Forget about being a loyalty member with their Insider program, as they won't honour their benefits. I didn't receive my birthday reward and they have told me in response that birthday rewards are 'on hold' despite advertising those rewards on their benefits page. I've been purchasing from Decjuba for years but no more as they are untrustworthy.

Loved the Imogen wrap jumper from Decjuba.. so much so that I purchased two of them. I have worn them about 3 or 4 times. The jumpers have deteriorated and look very aged. Lots of pilling all over the jumper. I did buy them on special, but should that make a difference. Cannot be returned as I did not wear them for a few weeks after I purchased and have passed the allowed timeframe…So disappointed. Show details

I have purchased Decuba Evie jeans before and they have been good quality but the last pair I purchased in November 24 are terrible. received a reply thanking me for contacting them and no offer of replacing or refunding me. These jeans are $90 and are terrible quality. I’ve had better quality from Kmart so don’t waste your money. I will not be purchasing from Decuba again!

after refund just wanted it to be fixed or exchanged. She even mentioned “it might have been nought from salvos “ thats why you should have the receipt. Went to DFO shop, manager of the store refused to exchange it because it was purchased more than 6 months ago. I couldn’t find any policy on their website about having only 6 months warranty for their expensive clothing. I was passed on store to store with disappointing behaviour and customer service and even have been it might have been bought from second hand shops. I have bought an expensive jacket from Dejuba and expecting to receive a good customer care from them but it wasn’t at all. Very disappointing experience I am considering to take the matter to Consumer Protection.

Poor Service – Website is not user-friendly. Customers service is shocking. Disappointed and will spread the word..Stay away from this shop period. I shop online for I live in rural Queensland. Wanted to swap sale items for right sizes and the was told "it's not possible" so yeah this shop is not for online shoppers so stay away!! Show details

yet received my $. They said that Refundid processed my refund mid-August. But there is no credit to my credit card. So I am out the amount of the refund AND the amount paid for Refundid. Appalling service.

I buy most items online but will NEVER buy from Decubja again or any other retailer that uses Refundid.

 Follow-up  · No response from DeCjuba or Refundid. I went through my bank. After quite a while, I got my $ back. Will NEVER deal with either again.

Ordered by error to a different store. Was unable to pick up. It says that if not collected it would be put back on shelf and refunded. This item was never refunded and it says the item was collected. I am sure a staff member has a new top. Do not deal with Decjuba online as it is too hard to contact anyone and nobody wants to know

 Follow-up  · Took sometime but Decjuba did finally refund the money owed. Still would not consider buying online with them again.

Order 2 dresses on line from Decjuba and when they were delivered were missing the belt (on both dresses). Was told from a salesperson that there is no contact phone number but can only send an email. Sent an email outlining problem and requesting belts be mailed out. Been 3 days and no response. Clothes are ok, but unfortunately customer service is lacking.

The worst retail experience!! Bought a dress for a friend while in Perth - they offered their floor to door service and sold it as this amazing fool proof system. received anything so I emailed their customer service. At no point did they attempt to contact me.. I explained the email was incorrect and was following up. They told me they had over sold the dress and that I had to travel back to Perth to get my refund (I LIVE IN MELBOURNE AND THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND MY EMAIL CLEARLY STATED THIS).

It’s now been 2 weeks and they are refusing to manually process my refund and telling me I need to travel 30mins to go get my refund or get a voucher! Why would I want to spend more money with you? You messed up one order already and now you’re being unreasonable about my refund. I explained I don’t have a car and will need to uber or PT… they didn’t care, they literally skipped that part of the email. I asked to do a refund over the phone (which most eftpos terminals can do) and nope again they skimmed over that part of my email! I have had to contact consumer affairs and been told they will investigate them as a business and that they are in breach of section 36 of the act. I have stated this in my emails and they continue to copy paste the same responses to me and refuse to give me a refund! A refund for THEIR MISTAKE!

Ordered an item for the Geelong store and then they sent it to a store 2 hours away. So I asked to have my purchased cancelled and still have not rec’d a refund , nearly 3 weeks later and now they are not responding to my emails. Worst customer service ever

top of another jumper, and it had very noticeable pilling all down the arms, front, and back. It looks like I have worn it to death! It's not the first time a knit from decjuba has pilled badly. Their cross over jumpers are terrible. Such a shame. Interestingly I do not seem to be able to leave a review on their website as I would love to warn others not to buy the cardigan.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order - it came in 2 different parcels and one item just never came. I emailed and messaged many times and did not receive any response. created”. More emails followed before I was finally refunded part of the price - $64 of the $70 was refunded. I tried emailing and messaging again to see why I didn’t get a full refund. No reply yet again. To even get this refund, I had to say I was putting the whole amount into dispute with my bank and reporting them to QLD Fair Trading. Their practices are incompetent at best and dishonest at worst. Won’t be buying from them again.

I ordered 4 tops online. 1 arrived correct. 1 arrived but was the wrong top. The other 2 apparently were not in stock. VERY difficult to exchange/return the incorrect top or get a refund. Refundid. Took a month to somewhat resolve. In the end I was partially refunded through PayPal but ended up paying $10.00 postage on the 1 top I actually received that was on sale for $8.95. They did not send a return label for the incorrect top or attempt to send the correct one. $10.00 postage for 2 tops I actually wanted would have been okay. The 2 more expensive tops that I was told were unavailable are still listed on their website as available now, over a month later. I really wanted to buy them for my sister's birthday but I won't be returning as their customer service is horrendous. The whole process was stressful, expensive and time consuming with the person I communicated with being a bit of a smart-butt, having an answer for everything but no appropriate resolution to the problems that they created.

Appalling customer service. Purchased a couple of necklaces. Before I put them on one of them broke. Contacted Decjuba through their website. A week later still no reply. Contaced them again. No reply. Contacted them directly through email --- still no reply! Called their number listed on Google - it was not connected!! They're a big company and the phone they say to use for Customer Service is a fake line! Unbelievable!

return it and potentially purchase some jeans. Much to my disgust, they wouldn't return the skirt as the tag was no longer attached!!!! I had the tag and the string that it was originally tied to the label with. All they had to do was reattach the label with the string, easy fix. But no, they insisted that it was against store policy as stated on the receipt because the tag was "not attached". A simple fix of tying it back on would have resolved that and then reimbursed me so I could then purchase some jeans. But no, they couldn't see past that so needless to say I left the store with no jeans and told them I would never be returning and their policy was outrageous!! I took all I had not to let some expletives go!!! Ridiculous. What happened to keeping the customer happy! I would understand if it had been worn or I didn't have the receipt or the tags but I had all of that and they still wouldn't return the skirt!!!!! Decjuba, you need to be a bit more flexible with these stupid return policies. I will never be purchasing from your store in Frankston again!!!!!!
