This is a terrible company – I ordered something last December and paid with a credit card. Product never arrived and have emailed numerous times and get a 'we are looking into it' reply every time. Have tried phoning and number is always engaged. It is either a scam or very poorly run. Glad I only spent about $30 as they don't reply or deliver goods. Would have given 0 if I could have.

Air Fryer Non Delivery – An Air Fryer which did not arrive. After weeks of writing to Dealsilove and getting only automated answers or site down. I contacted Paypal, with whom I paid for my product. Thank goodness I did. Paypal got my money back. Paypal is the ONLY way to pay for things on line. Caveat emptor!

local Australia Post office had been sitting on the parcel for well over a month without either contacting me or returning the goods to the sender!!!

Deals I Love did refund me my money after I contacted them and, based on what I now know, I cannot fault their customer service.

are more well known and have yet to recieve those shipments. The product was as advertised, and seems to be functioning just fine. I also noticed I didn't have any problems applying the 10$ welcome coupon as some people have mentioned. I figured since more people seem to take the time to write about something negative, I would add my more positive experience. Fast shipment.

tried to ring the restaurant to book the dinner but they never picked up the phone. She left a few messages but they never returned her call. In the end she went to the restaurant which was not too far away and explained to them her predicament. The waitress apologised to her and told her that they were flat out booked about a month past the expiry date on the voucher but that they would honour her voucher and my mother made her reservation and had a great night out. Even though the restaurant was booked out and a call would have been appreciated the fact that they honoured the voucher after expiry date and given the great deal the dinner was in the first place I would buy this voucher again. I also bought the macaron baking kit. This was a Christmas present and I received it 10 days after purchase which I though was excellent seeing as receiving anything via post on time near Christmas is usually dicey. Lastly I got a black iphone bag and received that with no problems whatsoever. I will continue to use this site as I think they have excellent deals and I've had no issues in buying from them. I don't believe for a second that I am one of only a few people that use Deals I Love that is a satisfied customer but I figure most people just don't go out of their way to post a great review. We really should. Excellent deals, received goods on time, easy to use

What a raught!!!! – Hubby and i ordered and paid for 2 retractable blinds on 6th December, Received 1 ONLY in January. We have rang something like 12 times, constantly being told "You will get an email with 24 hrs" could not get on website each time "Undergoing Maintenance". Finally on 16th February when once AGAIN rang, we were told "That Deals I Love are in liquidation"!!!!!!!!!!! PAID IN FULL FOR 2 BLiNDS, ONE IS NO GOOD TO US

Failure to deliver goods – I order 2 pool storage containers at the beginning of December and paid for the items and shipping immediately. It has been 2 months now and nothing. Very disappointing - looks like I have been ripped off. Not a happy customer at all.

Bad, Bad and Bad – I should have listened to all the other reviews. Only gave it one star because there was no zero. I bought a necklace from them on Jan 29 and it is now 18 April and I still haven't received anything BUT they were only too happy to take my money. The customer service rep copied the supplier in on my e mails and they said they have run out of stock and I will just have to wait !! It is worth mentioning the supplier is in NSW and I am in VIC.

Substandard Clothing – I bought a dress. It is so short you can see my breakfast. Tried to return it the same day I received it and was told to take a photo of it next to a tape measure and if it was the length quoted on the website I could not return it. It looks nothing like what they have on their models and is really terrible quality. Cannot recommend this trader to anyone!!

Very shonky company – It's very sad that companies like this are allowed to trade still. I think it's disgusting that they remove requests and reviews from their FB account and block you from posting if you have a complaint or concern. It's obviously about preserving image and not about helping their customers who have genuine concerns. The positive reviews in here… Read more

are so obviously written by themselves just as on Facebook page. I would like to re-emphasize the fact that their RRP is totally made up and completely fictional which is against trading standards. I have reported to ACCC to investigate. A very sad example of 'social' flash sales. Provides a good example of terrible products and service It breaches many of the trade practices act every day it is in operation.

Faulty Automatic Soap dispesers – BEWARE....I ordered a deal with 3 automatic soap dispensers. They arrived and II set them up....they were great. 6 hours later they no longer worked and have not worked since. I have phoned... The call goes to a fax. I sent an email to which I got an acknowledgement that they recievedthe email but nothing since. i will not bear chasing anything else from them. Total junk... Want my money back – I ordered the magnetic window cleaner. Did not receive it. Was told incorrectly I had ordered a bed cooler. Was apparently charged for that because my credit is minus $20 and did not receive that either, I have tried to contact you apparently unsuccessfully. Stop sending emails of as I certainly do not like the deals.

Shocking customer service. The ACCC should look into them – I bought gutter lights. They did not fit the gutters I have. So many calls to a NSW number who could not even give me the address to send them back (a paid secretarial service). Emailed them on many occassions, called the support line. Only to get an extremely rude email back, almost saying "tough, you are not getting your money back". Then tried to tell me they were not advertised as gutter lights yet clearly the ad says they are.

Rip off!!!! – The item I received compared to what it looked like in the picture was not the same! I the two hip tee shapers which were two flimsy transparent pieces of cotton, certainly can't hold in or shape anything!! When the items arrived I thought it was stockings.
