Do NOT recommend this product – Quality of coffee is so-so. Takes 4-5 attempts to get water through, which seems like an important feature to note in the manual. conveniently no sales person shares. Mind you, I’d have to set that cup on fire to get the coffee hotter. It is easy to use, but so very disappointed, we gave it a good go, tweeking, heating, but it defeats the purpose having to boil the jug every time. Returning it this weekend, product does not provide/produce what it claims it does. Originally purchased at Briscoes.
Extremely disappointing – Coffee machine works well, coffee is not hot enough. However have had to change the machine twice as the milk frother has just stopped working within 1 month of getting each machine. Now have to make the decision if we get our money back and get a different machine or try a third machine (to then have the same issues). Nespresso would pay costs. I sent the machine to the authorised repair centre & was advised that the fault was an internal control board fault. I contacted Nespresso to advise the quote for repairs & was advised to call De Longhi, contacted De Longhi and they advised to contact Nespresso. Nespresso have noted on file they would cover the costs if the fault was a factory internal fault, now they have withdrawn any responsibility for there product fault. Would not trust nor recommend Nespresso, very poor deceptive customer service.

Great nespresso machine – Great machine, easy to use and clean using it for more than 3 years. Very consistent with the taste and froth. Only issue i have is the temperature is just warm. I wish it was a little bit more hot to last that 10 to 15 minutes. But it gets cold quickly. Otherwise its a great machine. Show details
Easy to program, great quality coffee – I received this as a second hand gift from my partner and I love it. It is ready to use quickly in the morning and is easy to clean. I like a milky coffee so the heat could be better, but it is instantly drinkable at an acceptable heat without being lukewarm. Frothing is average despite using the highest froth setting, works better with lighter milks so this could be better, but certainly fantastic for a home coffee machine. Show details

Not hot enough – I’ve had this machine now for a few months but I find the temperature warm for my coffee. Coffee should not be microwaved as it loses the coffee flavour and defeats the purpose of having a coffee machine ! For now this machine is ok, but I would not recommend buying this product. Very disappointed – Can only use very small cups otherwise the coffee is too weak. Will only make cappuccinos, too much froth even on the lowest setting. Still have to heat it up in the microwave, not hot enough unless you preheat your cup, even then it is just hot enough. Disappointed with life expectancy of machine! – Bought this machine late 2016 for my Sunday afternoon coffee fix until this past weekend when the machine didn’t want to pull the milk from the container. however so I called Nespresso again. After a further factory reset and water hardness adjustment, the specialist diagnosed the problem being the pump. My machine is out of warranty but after 4 years of light use (Weekends only two coffees) and following the maintenance program, I’m a bit disappointed that I’m up for buying a new $500 machine (which to be fair Nespresso has offered me an out of warranty discount on) or send it off for repair at my expense. This means approx $120 a year for a machine is really expensive! Might as well buy a cheaper machine throw away and use their capsules.

completed and did not work. When we called back we were hung up on. Extremely poor service. Took machine back to the Good Guys where the machine was purchased and it had to be sent for a repair which takes 2 weeks. Not good enough for a new machine.

and I decided I wanted a Pod machine to help make the process faster and easier so I started looking at machines. I was going to go with one from Aldi but decided I wanted this to last a bit longer than the one at work was lasting so found myself looking at this one.
I went to Nespresso and they showed me the one they had on display and I knew I wanted this one, it also had great reviews online.
I went to The Good Guys and got it for cheaper than Nespresso was charging
It's a great little machine, it's easy to maintain, works with any pods that fit nespresso machines, froths milk well and hot.
PRO - easy to maintain - works with pods of same size - heats well - milk frother does well - good size water tank - dishwasher safe parts
CONS no real cons for me at all.
overall very happy with this purchase and once I found pods from Woolworths that I love more than Nespresso and is so much cheaper it make running this machine more cost effective.
Not hot enough – Coffee is not hot enough - just warm. Needs to be microwave for 20 sec. to heat up to acceptable level. The coffee itself is really good (Nespresso pods) All things considered, I am VERY disappointed. Only positive thing is that it is quick. Show details

Barely warm coffee – Bought this before Christmas and have had a very hit/miss experience. If you simply use the espresso or lungo buttons and just top up with a little dash of cold milk the coffee is ok. tepid milk. Which then makes the whole of your coffee barely even warm let alone hot which basically makes the cappuccino/latte undrinkable. I may as well have just bought one of the simple coffee machines with the two buttons (espresso and lungo) and done what I am doing now and just adding a dash of cold milk. A complete waste of money and seems it is not just my machine with the problem due to knowing someone with the exact same machine and also due to the research I have done on online forums. Very disappointing and I am now probably stuck with this machine due to being over a month that I have had it and we were away for most of this time over Christmas. Would not recommend.

We let it go, but a month or so later the milk stopped working properly. It would just splutter. After a fair bit of complaining Harvey Norman reluctantly agreed to replace it. Only 3 weeks later the new machine had the same problem. So went back to HN, but they didn’t help, spoke to Nespresso and they replaced the machine. Now 4 weeks later our third machine in 1 year is doing the same thing. Clearly there is a problem with this model.
Great Value Machine – Love my morning coffee and this machine makes a perfect cup every time. I only use Nespresso pods and stronger blends. This machine makes better coffee than a Cafe!!! (Coffee lover Reviewing) – As long as you choose the good intensity coffee pods you will have the best coffee. Waste of money – Just spent 30min on the phone with "Senior management". I bought a brand new machine in march from DJs. it has never worked. Nespresso wants to fix the machine so then my brand new machine is a refurbished model. OR they want me to drag my three kids and the broken machine back to DJs to get a replacement. Brilliant Machine – I have had several coffee machines over the years and this is the best by far. Value for money for sure and coffee is at a great temperature. Best machine – I bought this machine from Harvey Norman 5 years ago and never ever had an issue. You can use generic pods from Cole's etc. While the Nespresso are the better flavor, they come a a price. Machine is able to be customized to suit any size cups and had 2 size settings available. adjust the desired froth from low to high. The milk dispenser is fantastic as this just pulls out and you can stow away any unused milk in the fridge! The support staff from Nespresso are wonderful although I would love to see them add a hot chocolate to their pods. The downloadable app is perfect making ordering nice and simple! Pretty and very functional – This coffee machine is very functional and produces the same results every time I use it. I would highly recommend it, I use LOR capsules instead of Nespresso in it and I buy them from Coles. probably won't bother most coffee drinkers is that the coffee comes out too hot. I usually place two ice cubes in my cup when I pour my morning joe. But that's just me, most people like it hot.
