I need an extension flue for a RH-D-A17-60SR. Can I buy this. Our ceiling is 3metres so a bit bigger than usual height. Need another 600mm length. Regards Lara

This has been our problem today too, the chimney is 300mm too short to reach top of our ceiling.. how can we fix this? From top of range hood to ceiling is 1070mm. Can we have help please?

Glen same thing happened to me. They are skimpy on their parts. They used to have a spare extension in case you needed it now they come up short. They pass the buck and don't won't to address the problem they create. I threatened to go to consumer affairs and only then did the platitudes and buck passing stop. I got a full refund and my handyman had to make a new part for it as it looked bloody awful. Good luck. Di

i have just purchase a Devanti stainless steel fixed rangehood have ducted to eves worked wonderful but soon as it got warm sucking up steam and cooking fan become very noisy could not use. sound like it was scrapping lot of vibration.

I recently purchased a second hand 1500mm bbq rangehood (RH-BBQ-1500) that did not have a flue cover. When I reached out to Devanti by email about buying a replacement, I was told to supply the original order details before they could provide spare parts, as they needed to confirm the exact model. I had already provided the model number, but I couldn't provide the order details, so therefore, I can’t buy spare parts. What sort of business model only sells spare parts to original owners? Can you provide a reason why this is so? Imagine if a car dealership conducted business like that!

Hi. I am installing a RH-D-A17-90-SR rangehood. Do I need to install ducting for this unit?
Hi Grace, Thanks for reaching ut with your question. According to our records, you can set up this range hood in either ducted or recirculation mode, but the customer has to purchase the charcoal filters separately. The compatible charcoal filters are RH-FL-860-BK.

Dear Devanti, I purchased, and have paid to have your range hood installed. It was then I realised like the unhappy consumers above, that it came sans filters. I then purchased 4 charcoal filters as per the suggested ones online when I Googled 'charcoal filters Devanti range hood'. THEY DO NOT FIT. Please advise asap. Just confused between the different ways that your airflow output is depicted on the various product models for your 900mm wall mounted rangehoods. In one it is 1153m3 the other says 14m3. Does that mean the latter is really bad at extraction??
