Fraudulent company – Fraudulent company, advertised one product and sent another at half the size. Paid premium, got rubbish. They won't fix your issue. Will just steal your money.

Waiting on replies to emails! – I was told there is a error with my order and told id get a refund. I then replied asking what the error was and how much id be receiving back and got no reply! My order was split in two deliveries, one of which i havent yet received. Would be really nice to receive a answer! Half the products i did receive are missing parts anyway, very cheap quality!

cheaper price than anywhere else.

The phones are international models (mine was from Japan) and are shipped from Hong Kong so be prepared to wait 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

After waiting about 2.5 weeks my order finally arrived and upon opening the box everything appeared to be brand new with stickers still on the phone and all accessories included! My only real concern is that if it ever needed to be replaced or fixed under warranty I'd have to return it through Deals Direct as it isn't covered under an Australian Warranty.

Issue resolved – charged me $600 where as same mattress i got offer from kogan for $400. Upon asking they added 7 different Vouchers of $20. When iam not happy they issued a full refund to original payment. Show reply

Dispatch slow – This is not for deals direct themselves it to do with one of there marketplace sellers have been slow...placed an order on the sunday expected delivery was meant to be around 3 days later and only dispatched the goods day after expected delivery date which dispatched 4 days after plqcing the order.....

Worst place to buy – Bought a iPhone from them Feb 2022, mid May screen started playing up, sent back to fix and gotten worst, want me to pay to send and take videos, how when this the only phone I got. Never buying gadgets from this DEALSDIRECT ever.

Rip-off merchants Don't buy Sofa's on line ever unless you have sat on them or have seen the actual size – Purchased "3" seater sofa - turned out to be the smallest 3 seater sofa I have ever encountered. Reality it was a 2 seater. Not very comfortable either. I was offered a refund of $131.15 after paying $718. Couch had to be repacked in a box costing $50 and courier costs would be $249.99 to return it. My advice by direct from a real shop.

I have been a very good customer of Deals, and this deliberate no contact is forcing me to get the ACCC involved, as this is criminal holding my items and not refunding them since 25th Oct.

the same response from DealsDirect, "they are chasing their supplier for a refund", mostly after I have had to once again email to prompt a response from them. They repeatedly told me they would get a response from the supplier within a day, but they take more than a week to respond. I have contacted the ACCC and will be contacting small claims court after I speak with Fair Trading. This is extremely bad customer service and it is now three and half months later. I have been buying from DealsDirect for years and will never purchase from them again. Buyers beware!

Missing Part – Ordered and received a cross trainer however it is missing a foot pedal there is no phone number to ring and they are way to slow at answering emails we have had it for 6 business days and not being able to use it i have bought a fee things from them but i think this will be the last time

You need a truckload of patience – Hit and miss online products.. worst delivery times / wait time on the planet..cannot believe I have come back to this site. DD is truly for dummies.

Faulty products – I purchased an electric treadmill, put it together over the weekend and the motherboard is faulty. Err07 shows when I try to start the machine. The booklet advises there is a fault with the wiring. I have gone into my deals direct account and written to them for a response, but I’ve had no reply. How long does it take to reply? I would like a new motherboard that works that can start the treadmill - or I want a full refund.

Bought item - weeks later they advise not in stock – Bought a pair of shoes on 16 July and I was advised on 10 August they are not in stock. Fair enough they are out of stock and I couldn't purchase them but they need to get their system updated with stock levels so it's accurate, don't take my money and then let me know a weeks later they are not available. Poor service :-(

DealsDirect used to have great quality at first but now it’s full of cheap quality items.Asian sizes high price – Easy to find items though most products are from Asian seller comes from China long wait. Great range of products but some very cheap quality items. Very disappointed, deals direct use to have great quality but now cheap quality and high price!
