The only thing we would change is we would have to be told things we could have upgraded, there were things if we had of known about at the timewe would have done. We love our home and would definitely build with them again.

individual quotes for multiple funding bodies. The build itself ran very smoothly and was completed to a high standard and around three weeks ahead of the projected time. I really appreciated the supervisors weekly updates and his willingness to meet on sight without much notice. The sales representative continued to check in all the way throughout the build and this allowed us to make changes as we saw fit, all of this was with no complaints and with minimal extra cost incurred. The house turned out better than I could have hoped for with no problems at all throughout the build, I am very happy with the final result and can not recommend Dennis Family highly enough for anyone wanting to build, the Dennis Family Team obviously take a great deal of pride in the homes they build and it shows.

I had the same Site Supervisor (Chris O'Keefe) this time around as I did with my first build and it was great to see a number of the trades were the same ones that I dealt with 11 years ago.

The one thing I really like about this company is that we get to be a part of the build. We got to meet the trades onsite and discuss things as we needed to and we were able to add extra items with the electrician which was really helpful. All the trades were friendly and super happy to help out.

It took a while for us to get to site due to land titles not coming through when expected, however once everything started it all happened so quickly and before we knew it, it was time to move in! We now have another beautiful Dennis Family Home and we look forward to building with them again in the future.

I would recommend Shelley and the team at Dennis Family Homes Wodonga to anyone interested in building a new home.

Excellent House Build! – The workmanship and build quality through Dennis Family Wodonga is second to none. We are now 8+ weeks in with no major faults (which compared to other house builds we know is unusual but pleasing!). The customer service and support was also excellent. Shelley Smith, who ended up being the sales rep that looked after us was upfront with everything and always keeping our best interests at the forefront. Graeme Jackson our site supervisor was also excellent always able to answer any queries we had (even calling on a weekend when we asked a question about something which we totally didn't expect)

Our only issue is the administrative error at the end with the paperwork at the end which means the incorrect price was sent to the bank for approval and only picked up 3 weeks out from handover. Maybe systems need to be improved to double check these items as we are now struggling with the bank to fix the error and get the extra funds required.

we could not fault the plumber, bricklayers, electrician, tilers, cabinetry etc and fair to say my husband being a qualified painter did an amazing job on the paint work. The plastering left a little to be desired which the site supervisor was made aware of and rectified. The site was always left neat and tidy, reflecting the quality of workmanship of those on the job, we had no complaints from the neighbours throughout the build. Customer support and services was only ever a phone call away to our amazing sales consultant Shelley Smith who stepped up above and beyond her role from day one of meeting her in the display home. Her expertise and attention to detail ensured we knew exactly what we were signing up for and when a hidden site problem did arise it was dealt with professionally with an agreeable compromise achieved, no hidden costs! Staff at Dennis Family Office in Wodonga; Liz and Noni were also only ever a phone call away ( considering we lived 100km away) and could promptly update us on any progress through the any of the stages. The colour consultant was new to the job at the time and we struck a few issues with choosing kitchen laminates and banchtops but after a few attempts all was smoothed over and not an issue. We would highly recommend Dennis Family Homes to family and friends and if the opportunity arose would love to build with Dennis Family Homes again.
