The desk is well built and has an elegant finish. The bamboo desktop does require larger pilot holes and stronger screws for accessories due to the strength of the wood compared with Melamine desktops.

This is a really well made, beautiful way of organizing my desk. I used to have all sorts of things lying around on my desk - pens, PostIt Notes, hair bands, loose change, nail file etc so now it is all neatly out of sight and still easily accessible. My phone and iPad fit nicely in the slot. The whiteboard part is glass so it writes smoothly and cleans easily. I’m using the included pen and wiper it to scribble reminders to myself while I work. Overall I’m very pleased.

What a beautiful desk. I've been looking at sit/stand desks for a while and I really loved the fact that they had solid timber ones and not just melamine. It arrived very quickly. They sent through videos showing how it only took 30mins to put together, and while it was pretty easy, it still took both of us about 90mins. I ordered the cable management channel and I absolutely love the fact that none of the cables are visible now. We didn't bother with the power units as we can surge protectors at home that we just stuck in the cable management channel. The up and down mechanism is super quiet and smooth. There isn't anything I don't love about my new desk.

The mechanism feels very solid, and the acacia desk top is hard, well-finished and a pleasure to work on.

Bought a desk that arrived defective. Which happens.

But after waiting 3 weeks with no working desk and having to deal with a shipping company that had no idea where the replacement was I simply asked for a refund.

It was refused unless I pay hundreds for shipping costs. And of course they only tell you this over the phone so there is no paper trail. Any attempts to get answers by email are ignored.

Classic techniques of a dodgy company.

If you looking for a standing desk just look on Bunnings or look for the cheapest price on Google. It's all the same Chinese made frames anyway.

I purchased a stand up desk with cable management channel. The 2 reasons I chose to purchase from desky was their cable management channel design and also the website reviews.

During the assembly of the desk, I tried to install the cable management channel. There was issue on both sides where release crews lock in. One would not screw far enough for the pin to catch the channel, to other release pin did not actually line up with the channel.

I contacted their chat support, I sent a video of the issue and also images showing the exact problem...

Ordered a Desk Dual 2000mm acacia desk which arrived with a split in the wood (see pics - joins between the slabs split) - I get that this happens in any product, but I was really quite frustrated with the poor customer service I received at the start. When I originally ordered, it took about 24 hours to ship tops. Great! Once I had the issue identified though, took around a week to get the replacement shipped. Even then I'm still waiting now around two weeks out to get the replacement. The reason for delay I was given was that they needed to c...

Im so disappointed with the customer service and hope that I won't need to deal with Desky for much longer.

I was delivered an incomplete desk frame and Desky have not sent the rest of the frame even after following up with them several times.

They acknowledged very quickly that I did not receive the full order and that the courier company was to blame. They advised the missing part would be sent out as soon as the courier company admitted to losing the item, which would have been fine except it was a few weeks before the courier would resp...

Whilst the instructions were a tad vague in areas, ultimately I was able to build the unit in approx. 3 hours, 1 person.

Needed help to flip the desk.

If you buy cable management, would suggest doing this before flipping.
