When using the milk dispensrer regularly and storing in the fridge between use; on days 3-4 it can become unsightly and give off a pungent smell- even with use of the cleaning function that comes with this model, naturally as the despenser is not airtight, it cannot keep the milk well. The Despenser has hard to reach parts which doesn’t help. Therefore this model require thorough regular cleaning so it does need washing every two days and soaking as above mentioned when this occurs.

Very solid and easy to use – Taught my technophobe parents how to use the machine and they've loved it since. Easy to use and easy to clean. The pictures could be a bit more indicative as to what they produce, my parents did struggle with familiarising which button produced what coffee. Words would've been useful. Can't live without it – Nespresso coffee tastes great, this machine is so easy to use at just one push of a button. It's really easy to keep clean too. Since Dec 2015! Still going – Highly recommend Nespresso. Use this every weekday before work. Have been using since Dec 2015 and never had a problem. Use only genuine Nespresso pods! This is the best coffee machine for everyday use, connect the milk container and you get a latte with just a button. Would recommend Lattissma over any machine. Broke down doesn't heat froth milk – Good machine when it works but broke down as I even clean it always every day doesn't make seance says made in Italy not china so why does the boiler brake down I'm hoping they can fix free as many people have same issue when google the problem we don't expect to just die like they no reason yeah  Show details

the coffee is just not hot enough – I bought this machine after trying it at work, loved it at work. Easy to clean, easy to use, bought a whole box, pods are a bit expensive and some flavors are not as tasty. At home it does not work the same way, i think the milk does not heat up as much, could there be a problem with settings.  Show details

Convenient, quick, and quality coffee – Had this machine for 4 years and it's worked beautifully - unfortunately it's starting to have issues now but I'm very happy with the use it's had over these 4 years. Such a quick way to get a quality coffee at home. It is a bit fiddly having to disassemble and clean the milk jug but worth it for the convenience. When we buy a new machine it will almost certainly be a new Lattissima machine.

Faulty and replaced twice in 1.5 years – The milk frother component on it fails eventually and cannot be repaired and requires a full replacement. We loved it until the milk frother started spitting out only water. We put it in for repairs through a delonghi repairer. They couldn't fix it and gave us a new replacement. Again the repairer was authorised by delonghi to give us a new replacement. As the warranty is about to run out were now just going to sell it before this 3rd machine breaks as well. The repairer told us it is quite common with delonghi's for the milk frother to fail.

Very Dissapointed – Paid a decent amount of money for this machine and it makes way to much froth. The milk isn't creamy like it is when it comes out of the aeroccino either. I'm really disappointed and as we bought the product for Christmas, it's out of its 30 day satisfaction warranty so Nespresso won't help me. Their suggestions were for me to buy an aeroccino separately, or to sell the machine on and purchase one of their other products.

So Simple and great coffee – I love my Lattissima Plus the coffee is just so nice, nicer than what you get at cafes most of the time. Its easy to use, easy to clean and fast. Had a Citiz, upgraded to this - bad experience – We've had a Citiz for about 5 years, which has always made the perfect latte (or any type of coffee), except we had issues with the Aeroccino getting burnt in one spot at the bottom, no matter how many times we cleaned. and poured the milk for you, the Lattissima Plus. Upon purchase, it was clear that the machine over frothed the milk for a latte. This caused issues with a) incorrect consistency of the foam and b) taste of the coffee - which tasted instead like a watery cappuccino rather than a creamy latte. Rang Nespresso who denied any responsibility of a 'known problem' with that model, and suggested I had a dodgy machine, and to follow up with my retailer. Rang the retailer who consulted with her Nespresso expert, & apparently with the Plus, no matter what setting you put the foamer on, it's going to over foam. He said the next model up, the Pro, does not have this issue and makes the perfect latte. Well how convenient except that model is another $400. Unsure of what to do, it might be back to the old Citiz. Unimpressed! Compact look, auto dispensing of the milk. Over frothing the milk even on the lowest setting, therefore incapable of making a true latte.

have not had any major issues with it. There has been one or two occassions when the milk would not be frothed for some reason, which happened after cleaning, however, it seems to rectify itself after a bit of purging and perhaps an additional rinse of the milk container and rubber straw etc.

It does not have quite as many functions as the previous model, such as the heated top, but I never really used these functions anyway, preferring to simply heat the cups with boiling water, so I certainly have not missed them. The milk and water containers are a little smaller than previous model also, but the water is clearly visible and easier to fill. The machine is also quite a bit smaller than previous model so it doiesn't take up as much space on the kitchen bench which is another bonus. It actually works! Provides hot coffee and a regular consistent quality cup of coffee. Nothing ....so far.

Very good machine – I have just switched to this machine and the whole pod experience after having an automatic cappuccino maker for a few years. Great present for the hubby that will be well used throughout the entire year – Its an easy to use 1 touch coffee machine. 4 different options which is nice for either small or tall expressos or cappacinos. the interim i've been buying some other ones in Woolies that are compatible with the machine 1 touch coffee system only uses Nespresso pods (or the occasional ones that are compatable from the supermarket)

Love it! – This is a fantastic machine I highly recommend it! The only thing I don't like about it is that the Milk is never hot enough and that even on the lowest milk froth setting it still produces a lot of froth with the coffee.
