Direct Bargain

Fraudulent money stealers – I paid $161.24 on 29th November for Corn Hole game. You have to set up user name, password etc to order and get receipts for your payment. Then nothing happens. All links to the "website" are no longer working. No product was delivered on 9th December. On following up I found all the other people "they " have ripped off.

Big Fraud – I order Artificial grass for around $700, after their confirmation email, i have not heard anything no delivery no reply for enquires, so angry and i don't know what to do now

fake and fraud website Direct Bargain – this website is fake and fraud they rob you they take debit your money and send you nothing after that. i don't how come government taken any actions yet against these scammers yet. don't buy anything from Direct Bargain they are fools robbers. Google must take actions to block their website. People be aware don't buy anything from Direct Bargain they are fake and fraud they just take your money

Items arrived despite no communication – Initially I was fearful of being scammed after reading all the reviews. I agree that the communication can be improved and having basic information such as delivery date helps. However, my fear was put to rest. After two weeks, the item purchased was delivered safely with all the screws and pieces.

I read the reviews – After reading the reviews, I nearly called my bank to have them chase the transaction down as I thought they were for sure dodgy. I ordered a 3m boom sprayer and 100l tank. I did send them an email which I never received a reply for, however I ordered the product online and it was delivered to me in perfect condition about a week later. I was extremely surprised to receive my goods and very happy with my outcome.

Have had no problems – Ordered Glacio 70lt bar Fridge on 30/4/19 and delivered on 10/5/19. Created account on website and was kept up to date re progress of order in my account i.e processing, warehouse, delivering. Was contacted by Toll with tracking no , delivery date and on progress of delivery. Did send email re progress with no reply so 4 stars but was kept up to date on my order on website. Overall went very smoothly.

Ripped off by Direct Bargain – This store is fraudulent. They do not deliver the ordered items. My money was stolen and I never received my order. For three months now I've been trying to contact them and have not received so much a a curtesy reply. Worst Online Dealer! – Oh dear I just read all the reviews give. Bought a camping tent from Direct Bargain last week and they still show being processed. Their website says I will receive the goods within 5 days. Wrote to them no reply. Bought with a credit card as they don’t accept PayPal anymore. Should have stick to eBay!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE – Ordered an Everfit rowing machine on 15 July - received email advising order received and then ... NOTHING. No order received and no further communication. I have attempted emailing the company but have not received any response. Like so many others on here, I will be attempting to obtain a refund through PayPal. Shonky to say the least. In future I will be sure to read reviews prior to purchasing anything online.

How does this company continue to trade? – I got an acknowledgement of payment 21st July,but nothing since. No reply to several attempts to contact them. Warning ,direct bargain are thieves, stay away from them – They told me to return a faulty vacuum cleaner and I did, they gave me only halve back,they got their vacuum cleaner back and I was short $35, after many emails they gave me a hard time ,please stay away from them they sell faulty products , look at all the other reveiws about them, im not making it up, got partial payment back and receipt to prove it, vacuum cleaner spring came out first time I opened it within one minute.Dud products

Terrible service terrible company – We purchased office chairs and one broke less than 24-hrs after arrival. Have been trying to get chair replaced for 3-weeks now and they procrastinate on every response. DO NOT BUY FROM DIRECT BARGAINS. ITS A DIRECT RIP OFF!!!

Stay away from this company – I placed an order and received confirmation of the order. Then nothing. I have sent to their contact via website - requests for information but nothing in return. Then I tried to log into my account - surprise surprise - it is saying my account is invalid. I only have one email address. Requesting refund and will report to ACCC.

No confirmation of order - no contact – I purchased a benchtop dishwasher on the 10 July and have received no confirmation of the order despite the money being debited from my account, Like Rob I am now worried that I will never receive my order, No: 5660699. I am very sorry that I did not read the reviews BEFORE I place this order. I am worried I have been ripped off like so many before me.

No customer service – I purchased a benchtop dishwasher on june 15 through PayPal and after 10 days of absolutly no contact with direct bargain I sent an email asking for any update on the transaction. No response at all. I have passed a complaint to PayPal and they are processing that. I have lost faith with most online sellers and this company reinforces this. Terrible service – I ordered a bed frame for a double bed on the 20th of May. I sent them multiple emails and received nothing back. Worst Customer Service – I ordered a clothing rail and bed covers on the 3rd June for $162.30. I have heard nothing since and I have tried to email you several times. My order number is #469313. I have contacted my bank and have been advised to contact you again and if I have no reply then to take it further. I want a refund.

Product good communication slow – Ordered #369260. Waited just over two weeks. No delivery. Emailed company but no response. I checked reviews and was concerned by number of complaints. Emailed again with threat of ACCC. I got an immediate response with offer of refund or delivery. I chose delivery and I received order within a week. Slow to respond but happy with product!

Order #441220 was placed on May 26, 2019 No updates and no email response – Order #441220 was placed on May 26, 2019 and I have repeatedly tried to contact Direct Bargain via email and online forms on the website. My order has been in the processing stage since it was placed. With no update or communication from Direct Bargain and no contact phone number on their site, I have to assume that this order is not going to be fulfilled and cancel my payment. Very unhappy!

Scammers – I ordered a bike rack with 80 in stock on the 28th of April. I have contacted them with no response and would rather a refund than the product with no time given as to when it will come. My order number is #367100. If i do not get a response i will be contacting QLD Fair Trading and the ACCC.

Money taken, nothing received – Ordered and paid for a post hole digger (order number #322578) on the 23rd of April. 4 emails sent and no reply. If we do not hear back within 3 days we will be lodging complaints with ACCC and Fair trading.

No contact – Please contact me Direct Bargain! I ordered a bench seat on the 7th of March and after waiting a few weeks tried contacting you. I received a call from Fastway to let me know that I had a parcel to collect at their depot 80km's away. By the time I could get there to collect, it had been returned to sender. Actual Robbery – After receiving the payment they never ship the order neither reply to inquiries. This is a robbery scheme as they have no contact number or address. they refunded my money the same day. However, they did not reply nor explain what happened. This business still deserves a 1 star out of 5.

I got my order – I panicked after reading these bad reviews after I had already ordered, BUT I did get my order. It’s tru that there is not good communication as I had contacted through webpage and also email from receipt but no replies.

Stay Away from this company – Do not purchase anything from this company. They do not respond to emails and you cannot contact them via phone. I never received my order and I now have it in the hands of my bank to try and retrieve my money. How they are still able to have a website on google is beyond me

NO Order NO Communication – I have contacted this company many times through email and via website and yet NO response I purchased on 27th December 2018 and have NOT received my order yet. They have not communicated with me at all, I have now requested a refund If I don't receive a refund within 14 days I will be taking them to fair trading. No communication, no item delivered, no refund – I haven't recieved my order. I have sent several emails, because there isn't a number to call. Appalling customer service.

No communication, but an immediate refund as requested – I mistakenly ordered an item yesterday morning (the item was advertised with somewhat misleading terms, leading me to believe it was something more than it was..) I emailed immediately asking for a refund, explaining the error. This morning I received a PayPal refund for the full amount.

The order has not arrived – I ordered and paid for the shed on 18 December order #215269 - shipping was supposed to take 4 days but I am still waiting. I tried contacting Direct Bargain on enquiry@directbargain.com.au but have not had a reply. I am starting to think that the business will not respond and does not intend to send the order. What should I do next?
