After 18 months of have & necklace with my Dead Mums fingerprint on the pendant the fingerprint has worn away. I was never told to not wear it daily or not to shower with it on, that's what i was told when trying to get it replaced. beautiful necklace that I wear every single day (even in the shower, though they recommend not to) and it is still so beautiful.

I purchased a gemstone to go with it, and at one point it fell out. I was heartbroken but I contacted the company and they sent me a new one free of charge.

Fast forward two years later I wanted a new necklace in a different colour as I've gone from a silver girlie to a gold girlie. I can't find the fingerprints anywhere. I'm so stressed and upset. I contacted the company on the off chance they have kept them on file AND THEY HAVE!!! Not only am I able to purchase a new beautiful necklace to remember my person, but they also sent me a copy of his fingerprint for me to keep digitally forever.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Australia-based, so attentive, such quality. I was hesitant at first because $150-$200 is a lot of money but it is so so worth it.

Wrong order and terrible customer service – Got sent the wrong order to then be told they would remake the correct order and rush it through within 24 hours to still be waiting 12 days later. Original post: I asked my partner for a fingerprint necklace from this company for my first birthday as a new mother. I am a gold jewellery wearer and the pieces online looked simply stunning, I was beyond excited to receive my necklace but I was so disappointed when I opened it :(

Please be aware - the fingerprint engraving they do on gold vermeil is partially silver and looks really odd as the light catches it, I presume because of how their machine engraves the metal deeper than the gold vermeil. I am unable to find on the website where it states this could occur and in fact all I can see is the necklace is coated in a ‘thick gold vermeil’ - not thick enough? If I had been made aware this was a possibility, I would not have requested this necklace as a gift as it looks unfinished or faulted, definitely not worth the price point we paid.

We contacted customer service and although they were polite, they essentially told my partner this is normal (but they fail to clearly state it anywhere on the website/Instagram), no refund would be given (which we expect under normal circumstances with personalised pieces but feel we have been completely missold this item) and the only thing we can do is send the necklace back to them to have it inspected by their team to assess if the engraving isn’t what they’d deem normal.

In silver or solid gold - this necklace probably looks much better. Sadly, this will sit in a drawer for the most part as it just isn’t aesthetically pleasing for a gold wearer and the sentiment has sadly been ruined. I may have felt different if the item was a reduced price and I had expected the potential outcome, I feel completely mislead.

Love the idea, but very VERY fake looking gold – While I LOVE the idea of this jewelry, I am not completely satisfied with the product. Mainly bc it is SO bright/shiny fake looking gold. I’m really sad bc I wanted to wear this every day, but it’s just so bright. And does not match any other jewelry I have so unfortunately it cannot be a daily thing I wear at all. Or even worn with earrings when I do wear it. And for the price, I have to say I don’t think it’s worth it :( Unless you like super bright gold - then it’s a home run! Deja Marc is terrible – I wouldnt even waste your time such a hassle with this company very unsatisfactory. Its been over a month since I got my fingerprints kit 2 weeks since I turned in the print and still no email been in contact with customer service the whole time 10/10 do not recommend this company go buy at your local store probably much easier.
