Ordered a £46 speaker and received a£16 speaker .. absolute scam between seller and Dhgate ... was offered £5 partial refund.. or I have to pay to return the unit they sent wrong.. disgusting customer service and terrible app for any communication..

Item never arrived – Bought the product, never arrived. Contacted the seller and DHGate and nobody solved the problem. It costed $74. Pure scam and DHGate provided no assistance.

Lindaxu90 is a reliable seller! – DHGate gets a lot of bad reviews but they aren’t helpful. My first experience buying from Lindaxu90 was as good as it gets. I bought a grey herringbone three piece suit, custom made to my measurements. The order was placed on Feb 7, 2021. I received notice that it was shipped on March 11. It arrived just a few weeks later. All good!

I then placed an order on April 10 for a linen suit and two tweed suits, custom-made. I noticed my measurements from the previous order were still showing when I 'went into' to the sellers shop.

I received notice that the order was shipped on April 28. 40 working days later and the goods had not arrived. I contacted Lindaxu90 and advised the USPS tracking numbers were not supported in Australia and that the tracking number was showing that the goods had been delivered to three different addresses in the US.

This was clearly a freight issue – as has been the case since the global covid pandemic and interruption to normal flight services. (I've had a lot of orders from other suppliers go missing – even locally placed orders coming by post.) Rather than open a dispute I communicated the problem clearly and politely with the seller. Although a freight issue technically isn't their fault, Lindaxu90 went to amazing lengths to ensure delivery of my order – and it turned up on the doorstep on July 15th!

Excellent quality and value, and all according to order specifications and the pics on the sellers page!

For clothing, even if you have a bad experience with a DHGate seller in the past, I would say you could shop with tremendous confidence with Lindaxu90.

This site is confusing and extremely difficult to navigate. Responses from the site are often in CHINESE.

I suggest if the reader is wanting to purchase online - make the purchase from EBAY or AMAZON. These presumably CHINESE based sites are a scam.

shipped. I sent messages daily to the seller but they did not bother to even read them. Trying to contact Dhgate directly is almost impossible. The online chat is useless and nowhere can you actually chat to a member of customer service. Their email bounces back. If the seller had simply messaged me and explained there was a hold up with manufacturer or whatever the case may be, I would have been happy to wait. But no reply from the seller. So I requested a refund as I doubted the items would ever be shipped as it was approaching a month. The seller agreed immediately!!! -after 2 weeks of ignoring my messages. The seller however agreed to a "partial" refund. I did NOT agree to this. I requested a full refund. After all, the seller still had not shipped the items. So the seller states I get a refund of $85.84. What the hell!! And Dhgate will do nothing. I cannot dispute because a refund has been issued. I emailed (which bounced back) them before the refund was received and advised that I did not agree to a partial refund- either seller sends the whole shipment immediately or refunds the whole amount. I usually pay with PayPal which would have helped in this case. Do not use afterpay or credit card with this company as you don't have a leg to stand on. Only use PayPal or better still don't use this platform at all. I wish I had seen all of the negative reviews before Dhgate ripped me off.

Do not use the website. I have lost £500 because the website doesn't work. You can't add tracking numbers and then they close the return. You have to confirm on your chat with the seller for a refund which doesn't work and you can't reply. No customer service only a robot. Total rubbish. This has been 6 weeks now

They Shut me Out of my Account – For no reason I was told I violated platform rules and am now shut out of my account. I cannot check on my orders. I contacted Dhgate through FB messenger. They needed to submit a "report" and wanted a photo of my credit card front and back...Si Im shut out of my account and they have all my credit card details.

Are They Scammers? – Just had someone claiming to be from Burwood, Sydney offering me a role with DHgate that pays $150-$300 per day. expensive products I ordered will be sent to me with a demand for payment. Whatever the case it is clearly dishonest and most probably a scam.

Never use this site – We bought off one of their sellers, the item we received was not what was advertised. The seller refused to refund. We opened a dispute with dhgate and they basically did nothing! We uploaded several photos to show what they were advertising and what we received. They were clearly different. Dhgate simply closed the dispute saying we didn't submit enough evidence! What a joke. Complete scammers!

Worst Online Shopping Experience Of My Life! – Horrible company. I purchased an item that was not at all what was pictured. When I tried to return it, they wanted me to pay the shipping. Steer clear of LemonLemon668 and dhgate – This supplier ships fake appalling quality goods. I raised a dispute with dhgate and have had zero success. I returned the item and the seller is claiming non receipt. I have proof of receipt. Do not buy from dhgate. Not worth it.

raised a complaint with my bank, and DH Gate still claimed to have sent the item, even though no shipping number is logged with any courier company worldwide.A 2 second search proves this true. I have texts from the seller, so my bank should enforce the refund, but be aware that this company and its sellers are full on scammers. Do not risk it.
