Terrible customer service – Placed order online - 27th May. that day - what a coincidence! Was promised the order would be sent and I would receive tracking details for the shipment. It has been a week. Today I have contacted my bank and lodged a dispute against the company. I will also be lodging a complaint through the Department of Fair Trading.

it on Monday...". That was 2 weeks ago. Emailed them again and you guessed it, no response. If I had read these reviews (and boy, were there a lot of negative ones) before purchasing, I wouldn't have gone near them.
Customer service does not appear to be important for this company.
Still waitng – Placed order 10th June 2015 for fitted sheet set. Payed by credit card. Bank statement confirmed payment to Deals2u completed. After several Emails to them I received one response stating hey were in the process of relocating warehouse with product due to be sent following week. I have since sent several more emails but have not heard from them since. Sadly they have been the only grief I have experienced with online purchases.

After writing how I was unable to get a refund I was then promised to receive it ASAP but that was weeks ago and I do not trust this company as they mislead people and if I don't get my refund I shall have to take this matter further. Do not buy from this company as they are nowhere as good as they say they are.

IN FAIRNESS TO DEALS 2 U – I ordered a Mighty Jump - Jump Starts any car without cables. order - that was on 22/10/14. As I did not get a response the next day, I then looked at the reviews on this website and got rather alarmed that Deals2U don't respond to emails. I tried calling them and number is not connected. I called Paypal, explained what had happened and they said they would send them a request for refund of duplicate order. After reading the reviews here, I decided not to hold my breath waiting for that to happen. So yesterday 24/10/14, I sent Deals2U another email stating that Paypal had requested an immediate refund, and that if I did not hear from Deals2U within 24hour, I would be contacting the Ombudsman and taking legal action - the subject of the email was URGENT - RESPOND WITHIN 24 HOURS OR LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. To their credit, Deals2U sent me an email the same day 24/10/14 saying QUOTE: "All is good we already cancelled the double order. Refund for one unit will be given to you today." I checked my Paypal account and they have indeed refunded the money for the duplicate order. I now look forward to receiving my Mighty Jump promptly. I have ordered from Deals2U before this and did receive the item I ordered in a reasonable amount of time and was satisfied with the product. Whilst I don't agree with Deals2U not answering emails etc and not following through with Post-sales Customer Service, I do believe they deserve a chance to rectify these issues and run their business in a more efficient manner. I know some of their customer service issues are long-standing and should have been resolved by now. However, I like to think that perhaps they are working on making their business more efficient and fair for the customer, whether disgruntled or satisfied. So in fairness to Deals2U, I write this review to say that my experience with them has been satisfactory, so far. Some unsolicited advice to Deals2U - if you want to run a successful business, remember that the customer is 'always' right and therefore it is imperative that you COMMUNICATE with them, especially AFTER SALES. No matter how busy you are, respond to their emails - let all the customers who have ordered a product know if there is an issue with delivery. If they are not satisfied with a product - refund them immediately. Only sell products which are of the utmost quality and don't mislead people with false claims - if the product is rubbish - DO NOT SELL IT. Build your business through TRUST and you will have many returning customers and years of successful trading and happy consumers.
No Drama – I recently ordered some cleaner from deals2u with my eyes wide open. It is pretty special to get so many terrible ratings. web site I doubt they could hold that stock for the local market. My expectation is they import goods "on demand" as bulk shipments once a week or fortnight, and then dispatch to the customer. That could explain the difficulty from so many reports of getting damaged shipments replaced, etc. Delivery time would partly depend on the date you order vs the date they order.
I watched the dates to assure I could launch a non-delivery complaint/charge-back within the allotted time if need be, and I did not need the cleaner urgently. I expected to wait a month for delivery based on my guess on their business model. The merchandise was delivered as advertised and in good order in 2 1/2 weeks. If my guess at how they conduct business is accurate, I must have hit the sweet spot.
Of course I required no customer service, but they are not all bad. The 4-stars might be a reach, but in my single experience that is how they performed against the better internet merchant sites. Product on offer, prices In spite of the bad reviews I had no problems

they run their business from stolen money, although how they ARE still in business boggles the mind. It borders on criminal.

I am generally an optimistic person but I do not have high hopes for receiving the extra pillow case. Absolutely worst customer service - Do not purchase from Deals2U – I bought a baby bullet for a friend as a baby shower gift. The product stopped working suddenly after only 2 months of use. The receipt states that it has a 12 month warranty, so she got in contact with them to order a replacement (cc me in to all the emails). There is still no replacement in sight, nor any correspondence as to the reason for the delay on the delivery of the replacement.
Under no circumstances will I purchase from this site ever again, and I will be strongly advising everyone I know to not purchase from this site, as there are many other online stores in this cluttered market that provide better products and customer service.

contact them on so sent numerous emails requesting assistance and for them to contact me by either email or my phone as I wanted to purchase these products at the $203 price whilst offer still in sale period. I would have thought that a sales company with a customer repeatedly contacting them who is waiting with a credit card to purchase their products, who continually contacts them rather than the other way around, would be interested in following up or is it just a case of false advertising to be followed up with legal action. Wonder Cooker – I purchased one of these original wonder cookers and it kept tripping my electricity off so I sent it back and was sent another one. Bullet Express DOA no reply from Deals2U / TPV Direct – I finally recieved the Bullet Express in late January 2014, sounds like l was lucky to recieve the item at all. In May I purchased Stem Cell Therapy cream (as seen on TV) and thought they would be reputable to deal with as they were on TV and they also had an android tablet at the right price, so added this to the cart. and they told me their return address and I sent it back and thought it would be safer to send Registered Post which I did and glad of it. I didn`t receive notification they had received but checked online with Australia post and it was delivered. This all happened in May. I emailed them to enquire about my refund ($200) and also delivery of my Stem Cell ($99.00) and was told to be patient. That was the last reply I had ever received and left messages on their answer phone every day waiting for the elusive callback which of course, never happened.
In July I reported them to Fair Trading with all the details including my Registered Post ID. They rang me a couple of times to report they could no contact them and as I paid with Credit Card suggested to contact them to try and get the payments reversed. It was now August and I copied all the appropriate paperwork, Deals2u Invoices, copies of their emails and Registered Post confirmation.
Come September my credit card company contacted me to advise that my payments to Deals2u had been cancelled and re-instated back into my account.
I hope that this good result for me may help and prompt you not to give up

The actual main line goes to answering machine and you will not receive a return call. Do NOT buy from here. refund until the last minute. They told fair trading in June they would refund early July (approximately 4 weeks later) again this was deliberate to delay any actions. After all the complaints I am shocked and angry with our government departments that these parasites have not been shut down. So do not buy from them you will never get your goods and you will have all the grief of trying to get your money back.

Stem cell therapy – I ordered & paid for the product on 17/5, still waiting for it. Have rang & left message after message but they don't even have the courtesy to return a call. People would understand if they at least contacted purchasers to explain that they are out of stock & were waiting for another shipment. Side sleeper pro memory foam pillow – My pillow had not arrived after 28 working/business days which is 40 days, I emailed them 3x and rang several times but had no reply. I contacted Paypal and Deals2U said they would post the pillows in a few days,but suddenly I received a refund no explanation given. Odd ! Bad communication, smells of bait advertising where the product is unavailable to the consumer. Makes you wonder if they are simply taking your money and investing it.

email me. Nothing. On April 23rd package arrived in my letterbox, not by registered mail, as detailed on web page, so was not able to refuse parcel. I emailed Deals@U to advise this was unsolicited mail as I had cancelled it several times to no avail. I suggested that they return my money then I would return their product. Nothing. On May 1st I had a phone call from [name removed] assuring me that if I returned the item registered post, I would not need an authorisation number and once received by them, my refund would be processed and would take 6 weeks. After 6 weeks from date it was collected, May 7th, nothing. I contacted Office of Fair Trading in NSW and they advised me they would follow through. Call from them said Deals2U had promised refund by July 19th. It never came. When I contacted PayPal, I was informed that because I had not applied within 45 days of order, my application was invalid. I was still waiting for the product to be delivered or cancelled in that time span.
I am now prepared to take this to Consumer Tribunal but must attend in NSW on a stipulated date. It will be expensive for me so need backup.
Customer Service is a Joke and their webpage promises "Money Back Guarantee, no questions asked" They never respond to anything
Keep plugging, go to OFT in NSW then Tribunal if necessary. Keep all documentation and record of telephone contacts etc.

This company are rip off merchants – I ordered the stem cell therapy cream back in May and it has been 3 months now and I am still waiting for my product. They do not respond to your emails, and the phone does not connect. I have just sent a complaint to the fair trading in NSW and I hope I get a good result by doing this. They do not give you your product and they take your money.
