well, I tried several types and all the same result so err ok) Then like all the other ones the barrel fails in them rendering them useless as it won’t take a pod. Nespresso try and say it’s due to using non nespresso pods or not descaling enough, really they just gave an excuse for everything . We descale monthly and only ever used non nespresso pods a few times so it’s absolute nonsense so they don’t have to fix it. Pretty sure they also lost a legal case to say you can’t use other pods too!! I get nespresso pods free from work so used non nespresso maybe 3 x max and it’s the nespresso brand it actually stopped accepting anyway. Buttons stopped working also, buttons just randomly flash, sometimes work sometimes don’t and coffee volume for large is same as a single shot so you need to press 6-7 x to get an actual cup of coffee… Don’t waste your time or money, just get one from Aldi for a fraction of the cost and they also stand by the product unlike Nespresso!
Easy to use coffee machine – A great basic coffee machine for your morning or all day coffee. Easy to use you just fill water canister at the back of machine and drop in the Nespresso pod then lower the capsule lid to start. Makes three different size coffees and pods are collected in a waste container. A great looking machine when it sits on the kitchen benchtop too. The drip tray makes it easy to clean and overall a very compact and good coffee machine.
Not great – Bought this unit 2 days ago have made 5 coffees and now the frother feature is not working . Milk frother is clean but not working? Very dissatisfied and disappointed. As for the pods, you can buy non Nespresso ones from SO many places - Aldi, Coles, Woolies.
The milk frother is so good, the milk is almost floating like a glob of whipped cream because it’s so frothy, which I love.
The only annoying thing is that it makes one coffee before the milk jug must be fully cleaned. My hack to workaround this was to buy 2-3 milk jugs and use each one once to be able to make several coffees in a row. It’s also great to have spare jugs so that while one is in dishwasher, you have a spare.

going into error mode after each coffee it did eventually make). I sent it away again for repairs. When it was returned today i opened it to find it absolutely stunk. My milk frother had milk still in the hose bit. All parts were still wet and smelled. My machine had a part replaced where the buttons are and it now a different colour (a light grey) than the rest of the off white creamy colour of the machine. Also I was sent a dark grey smaller milk frother. The machine also had coffee stains all over it. I am so disappointed, I bought a nice new machine to end up with this second hand mismatched crap. The lady I spoke with on the phone was no help and offered me a complimentary descaling kit. I want a refund so I can purchase a new machine that actually works and is what I bought in the first place- not some scuffed up mismatched crap that hasn’t worked properly in 7 months

won't froth (and I've tried several frothers). I am very careful with it, descale, clean, everything. While Nespresso take ownership of repairs, it's the time it takes to pack it for repairs, manage the delivery and go without it for weeks; it defeats the purpose of having it. Buy a machine with a manual milk frother. Don't buy this product.

Don’t waste your money ! – Had a nespresso machine before for over 10 years with no problem. Then decided to update with the Lattissima One machine which was a big mistake. Constant problems with the milk frother which started early on . Needs to be pulled apart and cleaned after one coffee and even then it is not guaranteed that it will work. capsule bin sometimes fills with liquid which can spill if you aren’t careful when emptying.
Overall I’m very happy with my purchase, I use it daily and can’t imagine going without now I’ve had it for so long. Highly recommend to anyone who loves a coffee regularly.

appliance makes a double shot and it is taken to work everyday in a keep cup. The temperature is right to consume without burning.
We have since signed up to Nespresso on line and receive great offers on pods with unique flavours. The pods are able to be sent back for recycling. The coffee is from sustainable coffee growers.
Overall a wonderful machine, that is simple to use. Oh and it's easy to clean, another feature worth a quick mention. It tells you when it requires a descale, once again it a push of a button.
Having a choice of colours, I purchased a white model to go with my kitchen.
Would I recommend it? Yes very highly. Would I buy another? Without Hesitation.

Really zero star. Sheepishly the manager quietly organised for it to be sent without explanation. - Promised compensatory pods were forgotten - Spent a day learning about the new machine to make sure I do things right. - Nespresso own instructional video on YouTube was not updated after 5 years and the required ristretto (by the long black coffee over ice pods) is not in current model. I ended up with milk, all over the counter.
Everyone from Nespresso repair, customer service, delivery and marketing dropped the ball. Everyone. And customers pay the price. It was supposed to be one touch convenient operation. The hassle was shocking.
I was trying to be fair. I gave it 3 chances. I only insisted a full refund after then. But Nespresso and delonghi (manufacturer) stalled and stalled until I relented to a replacement. And even that is a disappointment. Delonghi had the cheek to say it’s been more than six months when Nespresso warranty is two years. Nespresso hid behind DeLonghi and kept offering the same flawed machine as replacement. Nespresso refused to hand over repair file notes for retail store to refund the money. It’s the days I will never get back.
The funny thing was, this was my first Nespresso machine and I had been looking forward to it for years. I write off the $300 I spent. Nespresso is dead to me. Period.
Don’t buy any Nespresso machine. Don’t get caught up with being fobbed off between Nespresso and DeLonghi, which refuse to take responsibility or assist in any way.

didn’t mind as long as it worked!! The second one lasted a little longer about 3 weeks and the same thing happened! After a 3 week wait to hear back they have given us a store credit because we do not want another one.. Now we can choose any coffee machine we like for the same price or we pay the difference.. the milk frother. You cant trick it and put water in the frother to clean it out. It somehow detects that its not milk and will not turn on!!! Which means after EVERY coffee you have to dismantle the entire milk frother and give it a really good wash then leave it on the side to dry so next time you come to have a coffee you have to assemble all 4 parts of the frother then make half a cup of coffee and then you have to refill the milk container again then continue making it so you get a full mug (our mugs are normal mugs not the big ones). Then clean etc etc etc this turns having a coffee into a 20 minute+ ordeal! just to make it. So instead all the girls at work use their own money to just buy seven eleven coffee and all the Nescafe pods that we provide for free are just sitting in the draw. Waste of money. Iv now promised the staff i will throw that one out and get them a good one like the larger latisimo touch. Just annoying when we've spent the money on it and they wouldn't accept a return.
Product is a dud – This is my second machine where the Milk frother does not work. I sent it in for repairs, but nespresso says there’s no issue. Had to resend it back, from the other reviews I see, I am not alone with this problem. Customer service refuses to just send me a new machine. Don't recommend – Had this for a month and have rarely used it, the first couple of weeks the milk frothed lovely, now it is only making flat whites. Have tried different milks and set my fridge to 3 degrees and soaker milk components a few times, still only making flat whites. Disappointed as I only purchased it for cappuccinos. up and how compact it is to fit in the corner of my kitchen bench. It’s easy to clean and put together. The only down side is it only makes one coffee at a time where my previous Nespresso machine used to do a couple of coffees before having to fill up the milk dispenser. I would highly recommend it as it has saved us money as opposed to buying coffee every day. A sleeve of pods for us is around $7 and you get 10 pods I believe. A regular coffee is approx. $5 so you’re making back your money in a short amount of time.

cycle and is sometimes not very frothy at all, or makes the milk so hot (after spluttering all over the place) that I’ve burnt my mouth. Cleaning of the milk jug is convoluted having to break it down into 5 pieces and cleaning each part after every coffee. This becomes totally cumbersome when having more than one coffee a day which I do. Searching for positives, I love the look of this machine and how compact it is.

adjust the amount of froth as it over-froths the milk. There is also always a reasonable amount of milk left in the bottom of the milk container unless I don’t fill it to the line. If you buy one of these capsule machines make sure to always eject the capsule and get an old toothbrush to give the capsule piercing plate a good scrub every so often. Overall I am satisfied with the machine, it makes me a decent coffee every morning and is easy to clean.

back to their technical team to investigate as it was still under warranty, upon return the milk frother was fixed but it just didn’t make enough froth, the milk and coffee was just luke warm so I have to put it in the microwave to heat it up every time! Very inconvenient. I would not recommend this machine to anyone, unless you like cold flat white coffee.

The opening for the coffee pod is not like the UMilk where it’s a slide to open but instead, it’s a lift to open which after awhile, moved the machine out of it position.
Coffee pods does not automatically drop to the dispense container. This needs to be manually done. Occasionally, we forget to and thus ended up extracting twice from the used pod.
Cleaning of the milk canister is not as simple and quick. A lot of parts to clean each time after use.
Great Nespresso Machine – This machine is very sleek and well designed. The white fits perfectly with our modern kitchen. The machine uses Nespresso pods. Off brand compatible pods do not seem to fit very well. Unlike some of the other machines, the frother is single has only. That is, the machine will use all the milk in the dispenser. You will need to refill it for the next coffee. Only complaint is that the drip tray is odd. Show details
Another great machine from Nespresso for a good quality coffee – I have been a Nespresso customer for many years and I just got this machine that it really matching my needs with a coffee at least everyday and sometimes a nice cappuccino in the morning.
