to find Access denied blacklisted so obvoiusly this is how they deal with customers who they can't reply to after taking there money.

Huge warning don't deal with these guys

There is a problem with their website – Want to buy coffee machine. All products state Display on them. Cart will not allow payment. Site tries to redirect payment to Paypal but takes too long and doesnt in the end. The site has either been hacked ( display words on a lot of items or there is a scam going on. Also no reply from the Owners having tried several times. Avoid purchasing until everything is cleared up.

I was immediately impressed with fabulous packaging. The original Gaggenau packaging and boxing is kept as much as possible (actually the microwave came in the complete original box), but then a full wooden crate is fabricated and then this is wrapped in like 50mm+ thick of bubble wrap. Then a shrink wrap over the top. I believe nothing is going to break these in transit short of dropping it from a great height.

I haven't installed the units as yet because my new kitchen is still being built but I have plugged the units in and they power up and appear to function as expected - I have no doubts they'll be OK. If any issue I am sure David and his team would sort it out based upon the wonderful experience to date.

believe there is not too much difference between the various brands with low complexity no-moving-parts appliances like an induction cooktop, just the details are a bit nicer in the case of this particular appliance, the sliders, illumination and cool design with bevelled glas edge.

The device arrived well packed (bubble wrap, crated, bubble wrapped again) and delivered via FedEx 10 days later.

It is a European model of course, but with all the instructions in English for the UK market I assume. Probably cannot be registered with AEG Australia, but as it works fine and and was not DOA, I take my chances.

The electrician installed it, no problems encountered. It works absolutely fine.

than 1 question answered by customer service (never mind 13), and it often takes a day or two to get a response.

I ordered my AEG HK6542H0XB induction cooktop (essentially identical to the Australian HK654200XB except the local model does not have the AEG Hood2Hob function) on Thursday evening at about 8pm (Brisbane time). On Saturday I got the Fedex tracking number, and it was delivered to my door on the Wednesday lunchtime, so about 5½ days from ordering. I don't think I would have got it sooner if I had ordered from a local store.

Unwrapping it was an exercise. Shrink wrapped in heavy black plastic, then 23m (yes 23m) of 1.2m wide bubble wrap (there was about 12 wraps), then a custom made wooden crate that had 20 screws holding the lid on, then the standard AEG cardboard, bubble wrap and polystyrene packaging. The cooktop was in perfect condition (I would have been astounded if it was damaged with all of the protection around it), was connected up and works flawlessly so far (been about 2 weeks so far).

I have not yet opted for the extended warranty, but probably will before the 60 days is up.

I cannot fault the experience at all. The service was fantastic, the cooktop is great (a huge upgrade from a 15 year old Kleenmaid solid plate cooktop), and the price (including delivery) was 44% of the local AEG price, and with a 2 year warranty it will go up to 52% of the local price.

Excellent product and excellent service – Very happy with my new oven which arrived in perfect condition. Despatched quickly and arrived in NZ without too much delay.

Good range but website is a little clunky and communication could be better – What I ordered arrived in good condition and is working fine. It wasn’t clear to me where my order was at up until the delivery company took hold of it.

Excellent service – We ordered a second oven and again had great service. Communication was excellent. Very well packaged and kept up to date when dispatched and when would arrive. Able to change delivery date with no problem. Prices about 25% less than Australia.

Won't respond – I have now tried at least 6 times to get an answer on when my goods might be delivered but I am just ignored. I have purchased from them in the past but that was a few years ago and they were brilliant. Now I don't even know if I will ever see my products as they simply don't respond to any contact.

With minor tweaks could be great – The web site is reasonable, but it is not clear that most of the appliances listed are actually not available. Not perfect! – Well packaged, item delivered in good condition. Found data plate containing seriel no. has been deliberately scrapped off for some reason? Made it difficult to connect to ovens wireless features. Still waiting on reply to my email, not confident if we have warranty issues in the future! Miele H7860bpx oven purchaser.

I would buy again and recommend – I bought from EU/Deluxe appliances an Electrolux induction cooktop very cheap and had no problems 7 yrs on. Last month I accidentally cracked the glass on cooktop so ordered replacement glass from them - everything still works just fine and looks new! Fast service and great value products - fragile items are shipped with excellent packaging. I would buy again and recommend.

XCELL – The Wall Oven is way above all other types that i have come across. The Slide and hide feature is a plus factor, You are able to get closer when removing hot item out without reaching over a pull down door

easy to set up and use and has so many functions. One small downside was the instruction manuals came in French and German. but just went online and downloaded the English version. Cook top and Oven – Ordered on Wednesday arrived on Monday the next week! Extremely well packages and the right appliances. I will be using this company again.

Very happy – I am sure that anyone looking at buying a new appliance is a bit apprehensive about sourcing it from Hungary, I definitely was. But it works and within a week I had my new induction cooktop and saved myself over $900 on the cheapest price here in Australia. The question is not really whether to use them but why are we continually being gauged by retailers and distributors here at home.
