucher code provided by Deal Me. did not advise me of the change of hotels...I only found out because I wanted to book in for October this year.... Was given 3 hotels in Phuket and 1 in Koh Samui but could not accommodate the days that I requested. I then emailed DealMe to cancel both deals and was told it would take 5 working days for the Phuket deal but they had to get permission for the deal in Bali.... it has been 3 weeks now and after a few emails to DealMe I have still received no reply of money from them.

Do not purchase anything from DealMe – I always buy deals from online companies and have found dealme.com.au to be the worst. I been waiting over 3 weeks for my item to be shipped. After contacting them on the live chat I was promised an email with an update. Still no update!! I will never ever use this company again! Maybe I can use my purchase as a xmas pressie now (if it arrives before then, finger crossed) Good price They take too long to ship items after payment.
Terrible Service – I purchased a pair of pyjama jeans for my wife on 22nd. July 2012. I received a PayPal receipt and here we are 10th September 2012 and still not a word from DealMe inspite of 3 emails to them. The last email I wrote threatened to send complaint to consumer watchdog. Still did not reply. If every person who made the same purchase has not received their item it adds up to a considerable sum I should think. How do others think?

Dealme and photobooksexpress – Bought dealme vouchers for a photobook. Couldn't connect to submit the photobook order. Server is not responding over and over again. the fact I tried to use a valid voucher within their terms. I can understand if they chose not to honor it, but to take my money and not follow through on the voucher is terrible.

Dealme emailed me back with the supplier's phone number telling me to follow it up, I promptly told them that they took my money they fix the problem. Next thing I get an email from them on the 5th June telling me that the supplier have the black ones in stock. Well here we are over 30 days later and after several delivery date shifts I asked to cancel the order. They have come up with several excuses as to why they can't cancel. Fed up (I now have over 8 A4 pages of emails between me & Dealme ! ) I have placed a formal complaint with the ACCC & VIC Consumer Affairs. Both these government departments have advised that I am entitled to a full refund and cancellation of the order as Dealme have taken over the 14 delivery days stated in the orginal ad. Lucky I paid with Paypal and have lodge a complaint with them too.
Do not use Dealme.com.au! They have terrible service, use fraudulent overseas suppliers & importers. And most times you can buy the items direct from eBay cheaper!

Do not buy from them! – I purchased what they advertised as 3 x 80 pack of pampers nappies. Delivery was prompt but they only sent 1 x 80 pack of nappies! I've emailed them twice with no response, and by the looks of the other reviews I will probably just get the run around. I will definitely be lodging complaints with the ombudsman! flimsy ball chain with zero strength and very light clasp. Very poor quality and clearly not what would be expected. Deal Me did reply promptly initially.. then only managed to refund my small voucher costs. They failed to work with Astonia on mybehalf. Astonia were totally hopeless!! A total couldn't care less attitude. They would not send me new chains as I'd requested. The offered a one off $20 refund only!! (not enough to purchase half a decent silver chain myself)

Poor service – It is being 12 days since I paid for this deal still no info about my order. Dealme communicates only by email and the response is hopeless. For the four emails I have sent, only two replies were given and both saying that I will be getting the order tracking details once the item is dispatched. Will not refund or send item – Ordered this IChopper from them - never arrived - emailed constently about 10 times to all email addresses I could find - never answered any emails or called me - never refunded the money either. Will not get back to you regarding your problem and will not refund either - money down the drain! hundreds of others) to the Dealme partner Photobooksrus - the instructions to download the photobook software was abysmally confusing, leading to the incorrect photo album format downloaded ... I only found out it was incorrect after trying to upload it back to Photobooksrus after many nights of setting up the photos! This was a potential fundamental technical problem that was explained by Photobooksrus on their website, but their actual customer response to my email query was simply to extend my voucher validity - what for? That wasn't the problem! They obviously hadn't read my email query and instead just massed-emailed their customers the same response.
And what did Dealme's customer service do since I contacted them too? "Here you go ... contact Photobooksrus".
Two peas in a pod? No, two companies keen to take the money, run, and leave the problem with the other.
Dealme and their partner (Photobooksrus) are interested in sales numbers and not the customer, only too happy to forward customer queries to each other but not trying to fix the problem itself.
Done over by DealMe – I bought two spring cleaning vouchers from Vibe Cleaning through Dealme, with an expiry date of 24 Dec 2011. I did forget about them, but when I called Vibe at the beginning of December they advised the vouchers had been taken over by another company, and gave me a number to call. DealMe say in their FAQs they will refund where the voucher owner fails to honour a voucher. In fairness, they still have five days in which to do it.
I have used DealMe once before and that was more or less fine. (That one was for a car wash, and the process with the voucher was fine. The actual car wash was pretty dodgy, but that's not DealMe's fault.)
Overall, I've learned that all that glitters is not gold, and if it seems way too cheap there is likely to be a catch. Never again. Seemed cheap and a great deal. Very, very poor after-care service. In fact, there's no after-care service.

No Refunds Policy – This dealer will not provide a refund if its vendor declines to provide the goods or service. The response from the support team was very disappointing as they kept referring back to their fine print which does not indicate that no refunds will be provided. Buy at your own risk. Fine print should indicate "NO REFUNDS"!
