Illegal power converter sold with unit – According to AS/NZS 60950.1: Information technology equipment – Safety, it is illegal to sell within Australia a device that uses a power converter to make it work in Australia. While the price is good, and it was probably a grey import, Australian electrical standard still need to be met.

Happy customer 5 years on – I took a risk being in Australia and using this store. I am blessed to have taken that risk as all the kit I purchased was over $3500 ($1500 less of bought from Australia). Genuine, quick and till today the camera runs well.

Digital product – I bought a Tamron lens from this website, The price is much cheap than other online digital shops, I order last Monday, I had received in a week. Cheap product, fast delivery.

several times only to get fobbed off from their inflexible customer support team. It was a planned Christmas present and it wont arrive in time. Next battle I will have with them is when I return it for a refund. Buyer beware!

Making a profit from excessive credit card surcharges – I was about to purchase a product valued at over $500 online when I noticed on the final screen a surcharge for paying by Mastercard that was 2.5 times more than the actual cost to the business of a credit card transaction. DO NOT ORDER - SCAM SITE – Scam website. kept delaying my order. ordered start of december. got told on the 14th that there was going to be a minimum of another 4 days before it would be sent. Don't use website

Deceitful – Add claimed features phone did not have. When phone returned, DWI demanded my pass word to google account to 'unlock'. As if anyone would provide that. Got refund after complaint to PayPal.

Kong to the Blue Mountains NSW within 3 business days is unbelievable. I have read some very negative reviews about their carrier since it was merged into Toll (Toll-Ipec) but I have never had a problem, and I've lived in two different places since dealing with DWI. I agree with somebody further back saying he thinks they have improved: delivery times were still pretty quick at 5-6 days in the past, but they've now halved! A company I am very comfortable ordering from.

Pleseantly surprised by the service – DWI was really good considering that I had bitter experiences with HK based websites. DWI was professional, genuine and has provided me good quality product. If it wasn't for bad service by Toll delivery would have been 5 stars – DWI have good prices and easy to use web. But please stop using the horrible Toll for deliveries. They didn't update heir tracking page regularly and their delivery person didn't even knock my door while I was at home and had to pick it up personally from alternative pick up point.

Worst thing ever! – Bought a phone online and product arrived and looked great. Registered to China and can't change anything. My poor daughter saved hard for her phone only for this horrible company to take her for a ride. Scum!

Rip off totally – Poor value in comparison to Ted's Camera who offer a more modern 1500d compared to 1300d which Teds do not stock.18 compared to 24 megapixels Canon with same lenses with a little higher price. Also dodgy connectors for power supply and no Australian standards certification for safety. Also sold with missing adapter then do not get back to you with remedy. Rude and self deprecating - don't know what customer service is. Go elsewhere, anywhere.

Horrible customer support – Device was faulty (overheating, random shutdowns and not charging properly) and still under warranty so sent in at my cost (international shipping). months to get my faulty device back, with the only thing they could do being to waive the return postage fee as they "couldn't reproduce any issues during testing". They always ignored any questions about what testing was actually done as well as my requests to be put onto someone else and just provided the same cut and paste responses instead.

So if you never have any issues with the product then you may get a decent deal on the item, but if you ever have to deal with customer support then good luck. I would encourage you to take a look at all the reviews discussing any customer support before making your decision on where to purchase your goods from.

Great Online Experience – Best price I could find online. Product arrived in 2 days after order was placed. Goods arrived in perfect order & where well packed. Delivery is much faster than buying product within Australia. This is the 5th order to this company & all the goods where as described with no issue with any product.

Fake product, horrible customer service case support – Unacceptable, case support worse like crap, easily tell fake product so disappointed. No direct call to case support, they are such irresponsible.

Terrible service from start to finish – I bought Samsung Iconx 2018 earbuds, on arrival the earbuds had already been opened prior with the Samsung Seal already broken.
