I purchased a NAD M66 online. The whole process went very smoothly. The unit shipped the day after payment and was delivered by Aust Post about 5 days later. there was a slight manufacturer defect, which Greg promptly handled for me. He imported the replacement part from Klipsch America, through discussions with Klipsch Australia, and Greg was on top of the process every step of the way. 10 out of 10…. Did I say that already? floor standing speakers is great. Hook the DAB+ antenna output to your TV antenna and I am hearing sounds I never heard before. How many receivers, amps, avr's with hdmi include a/b speakers these days with a push of a button?

does not support a very common gaming resolution of 1440P/120hz , onkyo support confirmed this. Digital Cinema were great but offered a $1000 restocking fee on the unit, which frankly is a little high but they are running a business after all, they also gave me a trade in option. This is good to know that they stand behind giving the customer the best experience, after all it is not their fault that the product has a weak area that other devices DO support. There was no way to see this from extensive research I had done, but it is a fairly new product and "high end" 4k support seems to be an issue with ANY manufacturer over the last couple of years.
I decided the restocking fee and transfer fees too high and I'd "stick with it" but now the unit has developed an intermittend ticking noise from onboard fans, which cuold be clearly heard in video sent to them within 14 days of purchase. When this was sent they initiated a conversation with their distributor and have heard nothing in 10 days.
I would expect a device developing a fault that is likely to become a major issue to be replaced but especially so when it is within days of installation (faulty on arrival), but it remains to be seen how they will respond and I will report back.
On the positive side, they have engaged with the issue, and returns are alwayst the test of any company, so far I would recommend them as I could get hold of someone and they are dealing with the issue.
The only negative so far is that I've not heard back on the fault issue. I have rectified it with EXTERNAL fans at the moment so that the unit doesn't warm and isn't ticking... so again it's not DS's fault that the device is not stellar.

that I had no form of transport to bring the subwoofer into the store for a warranty replacement, instead of saying "You have no choice", Greg took the liberty of talking to his manager about the circumstances, and got the approval to replace the amplifier module at my home the very next day. Greg was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and even helped to share his knowledge around my next budget upgrade (moving away from soundbar to receiver), I cannot express enough thanks to Digital Cinema for their support, I now have my subwoofer back, and couldn't be happier to watch movies again.

While I did have to chase up the item/shipping status myself at the originally suggested date, Ms. Gajjar was very helpful in updating the item/shipping status and making sure the item did actually arrive - even expediting delivery to my postal address. Big thanks to her for her help.
Would have definitely preferred to have known the products' stock status on the online listing as I likely would not have made the purchase at that point in time if I knew it would be a month+ wait. However, I should have confirmed the status by contacting the shop first and that is on me.

Cheaper at other stores – I purchased a product from their webpage. There was an initial problem with the transaction and while they were sorting out the financial problem, i saw the same product for 10% less at a competitor.
